I am supposed to open a rd account in sbi and i visited the branch on 17.9.2016 but they did not entertain me on that day and asked me to come on next monday. As i am a working person, so it is difficult to visit the branch from mon-fri. Today (1.10.2016) i visited the branch once again to open the rd account but got the same response. Again i was told to visit on the next monday.
This is a ridiculous response from a centralised bank.

    Res sir my credit card was misused by registering his mobile number, the same was complaint registered with sbi cards where they have assured me to verify where it was happened and recovering the same but after five months they send a verification letter and the amount which was shopped by fraud man for sum of Rs:35, 000/and they simply demanded to pay by me and the cause they shown was simply the card was my name.i have not even used my reward points from the beginning, and they have send all banks against me as a defaulter and i didnot get any loan from any bank these were happened without my knowledge and any intimation simply they blamed me, now lastly i had paid on the assured given by his lawyer that they will send whatever dues on them but now they are telling my card is not active so they couldn't refund reward points, how can it possible when i have paid the dues when it was not active.that means they can take the dues any time but when the turn comes on them they simply telling the same.kindly rectify my problem how shall i proceed further.

        Sir, my sbi card is xxxx4801, some dues were shown even myself did't open it from packing. & not used anywhere. So myself decided not to continue for same card. A settelment letter dated 25/8/2007 was recieved to pay 2567/- & there will be no dues in respect of me. Again a settelment letter dated 10/6/2008 was recieved by me with contents that on payment of rs.2000/- there will be no dues against me. I have paid rs. 1500/- vide reciept no.8959926 dt.25/8/2007 book no. 179199 and paid rs. 500/- vide reciept no. 11299802 dt 10/6/08 book no. 225997. As i was recieving due letters me contacted authorizd vendor m/s city enterprises (Mr. Kamal) he told me your dues are clear and advised to talk with senior officer at head office delhi mrs, niharika jaitley. I contacted her and she told me that your case is clear with no dues & informed me that there is some network problem in their system & it will be updated thereoff. But still they are showing me defaulter n effecting my credit score inspite of clearing all dues as per theirone time settelment letter. As such you are requested to help me to get rid of this problem created by sbi card authority.

        Repeated calls were made with Niharika Jaitley, and every time system problem was informed and told everything is cleared against you .She further told that due to system problem you are getting letters for dues.

          1. I am posted with Records Mech Inf Regt, Ahmednagar. I have an DSP Acct with SBI, Grenadiers Regt Centre, Jabalpur Br since Sep 2009. I had requested SBI, Jabalpur (IFS Code SBIN0010466) vide my letter No.5172/Vasu/Pers dated 25 Jul 2016 to issue fresh ATM Debit Card with Variant Gold(Master Card) according to my current designation and as per my entitlement.

          2. I have not even given any CIF by the Jabalpur Br since 12 Sep 2009. On sending CPGRAMS Greviences on 08 Sep 2016, SBI, Jabalpur said me, 'As per RBI instruction only one CIF (Customer information file) can be opened for a customer and i should ask the my native place i.e, Honavar Branch (0259) Bank, where i have my Savings Bank acct, to do transferd CIF No from there to Jabalpur Branch for issue fresh ATM.

          3. Then how i had been initial Normal ATM Card when i opened accout at Jabalpur?
          How i had been given Cheque book during 2011?
          Why customer should appch his one branch where he has his SAVINGS BANK ACCT to get transfer his CIF No to another Branch where he has DEFENCE SERVICE PACKAGE ACCT and that to on which authority?
          Why the genuine customer should be harassed for his own entitlements?

          4. I have already sent letter to SBI, Jabalpur, Spoken to Bank Manager on mobile, forwarded my complaint on CPGRAMS as well as sent email also to sbi group and also to SBI, Jabalpur Branch but, so far i have not got any satisfactory response. I need fresh ATM Debit Card with variant Gold (Master Card) for which i am very much entitled.

          5. Please do the needful.

            I went cdm to deposite money 39600 gunadala branch in vijayawada, i put money in to the mechine counting stated and suddenly stopped, and display hardware error, i happed on 16thsep2016, after i will go to the liked branch gunadala branch, they are not giving correct answer., the manger also not giving correct answer.. I give a letter also along with a/c details, they was telling today will credit in ur a/c since last one week, but not yet credited, my phn no [protected]

                1) the second card holder is my wife and she is outside india with the sbi card and the same can be verified by the only two transactions done by her
                This month as shown in the sbi statement for which i have made payments.
                2) secondly we protest against the unfair payment for the said unauthorized transactions as we both have not done the transactions.
                3) we have not purchased anything nor have we received any goods nor services against the same.
                4) the first card holder has never used the said card for the last 2 years.

                  Yesterday[protected], 12:21pm) i got a below sms from sbt ("bx-sbtinb") "your user name locked for the day due to 3 wrong password attempts. to unlock, click forgot login password link". but i have only sbi account. but when i checked sbi net banking, unfortunately i am getting the same message. then i reset my password using "forgot log in password" link. then i check it today[protected] i am still getting same message "you have been locked out for the day because of three invalid attempts during the day. you may unlock your user name by clicking on the "forgot log in password" link below." also i have one more concern that, i have not tried any wrong password in the initial time. i am afraid that some unknown person trying to access my account using my user id. so is there any possibility to change my sbi net banking user id. please do the needful.

                    I am a retired officer from pnb. as, sbi anaiyur branch is near to me, i went to open a sb account today[protected] friday around 10.30 a. m. there was no rush and only few customers were there.in service centre 1 (a/c opening) there was no person. when i asked one of your staff, she told to contact the manager for account opening. i went to manager's cabin. miss. aarthi, manager of the branch even not told to sit in the chair. when, i ask for formalities for opening a sb account, she had spoken harshly about the kyc forms needed. her speech was not polite and rough & tough. with this behaviour one manager is sitting in your office for customer service. for opening a sb account, i had faced such rude behaviour from india's largest bank.

                      I made a payment of 13, 499 to amazon and the transection got failed and my account got deducted with the same money and didn't got that money back i complaint several times to your given complaint no but they close the complain saying my acc or my branch account had been credited by this amount on 15.9.16 as this was the date on which i made payment and till now my account has not been credited nor my branch account my transaction id is GU[protected] please help me with this as no branch and customer care people are solving my problem.

                        I feel sorry to say this the approach of the employee towards the account holder is not proper of gandhinagar branch Dharwad as many times I have visited the branch regarding mobile banking pin generation but without registration I returned back I feel the services what we deserve is not proper even in SBI also then what is the use of creating account in sbi

                          I have deposited Rs. 3, 000.00 in CDM, Machine at Chandrapura, Bokaro under SBI, Chandrapura, IFSC Code - SBIN0002925 but the money was not credited to my account.

                          Immediately, I brought the matter to ATM Guard, Mr. Karmachand and SBI Officer Mr. Das including the Branch Manager of SBI, Chandrapura.

                          Being a lady and belonging to Sechedule Trubke (ST) category they have not only humiliated me but told me to forget the money. They are not ready to cooperate me and they are asking for Rs. 2400.00 for processing charge.

                          I am feeling very much helpless and badly cheated by SBI.

                          Kinldy help me and arrange to credit Rs. 3, 000.00 in my SBI Saving A/C No. - [protected].

This is really bad for such a big bank which has network allover the country... They should reverse the charges for even depositing money in the bank... Not fair help me to return

                              I apply for new credit card near by 10th August2016 but I am not getting this card to till date.But outstanding bill send by courier my permanent address How.Your blue dart courier service is very bad because he is given falls report without coming address.How can pay without receiving card.I also discuss at feedback @sbicard.com with interaction ID-1-[protected]/[protected].So please send a new card within one week on my new current residence address otherwise cancelled it after one week.Thanks (Pramod Kumar Singh)

                                Sir, my ATM card no:[protected] (validity up to July 2016 ) had been expired & new had been issued in Sept 16 after filling form in the bank but regrate to say that the bank had debited sum of rs 229 for issuing new card but as per your banks norms, no charges will be applicable for issuing of new expired card, so pls look into the matter and solve it as early as it possible, Thanks

                                At around 07-50 pm I tried to withdraw Rs.1, 500/- from my SBI Savings Bank Account No.[protected], through HDFC ATM at HUDA Market, Sector-29, Faridabad. Even though said HDFC ATM displayed - unable to process your transaction temporarily and no money received, but very surprisingly Rs.1, 500/- deducted from my said SBI Savings Bank a/c

                                      I was ordering an memory card on amazon though my amount has been deducted from account but was not credited to amazon people so please contact sbi as its nearly 12 days from now. Order was done on 15 september & today is 28 september.

                                        I vipin dixit student of iit (ism) did my ticket from delhi to manali by red bus (online ticket booking app) on 30th june 2016 having trancation amount 7600/- the ticket wasnt book on red bus but the amount was debited from my account. i also contact red bus, they told that we didnt receive any trancation contact your bank and many times i also contact sbi customer they always told that check your account in 1hr or 2hr we will refund your money but there are more than 2 months but i don't receive my debited account.
