    i don't have any account in SBI at present. but on 5 Oct 2016 i received the message from SBIINB stated that your net banking is activated. and today 07 ict 2016 i received the message stated that you changed your internet login password. I wonder ans little bit scared that how the bank send me the message when i have no account in SBI. may be from some cheaters. kindly takre this matter very seriously and try to stop all the transactions in SBI related to this my mobile no [protected].

      I ve recharged my mobile no [protected] (BSNL)a sum of Rs110 on 02 Oct 16 bearing ref no IHA1640074 .It had nt been done but money was diducted .The same has nt been refunded.Pl veryfy the above.Service provider had been choose wrongly IDEA instade of BSNL. An early action is requested You are requested to refund my money at earliest for which i ll be highly obliged for the act of kindness

      I applied SBI credit card on 24/05/2014
      so far i have not received.

      but it is showing delivered to me & utilized credit card limit.

      several times i complained to SBI credit card department that i have not received SBI credit card and requested them to provide me acknowldgement copy to whom it was delivered.

      please genereated a new atem pin of my atm card, my 16 digit card no is [protected] . my account in SBI BANK, sanganei gate, jaipur, rajasthan
      and my account no is [protected]. so please genereate a new pin no. and intimate my email.id.
      Of recently, SBM Cash deposit machines all over Bangalore, have been deactivated the features of Card Based Deposits. Forcing the public to pay Rs.22/- per transaction...

      The bank has resorted to make money this way, and is not at all good.

      Management must note and rectify this in the interest of the public

        My father had been mis-sold a TATA Croma SBI credit card yesterday. He didn't even know that he is giving consent to the credit card application and was unaware of joining fees, charges & interest rates. We want to cancel this application.

          I have changed my mobile number and it is registered on home branch.My old mobile number get all the sms service but new no.Don't.after withdrawal money from atm, sms is not coming.Mobile Registration is also done from ATM, still not getting any sms after withdrawal.
          When I tried my online payment option the one time password is going to my old number, online payment also not done

Rupees but i haven't received money from machine and my amount of 8500. Kindly activate my credit card urgently. I had transection of rs300 at freecharge whenever i tried to use my card the response code is 'your card is blocked for security reasons'.                         I have SBI Credit Card & received a call on 03.10.2016 from these mobile no [protected], [protected], [protected].She told me that she is from SBI Bank called for card verification purpose. SBI Bank will Issue a new master Micro Chip Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.7815. but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide OTP but somehow i given OTP. Immediately my account was debited RS 7815 at Shop trendon_EPayKerala. I realized something fraud happened and I reacted quickly to reach SBI. I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked.
                        I visited nearby police station to lodge a complaint but they refused take the complaint because I am only shared all information & also the amount drawn was less. He has taken only the mobile no of that I had received the call. Any how I worked hard on that & I called many times to customer care executive in that one executive had given one mobile no of sub merchant where the my card was used .I contacted that sub merchant & he refunded that amount.
                        I don’t know why the SBI sharing all data. I have HDFC card from last 10 years nothing had happened till today. In SBI with in one year i have received a fraud call & happened like this. I think SBI is a duplicate bank & people working in this bank are also duplicate. One team is working inside the SBI to make the customer fraud.

                          The Same thing happened with me, i have lost my Rs.7840 yesterday 16-Feb 2017 through the Citibank Credit card by the trendon Epay Kerala.
                          I have immediately called up the Citibank customer care and blocked the card and asked them to dispute for the transaction since the merchant has not claimed the transaction still. i even registered an FIR on the same and followed up with the bank Seeking help, i called them around ten times and registered a request for Dispute.
                          However the manger from Citibank called me today and informed me that this will not be considered for Dispute and the bank will release the amount when the merchant claims this. I pleaded them for help but they did not not hear me.

                          The fraud call number appeared to be [protected] and[protected].
                          They attended my call for 4 times and when i asked them to refund the amount they have disconnected my call and blocked my number.

                          I request you to help me out in this and save my cash as this still not claimed by the merchant.

So, after try i went to sbi branch of gomoh and i write an application submit there and they said to u come tommorow i will give u the kit i went next but next day is also not complete it. And i ask him what's problem. Then said-the site not accept your id regestration then is ask when its complete he said i don't said and his name is abhisek kumar. I was around of branch previous 2 week plz help

                              I have a sbi atm card.
                              My friend used my atm card on 3rd october around 6.45 pm in iit kharagpur pnb atm machine.
                              500 was debited from my account but he did not receive the cash amount.
                              I also filed a complaint regarding this.
                              My complaint no. at[protected].
                              I waited for 24 hours for money to be refunded but no care was taken.
                              I request sbi bank to return my money and keep its customer satisfied and happy.
                              Being a student, 500 is a big amount for me.
                              So please consider and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                The credit card from SBI no.**** **** **** 4455 was cancelled by me after there was a fraud on 31st December 2013.
                                But of late SBI Card have billed me annual charges for the Credit card and debited the annual charges amount from my savings bank account without my consent.
                                So, I tried to call them via call centre numbers which are not responding.
                                Under the circumstances I am at a loss as whom to approach to resolve the matter other then your website for help.

                                    My account is deducted with amount 56000 from savings plus account. But the same is not showing up in either deposit account or my saving account. I have raised a complaint with SBI online.
                                    Complaint No is : AI[protected].
                                    Nothing happened till now. It's already 50 days of complaint. Every time i was told that the same answer that it is under process.
                                    There is no proper answer from sbi customer care department. They are not giving proper reason why it is this long time.

Sbi should entertain at least one declined transaction as some times customer may not remember his account balance when making online merchant transaction. Example customer has inr 5, 200 balance and customer tried to make online transaction of inr 5, 205 then transaction gets declined but customer made inadvertently

                                        Date of incident: 2 October, 2016

                                        I performed an SBI Internet Banking transaction to pay my electricity bill. My account was debited the next day. I also got the SMS for this transaction with a transaction reference number. But the amount never got paid to the electricity board office. When I call the help desk for refund, they blatantly told me there was no transaction for that date. I don't know how is that possible! I told the help desk agent to note down my transaction reference number, but he said he was unable to help.
                                        Then I talked to my branch manager. He outright told me, these issues can't be handled from the branch and then redirected me to the same helpdesk. It's like a vicious cycle! And now I've no clue whom to contact
