I, Nirmal Chandra Barman, A/C No. [protected] with the SBI, Dinhata Branch( Code 0209). My ATM card was sent to me on 30/8/2016 but I could not get it fro my local Post Office(P.O.- Pushnadanga, PIN 736134). I got an SMS on 30/9/2016 that my ATM was returned as a reason of non-delivery and the same was sent to the Bank Branch(0209). I contacted the branch on 13/10/2016 but could not find it. Please help.

I have been trying since last week, but unable to raise a new cheque book request online, rather its saying Cheque book is not available for this account.

may i know the reason why it is not available for my account ?

    I have SBI VISA debit card bearing No. [protected] in the name of SRAVANI P which will be expired by November, 2016. In the mean time the SBI sent me the card to our old address which is in visakhapatnam. But the account with SBI maddilapalem only. The authorities messaged me stating that "as the address was not found the card has been sent to the Branch and collect it from the branch". But I am unable to found the card at the Branch. and the branch manager stated that there is no card. Hence I am in dark. Kindly pursue the matter and send the card to my address as P. Sravani, D/o Govinda Rajulu, Plot No. 503, Sri Venkat Sai Residency, Phase_II VUDA Colony, Vizianagaram.

        Sir/madam
        With profound respect i would like to draw your kind attention that, sbi bank, racpc, rajarhat (Br cd-16822) issued a sanction letter 25.00 lacs for home loan purpose which is flexy pay home loan. With in 25.00 lacs sbi bank, racpc, rajarhat (Br cd-16822) diverse rs - 5, 62, 000.00 on dated 01.10.2016 but why deduct emi amount rs-20, 861.00 on dated 06.10.16 from my a/c just after 4 days which is violet the rule of flexy pay home loan. Again, for processing fees rs 5031.00 deduct on 03.10.16 respectively same amount deduct 04.10.2016 why. Also again mini statement of sbi bank shows next emi due date 19.10.2016 just after 12 days, for proof attached this copy. After that this branch provide contact no in their internet site which is false, consequently no way to contact this branch. If contact no is damaged why not re-upload new contact no it is the one type of customer harassment style. For reality judgement, i also attached two no of bank statement documents. Really i am very very tired about being racpc rajarhat branch. Please solution my problem & if possible refund my extra processing fees & emi amount which is applicable after 30 days from diverse amount date.

            My father Lt. Yadubir Jha had a locker at SBI Dhanbad branch. No nominee name was registered against the locker. The locker number is 212 and key number is 206.
            My father died on 09/02/2013 after which the bank refused to allow my mother Smt. Rajkumari Jha to access the above mentioned locker on the ground that no nominee is registered against the locker. We submitted the death certificate of my father, family tree, affidavit from the court stating the current family members along with the required identity documents.
            But in spite of submitting all the above documents the bank is denying access to the locker in which our family jewelry and other important documents are still deposited. Inspite of visiting the bank and the branch manager no communication is given from the bank side.
            It is my earnest request to kindly guide me in this matter. All the necessary documents are attached along with.

                I went SBI branch Nehru nagar Bhopal. I had 2 cheques I deposited my cheque in cheque deposit machine. I did the same procedure what was written in instructions . I deposited my cheque. I had written my account number in back of my cheque and my mobile number. But the security guard call me and behaved very badly .he said to me why u did't filled up deposit slip with your cheque I told him I have read the instructions written over there and I followed the instructions but he told me come fill up the deposit slip otherwise he will throw out the cheque in garbage

                    I applied for sbi credit card on 19th sep 2016 and its nearly a month that have heard nothing from them. When i talk to sales person she says we are still working and says you know how nationalized banks are. This is not appropriate for people who are serious about banking and wants to get everything on time. Moreover she says that she spoke to asm but nothing can be committed. I have applied for a secured credit card and it takes less than 10 days to deliver. Its now a month and these idiots are not ready to move a bit.

                    I want to file a lawsuit and want to get my money back for FD. Please advise what is the next course of action. Though i am going to publicize this with social media to make sure that nobody banks with sbi in furure.

                        An hour ago i performed a transaction of rs.2668.50 from my sbi account to my college account for the payment of institute fee(Nit durgapur). After entering the details and finally the secure code, i was supposed to be directed to receipt but instead i was redirected to a page declaring "due to technical problems we need to close this session. We regret the inconvenience. Please click here to login to onlinesbi"the money has been deducted from my account but there s no sign of the receipt.                             I have Applied for SBI Credit Card online on dated 1st of September Around. Then on 5th September, Sales team of SBI cards offered me a plan in SBI Credit Card in Big Bazar Store Kothrud Pune. I have informed them that I have already applied for Online but they informed me that if I received any call for verification which was applied, do t provide them documents and informed them the reason that I have applied and given document s to Sales team, My online application will get rejected and Sales Team application will get Processed. however since 5th of September, I have neither received any Verification call nor message for application. I tried contacting sales team TSM Atul but he didn't responded. Then I visited Big bazar store after I got time, they told me to re submit the documents as my previous application was rejected due to some documents issue. After argument for reasons for not Informing me I have not got proper response and has to resubmit the documents on dated 3rd Oct. I have escalated to various department of Sbi cards CEO etc but not got proper response and resolution yet and my documents might are under wrong hands dirty to which it might be misused for ithecal activities.i Request you to help to get my documents returned from Sbi Credit card team or else issue me the card at earliest with committed offer by sales team.

                              Improper manners of officials in that branch, ignorance of customer service (Not responding to our needs doing their own personal work in office timings).
                              When i visited to the bank to open an account the officer said it will take two days to open account (He was busy with his phone that time).
                              When i went back after two days they said not yet done, they said one more day.
                              Again i went and asked same reply from clerk they keep on delaying my work and finally they did after i shouted on them.

                                  Tried to calm down the person and ask him/her exactly the reason for the call. Instead he/she is going on using abusive/vulgar language not stop.

                                  They are not even ready to share why they have called. Asked them to provide information/Address or atleast visit our place. But unwilling to heed to any thing just using abusive language.

                                  Non stop using abusive and vulgar language. Infact we even do not know the reason for what they have called and what is the purpose of the call.

                                  Hence with the help of true caller tried to trace the identification of the caller and found out that this is registered as "SBI ATM". This is unacceptable and intolerable.
                                  That person should be from a very very dirty background or else any human being would explain why they have called and then try all types of tricks. We do not own any card or account with SBI. This shows the info the person is absolutely wrong and they are calling and harassing a wrong person.

                                    Call from [protected] telling calling from SBI head office as my mastero debit card is blocked and asking from complete card no. As I am holding multiple card from SBI I asked for which branch card is blocked. they are only interested in my card no and they are sending sms to my no with otp which will get deactivated in 5 min but not giving any information about SBI branch account neither interested in verifying my details. At end when they are not able to get the card details they threatened that my account and my debit card will get blocked. when asked I will they certify that they are calling from SBI Head Office they disconnected the phone.

                                      I applied for the GATE 2017 and while doing payment my transaction failed then again i started the payment from starting, and then my transaction got successful.

                                      but unfortunately my payment deduction happened twice on the same ID. please help me further with this issue by refunding my money.

                                        I'm axay raj from dhandhuka and going for inquiry regarding credit and atm card. Sbi employee miss monika makwana seated at that table behave rudely and misbehaving with me. She told me a dumb villager and actually I'm b.com pass person. she also say too much bad words for me and my family. actually lso we have seen her with some people in bad condition so she insulted me in the bank. So pls take action against her. It's my humble request.

                                        Sorry sir. This complain is posted due to some personal revenge. I feel guilty and want to remove such complain back and want that no action taken against that employee monika makwana as she is not guilty
