Dear sir, i purchased a good of rs.22848.02 from flipkart on 6 month emi of rs.3808/- but sbi is charging me full amount of rs.22848.02 in first month despite of several follow ups and complaints. Also sbi has charged me with dishonored charges of rs.531/- for not paying full amount
To avoid severity of this matter i raised query several time on sbi card app but no any satisfactory reply received.

I used ATM for withdrawal 20000 but cash not received yesterday 20000 rupees show in my account withdrawal but ATM cash not given kindly please respond me
Received a call from a representative of State Bank of India marketing for Credit card with the offers such as Transfer existing call balance and convert to EMI, Zero Annual Fee and Credit limit over 1 lacs. Confirming the above-mentioned offers accepted the card and requested to process the Application.

Received confirmation call from the representative of SBI confirmed the same and received the card .

Used the card for few purchases and came to know that the limit provided was only 16, 000 and was not as promised by SBI.

Current limit failing the actual requirement to balance transfer from other card, notified the issue with SBI customer service before the first billing cycle and continued to chase the CS without any success.

Also tried to reach the sales person without success, intimated customer service that no payment will be paid until the issue resolved or receiving proper justification on the false commit made by the SBI representative during marketing.

Adding to that I also raised a complaint through portal where it was acknowledged but never answered (complaint registered was removed from the portal now)

I didn't make any payment since the issue was never resolved and customer service didn't respond properly, continuously receiving calls from SBI collections team asking for payment and having explains the issue and asking for the justification, SBI representatives have no responsibility to serve the customer and using unprofessional ways in handing customer.

Myself as a customer expect strong justifications on the false commits and the way I treated by SBI representatives before I proceed to clear my dues.

Also note that the act of SBI also affect the other card on which I planned to do the balance transfer.

I expect your support to investigate the issue and respond back with a proper justification and also the actions taken to avoid these kind of false commits and practices used by SBI representatives on selling a card to a customer.

    Reference i'd:836625

    A refund of 1448 rupees was successfully processed on 23 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      Hello,

      I have saving account in bank. I have closed another bank account a year ago. I try to generate upi account for my saving account. But when i try to to do that, it shows me multiple account registered. I have gone multiple time in bank branch. But they can not help it. I want to use upi account for business purpose. I am having their problem since a six months. I would like to request please deregister previous account which is closed. The lates account details you can find here

        Sir, on 31st may at about 8 pm as i had to go outside state i needed cash so i went to the the nearest atm (Hdfc bank) at manipal complex 5th mile tadong gangtok. I tried to withdraw but the machine declined to dispense cash after i had entered all details, other cash seekers we're also present at the atm who were also disappointed as the machine was not working properly. So, after i return to my home and i checked my balance in bhim app i found that an amount of rs 10023 has been deducted from my account. Though no cash was dispensed from atm. Today i had to go go to siliguri so my husband enquired from sbi tadong on this aspect they told to file a complaint, so this may kindly be checked into and my money may kindly be credited to my my account.

            I received calls from un known person and he has all the data of mine which i have given to sbi credit card details.

            They are saying rewards is not activated and asking for card number and cvv how many digits.

            Then calling and requesting to enter cvv on touchpad.

            After an 30 mins the same person called and mobikwik transaction initiated for rs.1499.

            I have questioned them why should i share my otp to you, then they disconnected the call.

            Here iam sharing their mobile numbers, please take action on them and protect customer if its a fake call.

            Please take stringent action on them.

              I have bought a watch from ethos boutique at 7200. While doing payment the swiping machine didnt accept the card so i had to swipe which the amount got deducted. After few days i came to know that the 1st fail transaction amount also got deducted. So i ask the merchant for refund which they have done within 3 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account after waiting for 21 days. Now it has been 6 month but still i havent received my money. I ask my home branch but they are saying they didnt recieve. The merchant has provided me an arn no 74164528336000869384919 but the bank is still unable to trace it.
              So kindly help me with my problem. Refunding was never use to be this much difficulty.

                Dear team,

                I am student kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the scholarship and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                  Hello sir,

                  I had taken a housing loan from sbi, and my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy",
                  I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... Still there is no reply for the status of subsidy.

                  For that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... And officers/staff member of sbi says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
                  Sbi officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
                  And behave rudely with client... Please help me.

                        Balance enquiry service not working since long time via SMS or missed call
                        I used to call [protected] to get my SBI account balance
                        But for a long time now this number is always not working
                        Including [protected] for mini statement

                        SMS Banking and missed call service have been not working for a long time
                        I'm not sure whom to contact because customer service has no clear information every time I call them
                        I've tried to call SBI customer but they haven't fixed this issue

                          There is a fraud transection from my account on dated 31/05/2019 for the amount rs8100, from my saving account no-[protected], ifsc-sbin0001389, utr no[protected]. Tranzaction was done through my phone pay apps. This person call me for lubricants and he has to pay the amount but they do the fraudulent activity they collect the amount from me.                                 I purchase mobile in amazon india dated[protected] in rs.14395.46 in 6 month emi rs-2498.16 but 1st time full amount adjusted in my credit card. After adjustment i call credit card customer care and reply care repersentative as emi collect in your saving a/c after credit card limit groth but i 2nd time call credit card customer care 26-5-19 related to emi deposit. Reply care repersentative - your emi deposit in auto collect in your saving a/c in dated 26 jun 2019. You only maintened your saving account balance. But my fully amount deduct in 27 may 2019 in rs. 14395.46. Again customer care calling dt. 31-5-19. Reply care repersentative your product emi in not secured so bank are full amount collect.

                                      My name is g. Shiva prasad, i am credit card customer and i paid total amount by the one time settlement in 2017 after a long time i got a call in 2019...

                                      Sbi staff (Swetha, begumpet, hyderabad) she talked a unparliamentarily language with me and she told me that there is nothing details in the system about previous payment details...

                                      She talked with me very rudely and unparliamentarily language with giving any details of my payment

                                      Kindly requesting you that take action on her immediately other wise i go to police station for fir by the proof of audio records...
