I had taken a housing loan from sbi, and my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy",
I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... Still there is no reply for the status of subsidy.
For that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... And officers/staff member of sbi says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
Sbi officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
And behave rudely with client... Please help me.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Received confirmation call from the representative of SBI confirmed the same and received the card .
Used the card for few purchases and came to know that the limit provided was only 16, 000 and was not as promised by SBI.
Current limit failing the actual requirement to balance transfer from other card, notified the issue with SBI customer service before the first billing cycle and continued to chase the CS without any success.
Also tried to reach the sales person without success, intimated customer service that no payment will be paid until the issue resolved or receiving proper justification on the false commit made by the SBI representative during marketing.
Adding to that I also raised a complaint through portal where it was acknowledged but never answered (complaint registered was removed from the portal now)
I didn't make any payment since the issue was never resolved and customer service didn't respond properly, continuously receiving calls from SBI collections team asking for payment and having explains the issue and asking for the justification, SBI representatives have no responsibility to serve the customer and using unprofessional ways in handing customer.
Myself as a customer expect strong justifications on the false commits and the way I treated by SBI representatives before I proceed to clear my dues.
Also note that the act of SBI also affect the other card on which I planned to do the balance transfer.
I expect your support to investigate the issue and respond back with a proper justification and also the actions taken to avoid these kind of false commits and practices used by SBI representatives on selling a card to a customer.
