After installing passbook printing machines, passbook printing has become a problem due to heavy rush. Bank staff do not co operate at all. Inspite of staff posted for printing, he remain sitting idle. If requested to print a pass book, he flately refuses saying that his duty is only to prepare new pass books. Senior citizens are especially harassed. Please solve this problem. I have narrated my experience at model town branch at karnal branch code 1761.

    on 23.05.2019 i made transaction of rs. 1017.70 through net banking to pay rs. 1000 through sbi gateway to delhi technical uniuversity.. The amount was debited instantly but amount did not go to delhi technical uniuversity. For completing. Payment. Then payment was made by other means. So this amount should be refunded back to my account. Hence it is requested to refund my 1017.70 immediately. The payment debited in my account vide ref no inb/[protected]/state bank collect payments/billdes on 23.05.2018

      This interaction is pending since more than 5 months now and not yet resolved. When I asked to call me for discussion, customer care never reached to me on my phone.

      Issue here is I purchased Galaxy J6 mobile and MI band worth rs 18k rs in October-2018 month during Amazon Great India offer. It was a instant discount offer for other products
      but in my case it was a cashback offer for my J6 phone as described in below URL(Check 2nd tab after opening URL). You can check terms and conditions at this link:

      I have not received instant discount instead I should have been received cashback in January 2019. Please resolve this asap.

      Customer care is not helping me properly. They are just faking anything. It's a matter of 1800 rs which is not a small amount for me. Please help.

        Sir,
        1- on dt[protected] fraudently withdrawal of ₹999/- & ₹33/- were done from my sb account no [protected] of sbi branch kurmanchal nagar bareilly even after permanently blocking of my atm debit card. The information of my consumer complaints id no 2341835 dt[protected] is leaked by some employee of your office, because the cybre frauder had intimated me on dt[protected] at 11.45 am, the reference of my above said complain, which was submitted to you by me on dt[protected]. The cybre frauder had contacted me on his ph no [protected] & asked to send sms on ph no [protected] on dt[protected] after 11.45 am. Hence it is clear that some one employee of your office is a member of the gang of above said cybre frauders, who gave my secret information & e mail address to them. Kindly investigate the matter & arrange to refund my fraudently withdrawaled above said money from him by taking police action against defaulters.
        2- kindly also intimate the progress of my status of my complain id no 2341835 dt[protected]. Thanks.

        Hi sir am visiting this branch since 4 weeks and still they are not issuing the new account they are not responding anything and they are telling to visit tomorrow and day after tomorrow. If i visit again tomorrow they will say come again tomorrow or Monday. Like this they are responding every day. Can't they give one account for one customer?

          I have not applied nor used sbi credit card. However, an amount of rs. 3, 000/- is shown as outstanding since 2016 in my cibil report. Due to this wrong reporting my credit score is lower and i have to pay higher interest on my borrowings when i am regular in all repayment of loans availed by me. Pl take immediate action and delete the outstanding immediately.

          I am closing my account.but bank are not give me a cash withdraw .they are paying me by DD.why not branch give me a cash.ialready gone 4 times in bank.bank manager not giving us a proper answer.in this branch every people complain about staff.they are not doing his work properly.people are standing in bank 3 hours for withdraws
          I visited the SBI branch located in bharti Vidyapeeth. They Denied me from opening new account without any reason. I asked them when should I come again ? He said "I Don't Know"
          One employee said come again after 15 days
          They haven't mentioned what problem they has not even one reason !

            On 31st may i had withdrawn money rs.500 in india1 atm near kattuputhur bus stand. Amount was deducted in my account but money not came upto 10min.in my acc statement atm wdl-atm91511bus stand thottiyam 500 debitted. And again tried in atm wdl-atm91511 2 bus stand kattuputhur tiruchirappa - 1000rs two times debitted but money not received. I spoken to customer care executive they told me to wait 2 working days. But still there is no response from bank side.

              Dear team,

              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                  They not allowing me to change my account into zero balance account i am an student for people like me it's too hard to maintain 3000 rs minimum account balance and make transaction to if not they charge not maintenance j, i something like by using alphabets with term not maintenance what is this please help.                     Photos has been attached
                    I have recharged my phone thru the SBI app for the sum of Rs. 48/- in order to get extra data but the payment went thru for which I got a sms from sbi but I did not get any notification form airtel for the same. Afterwards I checked my data was not recharged.
                    The recharge was done around 6:05 in the evening and on 3rd June 2019.
                    Any help will be deeply appreciated.

                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 327813 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

                          अशोक कुमार, जिनका बैंक खाता लोहाघाट, जिला चम्पावत, उत्तराखंड में हैं. इनका खाता संख्या [protected] और सी आई ऍफ़ नंबर [protected] हैं, ये अभी लक्ष्मंगढ़ में रसोइये का काम करते हैं. इनके खाते में इनकी 25000 तन्खवाह डाली गई. जो की किसी ने फ्रॉड करके निकल ली. 28.05.19 को इनके अकाउंट में पैसे डाले थे.और इस्सके बाद में किसी ने पैसे निकले. sbi में शिकायत की बैंक जा के भी, और कस्टमर केयर पर भी लेकिन गरीबो की सुनवाई कम ही होती हैं. बैंक फ्रॉड में बैंक की जिम्मेदारी बनती हैं की उस इन्सान को पैसे दिए जाये.कृपया इसका समाधान शीघ्र करे.उन इंसान को पैसो की जरुरत हैं.

                            Hello,

                            I’m here to write a complaint about the phone call received on my number and my mother’s number. Introduced himself as Bank Manager of SBI Chandigarh branch. He said your SBI bank account is blocked when asked more details said “due to account blocked we can’t provide more information”.

                            They asked me to provide my accounts details so that they can unlock it. It was my wife who picked up the call as I was taking lunch. She asked him account holder name, he used a women’s name.

                            Once he realized my wife knows about such frauds he started using abusive language. I would request the authorities to take strict action. I’m mentioning the phone number at the end. They do such frauds with innocent people.

                              I tried serval times for ecom or pos transaction in international website neteller but every transaction was failed and bank charging 23.60rs for every failed transaction without any sms notification it is reflecting only in statement so kindly refund i lost overall failed transaction rs is 450rs

                                I have applied for some course and paid rs 1200 receiving du no. Then at the end of the completion of form it showed an eror and now when i am trying to login its asking my du no. . Please help me getting my du no.
                                My car no is TN30BM9111.I have recharged my fastag through sbi faStag on line on[protected] at 18.39 PM FOR Rs 600 and the merchant order no is[protected] and my mobile no [protected] .But when I pass through the toll gate I get card blocked signal.why is it.The amount is not refunded to my account either.

                                      Dear sir, i purchased a good of rs.22848.02 from flipkart on 6 month emi of rs.3808/- but sbi is charging me full amount of rs.22848.02 in first month despite of several follow ups and complaints.                                       Received a call from a representative of State Bank of India marketing for Credit card with the offers such as Transfer existing call balance and convert to EMI, Zero Annual Fee and Credit limit over 1 lacs. Confirming the above-mentioned offers accepted the card and requested to process the Application.

                                      Received confirmation call from the representative of SBI confirmed the same and received the card .

                                      Used the card for few purchases and came to know that the limit provided was only 16, 000 and was not as promised by SBI.

                                      Current limit failing the actual requirement to balance transfer from other card, notified the issue with SBI customer service before the first billing cycle and continued to chase the CS without any success.

                                      Also tried to reach the sales person without success, intimated customer service that no payment will be paid until the issue resolved or receiving proper justification on the false commit made by the SBI representative during marketing.

                                      Adding to that I also raised a complaint through portal where it was acknowledged but never answered (complaint registered was removed from the portal now)

                                      I didn't make any payment since the issue was never resolved and customer service didn't respond properly, continuously receiving calls from SBI collections team asking for payment and having explains the issue and asking for the justification, SBI representatives have no responsibility to serve the customer and using unprofessional ways in handing customer.

                                      Myself as a customer expect strong justifications on the false commits and the way I treated by SBI representatives before I proceed to clear my dues.

                                      Also note that the act of SBI also affect the other card on which I planned to do the balance transfer.

                                      I expect your support to investigate the issue and respond back with a proper justification and also the actions taken to avoid these kind of false commits and practices used by SBI representatives on selling a card to a customer.

                                        A refund of 1448 rupees was successfully processed on 23 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
