I have recharged my bsnl mobile via amazon on 16-5-19 and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. They (Amazon) have processed my refund and issued me a refund reference no. 968656 on 17-5-19 and asked me to contact the customer care of my bank ie state bank of india. I made several calls and all the customer executives said that they are unable to help me and no dispute charge option is available to them, then i talked to amazon again and they said that they have already processed the refund from their side. Now whatever is to be done is by the bank. Nothing has been done by the bank till date. Was this information helpful? | |||

On[protected] tatacliq initiated refund on my account. However I have not received a refund on account. The amount is Rs 7191. And the sender is tatacliq.
