Dear sir

A refund of 2149 rupees was successfully processed on 28 jun 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    I was using Sbi Tata credit card before few years after that I called so many times to your customer care and stopped my card and I received confirmation about my card cancellation even though continuously you are sending me outstanding massage that why I am fed off with you and your company giving me mental stress.
    Even because of this I m not getting loan and my c bill score is down without do anything. So i request you to close my account and shortout my problem. You can check you audio call about request of cancellation of my card. So pls stop this harassment otherwise I will take step.

        SUBJECT : Cancellation & settlement of Rinn Raksha Account No. [protected] against SBI Home Loan account No. : [protected]

        Dear Sir,

        A Rinn Raksha Policy of SBI was issued to me without signing of any documents. Cancellation of the same was confirmed through mail [protected]@sbilife.co.in dtd 31-Dec-2013. Undersigned has noticed in Jan 2017 that this policy is active. After that wrote a mail to [protected]@sbilife.co.in for the same, discussed and visited SBI Branch, Sec-56, Gurgaon and RACPC, Gurgaon for many times and also communicated so many times. But matter is not resolved till now.

        Details of mail & communication exchanged is mentioned below.

        I have recd. SBI Life- RiNn Raksha Certificate of Insurance on 07-Sep-2013 which I have not opted and mailed to [protected]@sbilife.co.in on 14-Sep-2013 to cancel the same ( mail copy attached).

        Undersigned has again asked [protected]@sbilife.co.in vide E mail dtd. 04-Nov-2013 to check the signature on the Rinn Raksha Policy documents as it is not signed by undersigned (mail attached)

        Bank has forwarded me the form of specimen signature vide E mail dtd 07-Nov-2013 (mail attached)

        Signed Specimen signature sent on 09-Nov-2013 through registered letter and confirmed to bank through mail dtd 12-Nov-2013 (mail attached).

        SBI through mail ID [protected]@sbilife.co.in dtd. 29-Nov-2013 confirmed to cancel the policy ( mail attached)

        After receiving the specimen signature SBI agreed to cancel the Policy clearly indicates that signature is forged in bank by their staff.

        Finally SBI has confirmed through mail ID [protected]@sbilife.co.in dtd. 31-Dec -2013 for cancellation of Policy ( mail attached)

        I was surprised to note that (while viewed HL a/c no [protected] online around 20th Jan, 2017) an outstanding amount of approx~Rs.32, 000.00 is lying against Rinn Raksha which I have not opted and the same was verified / confirmed by SBI through Email dtd. 31- Dec-2013 ( Refer attached mail) and undersigned wrote a mail to [protected]@sbilife.co.in on 22- Jan-2017(refer attached mail) and handed over a letter on 03-Feb-2018 (attached) .

        After certain round of communication through mail over [protected]@sbilife.co.in, finally SBI life Insurance further agreed ( in addition to 31- Dec-2013) through Email dtd. 11-March-2017 ( mail attached for reference) to cancel the Rinn Raksha policy and asked to obtain NOC and submit the same along with other documents.

        In this regard undersigned has already visited RACPC, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon on 15-Mar-2017 and 06-July-2018 along with Branch Manager of Sector-56 to resolve the issue. But on 06-July-2018 AGM at RACPC Gurgaon Mr. Rajesh Ahluwalia has not attended well Mr. Bhagat Rohilla of Branch Manager sec-56, Gurgaon. So I have decided not to to be insulted by RACPC AGM and return back without any result.

        I have received an amount of Rs.48000.00 in April 2017 against cancellation of Rinn Rakha Policy ( which was adjusted from my account). Though I have deposited an amount of Rs. 32000.00 after adjusting Interest charged by BANK as per advice of BM of sec-56.

        RACPC is not showing any willingness to close the matter and harassing me unnecessary for the fault made by SBI.

        Request you to please go thoroughly and provide the following documents:

        Closure of Rinn Raksha policy and NOC
        Rate of Interest waiver
        Account statement of HL and Rinn Raksha from the date of inception.
        Rate of interest charged from time to time
        I have submitted Axis bank cheque 188874 dtd. 20-Jan-2017 for an amount of Rs.19, 431.00 to avail lower rateof interest. Please confirm whether rate of inerest is lowered after receiving of Rs.19, 431.0 or not

        Please look into the matter on priority.

          I have deposited Rs.150000 in sbi sunam IFSC code SBIN 0005577 on17.11.2017 under SCSS. A/C no [protected] in my first name Chitranjan Dass Goyal.The quarterely interest for ending 12/2017 and 3/2018 have already been paid and deposited in my S/A no [protected].But interest for quarter 6/2018 has not been paid and deposited in my S/A.I have given in writing on 3/7/2018 to the Manager that interest for quarter 6/2018 be paid and deposited in my S/A [protected].But uptill now intrest for my SCSS no [protected] has not been paid.You are requested to look into the matter and ensure that interest be paid to me at the earliest pl.

            On 18th March 2018 i had swiped my ATM card at POS(Amount is Rs. 7650), first transaction was declined and i had swiped the same card for the second time and the transaction was successful but the amount had been debited twice from my account.

            After this i had registered a complaint through CMS portal on 28 March 2018 still the complaint is in open condition and none of the bank employee is aware of this problem, so i request you to take necessary action to refund my amount.

              I experienced worst service they are saying now everything is digital. And they will not reply on you mail. Some time they will attend their call and say will call back . I never received a call back at once. They have different procedure staff has rude attitude. Anyone can contact me for further details +[protected]. I can shows the emails I send on their inbox.

                I got below message from sbi (TM-SBICRD):

                "Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time"

                But i have not applied for any card.

                Dear Sbi. Please check if there is some fraud happening.

                My mobile number is [protected]

                Also, please provide customer care number if I need to talk to them about who/when the card is applied.

                Please look into this issue ASAP. This may be serious threat to credit card users.

                I too have received the same message when I have not applied any card with the sbi. Their customer service don't have option to talk to their customer's support agents. Then how to resolve this issue.

                  I am a sbi card hold. Card ending no:-3882. I want to share you a this which happened with me. I am a retire person. I was using SBI CREDIT CARD, from last 2 year.
                  From last 2 monthly my health was not & also I was suffering well so I delay to pay the outstanding balance.
                  My credit limit was 50000. As I paid more then Rs 1 lakh. As a interest.
                  Now money is not possible to pay the due which outstanding balance is Rs:24000.
                  So I said them to settlement.
                  But this SBI CARDS COLLECTION PEOPLE then don't want to problems of any other people's.
                  They only need of money from which they are getting commission.

                  I WANT TO DO SETTLEMENT BUT SBI CREDIT CARD IS NOT READY TO DO A SINGLE SUM OF SETTLEMENT.

                  I HAVE NO MONEY SO I CAN'T PAY MORE FOR YOU.

                  I AM FED WITH SBI CARD'S. I GOT A MILD ATTACK COZ OF SUCH THINGS.
                  IF ANY THINGS WILL HAPPENED WITH ME THEN WHO WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.

                        Sir, On 3/7/18 my account has been kept on hold. When I visited branch they ask me whether I am a employee. I told yes. Further they ask me whether I am a gurrentor of any loan. I said no. They also ask me whether I take loan. I said no. They checked my account and told me I am a gurrentor of two loanee of KYC loan. I ask them how. They told me according to the record I am a gurrentor. Really In my life I have never signed any loan gurrentor form and how comes I am a gurrentor? They told me the names of loanee and told me to tell the loanee to paid their loan or else my account will be kept on hold. I wander that leaving all my important times how will I ran after the loanee and request them to paid their loan which is not related to me . My question to SBI is I am not a loan recovery staff of SBI nor I am not a gurrentor. Moreover this SBI account is not my salary account.so how can I be a gurrentor. Moreover It is their duty to find out the person who forged my signature as a gurrentor. This things can be done only by their staff and why do they harass their innocent customer. I have complained to my branch but they kept on telling me to convey the loanee to repay their loan or else my account will be in problem. Dear SBI pliz do your own duty and find out the culprit I am just your innocent customer, you r not paying for my bread and butter and why shall I do your duty let me do my own duty and unhold my account or else I will go to the higher authority against your bank. Thanks

                          Date of incident - 07.07.2018.
                          I opened an RD with monthly installment of Rs. 3000. The first installment was immediately debited from my savings account. But due to some reason, I had to close the RD account within around 10 minutes of opening it. To my utter surprise, I was only credited with Rs. 2579 in my savings account. I registered a complaint by calling in their toll free number and I was provided with a ticket number. At present, the status of the complaint says as "closed". I called SBI toll free number again. Now, the representative says that I need to go to my home branch in person and drop an application regarding the matter. Is this justified? Was it my fault that I need to go to the branch for resolution?

                            I had the worst experience of my life having an account with SBI. I have tried all the three methods of pin generation and still have not received my OTP. you shouldn't try new things when it cannot work properly maybe a person is stuck somewhere. I wish there was negative rating I could give you that would be a negative infinite rating from my side. Resolve this issue as soon as possible. first the government comes up with such big ideas as online banking and stuff and then you people don't resolve such things. you should look up to your technical measures so that we people don't have to suffer so much because of you.

                                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                    Sir, My credit card no ending 7403, i had been make payment of balance transfer amount EMI Rs 1500/- but by mistake make a paymen of Rs 15000/- on dated 8th july 2018, on same day i had sent email about said information yo day, i.e 12 th july 2018 call to customer care office and asked her to remaining amount[protected] EMI p.m _ ) you have to transfer my s.Ac but not agree, your total balance amount close from your 15000/- it's ilegaly process without my concept how can close balance transfer loan amount . i .can't .say .to close .my BT Ac .i want to 13660 /- to transfer my sbi s .ac but Sr. customer officer said we recovered your bt amount not possible to transfer said amount as per your requirement .

                                    Sir, I have a SBI saving account, IFSC code: SBIN0002112, Ac no [protected] .why deducted three times 295 rupess per times without any information to my self transaction or low limit (3000.00) or no transaction Cheque, Debit card. Please re-fund my all deducted amount from my SBI account. This complain solve quickly and return my rupees.
                                    I have received messge from amazon that refund was send..but sbi was not credited my amount to my account..and it's been more than two weeks ..!!

                                    My Credit card has been used in Fraudlement activity i dont know how my registered mobile number changed and fraud has been done on my card.

                                    I have informed bank on the same day when dispute happened but there is no resolution from the bank.

                                    SBI data has been leaked somewhere down the line and now they are asking me to pay the amount.

                                      I have an account in state bank of india i transferred 40000 through imps in icici bank but internet problem occurred now what to do account has not been credited but sbi account has been debited it has been a few minutes now what to do should i call customer care or will it be reversed automatically in 2 days or more or should i write a complain to the branch manager

                                        I have Senior citizen saving scheme (a/c no. [protected]) in SBI, IFSC: SBIN0001067. In 31st December 2017, Rs. 3488/- (TDS of quarterly interest of the scheme) along with Rs. 33250/- are debited (wrongly as said by bank for "Tax on previous interest") from my a/c no. [protected] and transferred to a/c[protected]. However, TDS of Rs. 33250/- along with Rs. 3488/- are not reflected in 26 AS. I request you refund the amount or take necessary action to reflect TDS amount of Rs. 33250/- along with Rs. 3488/- in 26AS so that I can claim refund by income tax filing before 31.7.18.
