Sbi jayanagar branch 560011. Cheque pay in slip book not available from last 3 months. No body cares. Complained up to chief manager. All the time they say no supply,
. None attends customer between 1.30 and 2.00. They do not call even one token no during that time. Afterall ustomer counter can be manned by roster system. Complaint falls on deaf ears
They have declared their own lunch time. They have not put board. Pl put on outside board and declare 1.30 to 2.00 lunch time. Sdo not waste customers time. Banks can waste but customer cannot

    I have a more problem of sbi card, i have deposits money on time but outstanding is not clear due high intrest rate that is i can not bear this. i have send mail to sbi customer care for EMI option but they are denied,
    kindly suggest what should i do, i have no money for payment of card, if they are make my emi than i will pay whole amount.

      I am calling these people from last 10 days and they are making me run from bank to customer care and not accepting the information I giving that is details about the payment to be credited. Giving me false information. The amount is charge is R. 1049 and forwarded by Amazon on 19 June 2018. They are saying that they haven't received the payment but I have the details they are not listening. I have called them around 10 times and they are still not listening what I have to say and giving me some lame reasons.

        Sir/Mam,
        I am Mahasweta Chatteejee, yesterday I.e 1/07/2018 I got an sms from bank that thank u for purchase order of rs 50, then again rs 50, then 3000, the rs 4000 At OTHPG[protected]GOOGLE *ASHPSHKMR .They returned that 50 rs strangely..but 7000 rs in total has been deducted from my account without my consent.I went to the branch manager, the local cybercrime branch also, i have even reported to google about this.But I have not received any satisfory answer from anyone.pls help me regarding the same as soon as possible, because I literally don't know what else to do.. because I need that money..pls help me regarding the same..I lodged a complaint yesterday with ticket no [protected] about the 4000 rs.But when I updated my passbook I saw 3000 rs was also deducted..so I want to launch a complain again, pls help me.. because I need the money urgently.Now I am so afraid to keep money in bank.

          Sir, I had dropped a cheque of Rs 4969/-favouring SBI cards in SBI santacruz west br . The same cheque was stolen and the amount with name of favouring party was changed. I have made a complaint with the bank and bank has written me that FIR has been lodged.
          But the branch has not given FIR no /date, under which section the FIR has been lodged.
          I am not concerned with the formalities which the Bank has to follow but i want my hard earned money with interest back earliest possible as I am senior citizen

            This is Swati Sharma. I am an existing account holder of SBI since more than 10 years. On 24 June 2018 i was making payment for my SBISimply Click Credit card (Card No [protected]) of the amount due of Rs. 30, 095/-. Instead mistakenly made a payment of Rs. 3, 10, 955/- (Three Lakh Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Five) from my Yes Bank savings account through internet banking. The amount was immediately debited from the Yes Bank account. I made the complaint for excessive fund reversal to SBI the same day, uplaoded a letter and pan card copy as requested and was given a complaint no.[protected].

            I was told the complaint will be closed by 3 July 2018 and the amount shall be credited back to Yes Bank account latest by 3 July 2018.

            I have been following up with the customer care every second day since then to check the status of the redressal of the complaint. Each one has been saying that the same will be closed by 3rd July. The last call made was on 29 June and the same response was given. Today when i called the customer care to check the status i was told the request has ben rejected as the NEFT was not received. The amount was debited from my Yes bank account immediately and credits in maximum 4 hours the same day. Even a confirmation message was received from SBI confirming the payment received (attached with this mail). Then how can the request be rejected on the basis of NEFT not received ????

            This is most disappointing and inappropriate practices by the bank and their employees. I need a proper response and apology for delaying returning the excess credit card payment made. Kindly close this request at the earliest. A new complaint no was issued by the customer care[protected]. My SBI savings account no is [protected].

            Kindly revert back at the earliest.

            It is very negligent of the bank authorities and as per the RBI guidelines if any illegal transaction has been made from your account, it is the liability of the bank to refund the amount.

              My refund of Rs.1648/-was given to bank SBI Subroto Park by amazon vide refund ref no[protected] to credit the sum in my acct [protected] on 12 jun 18. Till date the refund could not get creditted. Plz Look into. One item was purchase through amazon and it was returned due to not of proper size. The refund was initiated by amazon on 12 Jun 18 vide above mentioned transaction ID but till date didnt credit in account.

                580/- has been deducted from my account for investment intermedi, please send that money back to my account, i didn't have any clue of investing in any investments and even i don't have any loans, or if there is anything acvitated to my like this please deactivate it. I can't afford to pay 290/- every month. Please take action as soon as possible. Customer support guys are not able to solve this problem.

                  Hello i deposited 65800 on 15/06/18 in cdm machine at sbi civil lines branch sagar (M. P). Bit as the amount exceeded 49000 limit the transaction got cancelled and money hot struck but when complained in branch they only credited 35800 and the remaining 30000 was vanished and they are not ready to listen. The deputy branch manager simply states that there is no excess cash and harassing me to lodge fir for further procedings and not helping at all.
                  I request you to kindly take further actions against the manager and staff.

                    I had applied for cheque book on jun 15 2018. This was urgently needed as sbh bank merged with sbi bank, tomorrow my personnel loan is going to expire i guess it was not valid for applying a loan. Yes the cheque book i requested, belonprgs to my salary account. The base branch of which is ramanthapur hyderabad near tv studio. I tried have tried to call their office no of times no one is responding from post office and also after repeated rings nobody pick up.

                    I don't understand what kind of service they are providing, there is no tracking system to track your cheque book delivery, unlike other private banks. This kind of old fashioned banking, is such a pain to people like us since last 10 days

                      There is a refund from yatra with the reference number

                      "the refund reference number (Arn/rrn) : 74332748167816695983649".

                      It has not been credited yet.

                      Yatra has raised a refund on 20 june and not yet processed in my account.

                      Mr. Bimal jo sbi burnpur branch ke loan department dekhte hai wo bahut hi ghatiya kam karen ka tarika hai because wo customer service ke lite unse proccesing fees late hai sath mai kafi wait karate hai baad mai loan cancel karwane par majboor karte hair.                       Recently, I opened a new account in SBI.In two consecutive days, i deposit an amount to my account and after an hour so when I opened my net banking account, 59 is deducted due to excess cash deposit charge. If SBI make new rules for charges, why they don't inform the beginner customer about this earlier. Why???

                        Not just shameful but shocking how easily is it for these recovery agents to recover private information of the females of the family and how terrifying is it for the females to know that their phone numbers and work place details are so easily available to these strangers. How can they have their peace of mind and how can they be secure when these people have no shame in talking to them in abusive language.

                        Getting calls from sbi recovery agents who are discussing banking details with third party and giving out every detail of the account to them. Where is the privacy and where is the decency of knowing what you are talking and to whom?

                        As per their own code of conduct they are not suppose to discuss details with third party and here i have recording of the guy telling details of all my accounts and loan accounts to third party. not my spouse, son (including legally adopted son), unmarried daughter (including legally adopted daughter), unmarried sister, father, mother, daughter-in-law, grandson and grand-daughter.

                            My sbi fbb credit card has been blocked for no reason and when i contacted the customer care executive, i got an answer that my credit card has been blocked because of suspicious activity.

                            It is a stupid thing that after verifying my registered mobile number through otp, they still think that the transaction is suspicious. Very disappointed with the services provided by sbi credit card customer service that they need more than 7 days to unblock my credit card.

                              The sbi branch of sadar bazar sendhwa is delaying my educational loan and is not responding to it. I have cracked ailet law entrance exam and taken admission in nlu new delhi for that i am applying for educational loan but they just not proceeding to my loan and even are not entertaining us properly. So kindly plz resolve my problem as earlier as possible!

                                  I am saving a/c holder of SBI home Branch VRDE Arangaon Ahmednagar. My a/c suddenly debited on 28 June 2018 with four transactions total R's 33000. This is heavy loss and I couldn't understand what to do. I contacted my SBI home branch when I realized on 29th june., But he told that I should send some emails and he sent some email addresses.                                       Sir on 27/06/2018 11:32 i withdrawal 500 rupee from the atm of sate bank of india najafgarh which atm machine code is s1bb[protected] it is attached with sbi bank near himlaya sagar . The money dont come out it was cut out from my a/c [protected] please solve my problem as early as possible.
