When approached for the details of education loan payment, branch manager (Sbi-kodumon, branch code: 070560) used very abused words and she behaved like a market lady.
She insulted in front of other customers and not even ready to check the payment receipts. Rs. 3, 60, 000/- paid to the said account through village office as part of the revenue recovery and she have not credited the amount in proper way. Whatever dd has been collected she have credited to reliance without following any procedures. Once we asked the documentary proof for the same, she have not even provided the correct reliance loan a/c no also.
She really troubled me a lot and she is not having any idea about status of the account. She simply ate my money.
We have taken proper proofs from taluk office showing the said payment dd has been taken in branch manager name and she is only received the same.
I got doubt that, sbi appointed such a cultureless market lady as their branch manager.
Same time so many other customer also informed about her behaviour inside the branch.
If she cannot manage the customers and cannot provide the details why she is sitting in the chair of branch manager.
Anyway it is a big shame to total sbi group, at least somebody from sbi should read this complaint and should realise there are staff in their group who is misbehaving with the customers in the same way.
I lost some payments because the negligence of this lady and anyway i closed the account with reliance. (As a private body at least reliance helped a lot in my case)
Common man should realise the fact that all officers in bank is not having good knowledge in the work, what they are doing.
Don't believe in the words of single person blindly. At least discuss with minimum 3 person.
Otherwise officers like this lady will eat our money easily.
I have given complaint to sbi also but they have not even checked what is the problem.
I should not suggest sbi to anyone for taking any kind of loan as they are handing over the loans to reliance commercial finance and making lot of problem to the customers.
They will not notify the customers also regarding the loan account transfer.
So beware common man!!!
