Forgotten my login password, i am trying, it showing that ur mobile no is not added to ur account, i need the profile password also,

I have collected twice online passwords from the branch, those are not working properly.

What is the procedure for this, i need the online password immediately.

The sbi branch which they provide the online password was incorrect

I Antra Bhatti already have account in your bank.My account number is [protected].I tried to open my son's account as required by school.I submitted my all papers on 4/04/2017 and today 30/5/17 they harassed me and returned my documents.
