I got a cal from sbi credit card and they made 2 transactions of rs 5000 each. The fraudster took advantage of a complaint which i had raised earlier and asked me to share the otp for processing the complaint. They had all the details about me the 16 digit card no, expiry date and even my address. How do they had so much of details. Are the sbi employees involved in this or are the sbi selling the customer information to fraudsters?

I was paid my electricity bill of 5351. 08rs at 23th may 2017 but transaction failed & amount deducted from my sbi account, so please refund my ammont as same. I am waiting for your possitive reply.

Amount wrongly debit in my sbi savings account through axis bank. The sender only download the axis bank upi application but the receiver not install the axis bank. After type the receiver name as [protected]@axisbank then the amount of rs.2250 is transferred to the [protected]@axisbank. The transaction is made on 4th february 2017. But still the amount of rs.2250 is transferred to the sbi savings account. Please favour me for the refund...

I have paid my passport fees through dena bank rupay debit on 27/05/2017 & 28/05/2017. The transactions were failed but dena bank has deducted the amount and showing in my accountstatement. As instructed, sbi has to return to dena bank within 7days of the failed transactions. It has not happened as of now.

I am serving with Indian Army and was posted at Asssam from 2010 to 2015. During my stay at Assam I had opened sb account (salary a/c) with state bank of India, Rangiya branch.
Now as I have been transfer to Mumbai since Sep 2015. I have mailed application for transfer of my account from Rangiya to Mumbai several times alongwith fax, but no responce received from Rangiya branch of SBI.

I taken kcc loan from state bank of patiala, pataudi branch, gurgaon, haryana, with kcc a/c no. [protected] of rs. 4 (3 lacs @ 7% & 1 lac @ 11.15) pa.

Bank deducted interest rs 55737.56/pa (33503.22+22234.34)

I went branch many times but i got harassed by branch.

I have a salary account in sbi masab tank branch long back in 2010. And another account is in ongole branch as saving account but my ongole branch is indicating the cif number with the masab tank branch, so i am not able to do any transactions. I dont have passbook of my salary account and also not using that salary account from 2012. How can i close that salary account and to update my cif number with ongole branch....

My father is trying to take home loan. He prepared all documents and ask sbi manager at mehsana, they are saying you are not eligible for this home loan.
They are not giving any particular reason nor they are responding properly. Even they don't know about pradhanmantri avas yojana for lig group.

Charged rs500 for giving one year statement.

The charges are too high for a year statement and is not acceptable, not sure if every body else is facing the same issue since we dont have a online banking account.
