Respected sir,

My name is sanjeev matey. I am staying andheri west mumbai, i have been using tata credit card since 5 to 7 years. I have never got any complaint regarding my payment this all years
In last 5 month before i had submit a cheque of rs-13661 as per tata credit card monthly statement received, of axis bank account to tata credit card.
After few day i had a call from tata credit card saying that they had not received payment.

I will check my bank and my statement amount of rs.13661/- debited from my account, so i send mail them with statement regarding that the amount has been cleared from my account,
I had been continuously follow-up with tata credit card (Sbicredit card) customer service regarding non receiving payment. I also check my bank (Axis bank turner rd bandra west branch) and they check his system and they tell me paymemt already deducted from my account,
After so many follow up and mails they asked me to submit a letter of axis bank as per the given format, they want a this letter for axis bank letterhead i immediately gave them the letter and mail it... (Attached for your reference). I had given them all necessary documents whatever they want. They are charging me interest of non receiving payment
From last 5 month they continuously calling me for non receiving payment and harassment me.
I request to kindly see into this matter and resolve it for me

    It is very shamefull matter for the above subject. I am giving a cheque to my client and it is returned and also mention that our account has not enough balance.

    In our account there is enough money and our account is debited cheque return charge and our client account also a debit charges for the same.

    At the same time, we are doing a business during last 50 years. It is the first time experience. So, our dignity is also questioned, if you can recollect?
    So kindly take necessary steps to credit all charges in this connection.

      Sir,

      With reference to subject cited above inadvertently i opted for this scheme but tried to stop this since last 3 years.in this regard i have been submit written application at the concern branch a number of times and also contacted customer care a number of times but ultimately does not get solution. Continuously rs. 330/- has been deducted from my account.

      I want to discontinue the same immediately and please do the necessary action in this regard.

        I was depositing 1000 ruppes in my account via sbi ratnasagar hotel depositing machine and due to server issues it got strucked in that machine and the machine gave a receipt written 500 - 1 and 0 - 1.. Please contact branch for more information.. When i came to brach there was no manager present in the bank and they saidhe will come after 3 hours.. I waited there but no one came.. At last i can't wait there anymore because our house was too far from the bank.. Please help me i need that money too urgently

          Sb a/c no [protected] c. Sugumar sbi branch golibar maidan br pune income tax of rs 771/ recovered wrongly in my pension for the month april 2017. Sumitted proof of saving for rs 150000 and not to deduct income tax. Sbi br not reflected the details of saving in the system. Hence rs 771 wrongly recoverd (Itax) in april 17 pension. On contact sbi br action to refund of rs771 was taken throu system in april itself and system confirmed the action successfully to refund / credit of rs 771. Till to date rs 771 not refunded/credited to my sb account. Pl kindly do the needful to refund /credit the amt rs 771 at the eariliest. C. Sugumar pensioner central govt retired.

          REFER TO MY COMPLAINT DT JUN 3 2017 ; DETAILS: Action on credit of Rs 771 on account of REFUND OF INCOME TAX wrongly recovered in April pension monthly Credit to my STATE BANK A/c.Till to day i have not received any replay or no action taken on this matter. pl kindly take action to REFUND of RS 771 (Refund on a/c of INCOME TAX to my PENSION SB A/C no [protected] at the earliest.             Can u cancel the transaction and refund the amount sir?? Is there any possibilities to refund the amount?? Du 66855546 is my reference number. Application fee is 1800.. It has deducted 3600. Pls help me i have paid my application fee for tnau convocation fee... But the transaction has been completed... Can i cancel the transaction now... Just cancel the whole transaction that would be useful for me to save my money. I have done my transaction in the name of comptroller of tnau in sbi collect on 2 jun 2017

But i did not get yet. So i m requesting you to refund my money and check the transaction.

                Hi, today i went to sbi branch aralvaimozhi, kanyakumari to get much information about student loan to apply later. Initially i approached the manager he asked me to approach a lady who handle these. She lack in informations about loan. I was explaining her what my course is all. She was not ready to listen to and asked me to write a letter about my study. And she asked me to come after 3 days. I dont know why are they put in that position and paid, just to scare at us or yo help us. Very lazy people they doesnt know how to treat customers. Very bad experience.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  Amazon.in transferred an amount of rupees 447 in my SBI account on 21st May, 2017. Amazon.in informed me it would take around 4-5 business days as per bank's policy for the amount to reflect in the account. However still now, I didn't receive the money. I have contacted amazon for at least 15 times and every time they have shared a refund reference number/transaction number[protected] and have asked me to contact the Bank's customer care for the same. I have repeatedly asked SBI's agent to charge a dispute (as amazon said) regarding the same but every time they said there is no such terms like that available with us. Basically when I am asking help from amazon, amazon is saying to contact SBI and when I am contacting SBI, SBI is saying to contact amazon. Now since I have nowhere else to go, with a great positive expectation, I'd kindly ask you to help me regarding this.

                  I shall patiently wait in hope for the best resolution from you.

                      Received my PPO in first week of April contacted CPPC hyd asked me to submit duplicate copy of ppo adhaar card pan card and undertaking in Sbi branch and according submitted all on 28 apr 17. Till now I have not received my pension.cppc asked me to contact branch as undertaking showing NO. Since last 15 days onwards Sbi waddepalli 7167 telling concerned manager on leave. If that is the case somebody must have been taker over his chair but still they are not helpful. What should I do to get pension

                        From last few months sbi is calling me and abusing me for some 1.5 lac dues... Their people are so aggressive and so abusive that its hard to ecen talk to them. I never ever had a sbi credit card. I do not know how they have my personal information and my sibil score is very low bz this card shows against me in sibil and hence no bank is giving me loan. Amd i needed the loan at most but i am helpless now. Dnt know what to do and where to go. Can someone help me pls

                            This is to bring to your notice on unnecessary withholds being created on my salary account.
                            The other day when, i checked my account[protected]. I have seen only rs.19000 as balance.
                            Today, when i check the account - three withdrawal transfers are done.

                            I have no information of this withhold being created by the bank manager. The bank manager doesn't give proper response at all.
                            My colleague salary (Bhukya srinivas - from a backward family) is also being directly cut because of being guarantor for one of my son's loan. That too without prior information.

                            There is a minimum threshold time for deducting the money from guarantor's account and that too at least sending a notice/information at least.

                            I have approached and given a letter to the bank to directly deduct money from my finances and this has not been carried forward too - so as to less burden of guarantor.

                            Apart all these,
                            I could have foregone my one month installments and paid the dues so as to manage the finances.
                            Why is the bankmanager doing my transactions.? Don't customers have liberty to manage their finances?

                            This is the third time which he has done this to my account. Please check the withholds mr appa rao has created from past 8 months.
                            Faced such type of senseless behavior for first time. This has never happened to us previously.

                            I am afraid how other customers are being suffered from him because the bank itself is not there - it has caught up with fire and ultimately,
                            For consumer complaints - bank manager is only being the primeface.

                                  Recently sbi increase its savings a/c minimum balance criteria to 5000inr.
                                  Thus every poor needy customer like me needs to close their savings account because maintaining 5000 rupees is too difficult for them and me also..

                                  Every bank has a rule to recover a charge if the a/c close within 1 year of opening to prevent frequently account open and closing...

                                  Sbi convert this policy to a booby trap by changing some point...
                                  Point 1. Increasing minimum balance to 5000 and
                                  Point 2. By removing the maximum days (1year) for account closer with nil charge.

                                  Sbi presently increases its minimum balance criteria 0 to 5000. So i and the other poor customer opt for account closing. At the time of account closing 575 rupees recovered from every savings account customer. They said that if a customer close his account after 14 days from open then the charge 575 is applied...

                                  This is too bad. Request to refund the unfairly recovered charge...

                                    I am mr. Rohit ramesh kulkarni (B. E mechanical) cell no. [protected] from kavathe mahankal.

                                    We have submitted all required documents related to education loan to sbi bank one year before to mr. Gaykwad at kavathe mahankal branch.
                                    Consumer name - akshay ramesh kulkarni - student of mca.

                                    * he had verified and checked all documents related to sanction of loan and sent file to approval of branch manager mr. Baksh and mr. Gaykwad told that all documents are ok and this will definitely approved from sbi. But mr. Bakshi had ignored us every time and gave unprofessional answers to us for three months.
                                    When we asked reason to him that time mr. Bakshi asked why we had not submitted file to him first? He told that because of submitting file to mr. Gaykwad i am not ready to sanction your file.
                                    But actually mr. Gaykwad were taking care for loan section in kavathe mahankal branch. And due to his ego problem mr. Bakshi were behaving in this manner to us.

                                    * even if we were requesting to mr. Bakshi, every time mr. Bakshi - branch manager of kavathe mahankal, tal - kavathe mahankal, dist - sangli. Were giving arrogant answers to us due to his ego problem.

                                    * 3 months (In feb.17) before we had placed complaint against mr. Bakshi to kolhapur branch and issue were discussed with mr. Mahatre sir (Cell no [protected]).

                                    * as per his directives mr. Bakshi agreed to process loan file and give us commitment that loan will sanction up to end of apr.17
                                    But in 1st week of march.17 again mr. Bakshi had given bank merging reason and postpone the sanction date up to 15th may.

                                    * on 15th may, mr. Balkshi again given different reason to postpone the file reason was transfer of his colleague mr. Gaykwad to another branch that why he has no manpower to process the loan file.

                                    And give assurance that when new joiner will come that time he will process your file, as per his commitment mr. Patil has joined kavathe mahankal branch on 20th may and after discussing with him he had given 25th may date to submission of file.

                                    * on 25th again date postponed to 1st june - reason was mr. Patil has not stable in this branch so there called us on 1st june.

                                    And today mr. Patil said that your documents are not in line with sbi requirement and same documents were checked by mr. Gaykwad in past and that time they had not raised or highlighted this issue.
                                    Because of this we have waste our time for one year and because assurance from both mr. Gaykwad and bakshi we had not submitted application to other bank also and now we have to submit college fee up to 15th june to modern college pune. But now mr. Bakshi is not ready to sanction our loan.

                                    So request you kindly take strong action on branch manager mr. Bakshi and ask him to process our loan file.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that some of your recovery agents are continuously calling my office and talking abusively in unconstitutional language.
                                        Kindly understand that financial conditions vary and I have deposited the amounts although in gaps but at times as possible.
                                        I also assure that I shall make the payment in my credit but also at the same time request to provide relief in this matter as it is simply creating unnecessary complications in my work place.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
