My name is Nirav Sheth. I have saving account at SBI, Old padra road, Vadodara branch. I had already taken home loan from these bank. Home loan number : [protected].
In last December 2017, i applied for Top up home loan. Submitte documents and blank dated signed check, as per given instruction from SBI bank officer.
After many follow up, i got massage that, i am not able to take a top up loan for various reasons. On Febuary 21, 2017, I already give massage to close the process.
But, after that, i found that my check is deposited in my account in April 2017. Which is very hurting for me, as i am not getting loan and i have to pay even after closing of all process, my check is misused by SBI bank.
I already lunch complain to SBI customer care center, But, as usual, no one from customer care side is supported me.
I want to take legal action against them. Please support me.

This is avinash ojha and my complaint is regarding netbanking user name and password. Before sum time i got the both user name and pass but now i forgote so i want to take it again my user name and pass both kindly do the need full as soon as possible.
