We out our notice there are multiple surprise fraudulent transactions happened on the above mentioned card details.
When we contacted to branch & informed about the same, they blocked the card and stating that these transactions took place through pay tm mobile solutions, but this is to bring kind notice that till date we haven’t activated internet banking for this account nor we have not received any fraudulent calls my father mobile no.

The purpose of writing this mail to you that, we are not getting proper information from branch & they are not explaining process to escalate the dispute also.

​hence ​we are requesting you to a place investigation on these fraudulent transactions on the immediate basis and ​help me to get the amount ​refund our money back on to the account.

Note: we trusted the sbi bank that our money will be safe, but it’s a big surprise to us.

    Please note that i mahabir sharma made a payment of inr 1000 at one of the near by petrol pump station. Unfortunately this payment was made twice. But as per merchant he has received it only once.
    I made several complaints regarding this but nothing has been done so far.
    Regret to inform that iam sbi customer from last 17 years. But i had never expected this from my bank. I have several phone calls regarding my complaint but everything i was just ignored by your staff. They either disconnected my call or just kept my call on waiting after listening to my complaint.
    Wish i will receive my hard earned money back. Its not a big amount as such but if i will not take any action our system will never improve and sbi customers will suffer this as always.
    Request you to take action as soon as possible. Wish my effort will not go in vain.

      Hi sir/madam,

      This is to bring to your notice that my monthly installment got deducted even after closure of the car loan.

      I had taken a car loan from sbh, vikrampuri, secunderabad branch on march, 2015 and have closed the loan on 15th may, 2017, however the monthly installment got deducted this month (June) as well.

      I raised a complain however no one was available even to address it. I was said that there are so many complains we cannot look into everything, moreover the person who looks into it is on leave and there is no one to assist. I do not understand how such a big bank has so much staff scarcity.in that case please let the customer know that they have to wait for months for their complaints to be addressed.

      The next day i was asked to come to the branch even though it was 60 km away from my house, must acknowledge the great service here, as the person in charge said he cannot work on it through sms/email, not sure this was because of his laziness or lack of technical knowledge.

      I skipped my office and went to the branch just to raise the complain. The person in charge, srinivas rao greeted me with 'cant i just be on leave for a day, next day people come and eat my head'. The guy continued to ask me irrelevant questions and kept mocking me time and again.

      He went on to mention that it was the fault of hdfc bank wherein we have the account, that they credited the money... Hats off to the logic!!!

      I have no idea when my money will come back, or if it will ever come. The behavior of the bank employees clearly states that we are a burden and not customer for the bank. We have been treated like we have stolen some money from the bank.

      Please work on it and escalate the matter if needed.

      Kindly request you to look into the matter at the earliest.

          I have sb account at janapath branch bhubaneswar, my atm had out of date, i had already applied a new atm, today (08/06/2017) i go to the state bank for withdraw through my cheque, that the nonsence fellow who is sitting at janapath branch asst manager seat, at the entry gate he is sitting at first seat. He was tell me only draw through atm self cheque is not allowed, our branch manager told us just do the rule.

            My father brij lal gurjar (Old accountee) went to sbi brahmbad for having a joint account with my mother 3 days continously. An employee bahadur singh behaved rudely and forced other employees no to do his work. My parents (69 & 68 yrs) felt very sad and swayed me not to go to this branch till bahadur singh is there. Because of being a local temporary employee, behaving rudely and using abusive language is a regular practice of him. A favourable action is requested.

                  I had return a flight ticket booked from indigo official site. The airlines have initiated the refund from their side and have provided the transaction id 7005045. The refund was initiated about 15 days back but the refund amount 5039 rs is not reflecting in the account. Please process my refunds as soon as possible or enlighten me with a procedure so i can do it.

                    This is to inform you that my rd no.[protected] has been matured in dec 2016, but the bank is nor crediting it nor renewing it. I had called and mailed to the kamlanagar, new delhi, branch several times, always the response is that they are doing it. But till date either job is not done. As my job is transferred to other state so i myself is not able to visit the branch for abovesaid work.
                    In another rd no. [protected] there is some problem, the amount is not crediting in it on monthly basis. Its si from my saving account, still i have to call monthly that the balance is not credited/ debited.
                    You are requested to please check it out so that the account can work smoothly.
                    And you are requested to please do the needful as soon as possible.

                      I (Rahul roy) am savings bank account holder in sbi branch mayabunder, andaman and nicobar islands. Fee excess drs 115 is deducted from my sbi savings account ([protected]) unauthorizedly on 07/06/2017. Since i engaged only three transactions from my account for the month june 2017. I could not understand why the charges have been deducted from my account since four online are admissible monthly, but i had only three so far.

                      I have spoken to customer service to cacell my above credit card on 25th May 2017. They have given ticket no[protected]as acknowledgement. I requested them to send confirmation to my email so that they would not be any dispute in future. Surprised to note that they have not send any letter even after 10days past.

                        I kanwar singh regt no 3155718 my ppo number is s[protected], i am drawing pension from sbi shamli my ac no is [protected] i am trying to get my wifes name included in the ppo however the bank says that my ppo is lost thus wifes name cannot be added, my own copy too is lost, as per govt instructions only pda that is sbi can get the duplicate ppo, the bank has written to pcda allahabad in september 2016, however no dublicate ppo issued till date.
                        My grievence is that sbi as my pda should get the duplicate ppo at the earliest and include my wife name in it

                              My money has been debited from my sbi account but ni money has been added ti my digi bank wallet. My transaction id was
                              Pos[protected]dbsbank.
                              I made a transaction of rs 3500 on 4th june 2017. My sbi account number is [protected]. I contacted the digi bank customer care and they told me to wait for 24 working hours. I waited till 6th june but the money was not credited. Then i filled a complaint against sbi bank. They told me to wait for 1 week. But till now i haven't got any information about that. My contact number is [protected]. I want my money back in my sbi account and plz resolve the problem as soon as possible.
                              I have also got a reference number from the digi bank customer care. The reference number is jhmp[protected].

                                Good morning,
                                My name is Nirav Sheth. I have saving account at SBI, Old padra road, Vadodara branch. I had already taken home loan from these bank. Home loan number : [protected].

                                In last December 2017, i applied for Top up home loan. Submitte documents and blank dated signed check, as per given instruction from SBI bank officer.
                                After many follow up, i got massage that, i am not able to take a top up loan for various reasons. On Febuary 21, 2017, I already give massage to close the process.

                                But, after that, i found that my check is deposited in my account in April 2017. Which is very hurting for me, as i am not getting loan and i have to pay even after closing of all process, my check is misused by SBI bank.
                                I already lunch complain to SBI customer care center, But, as usual, no one from customer care side is supported me.
                                I want to take legal action against them. Please support me.

                                  I am govt employee residing in pune. I have opened bank ac in sbi, tilak road, branch. I wanted to get the locker in the bank. But bank officers are asking me to invest 5 lac of rupess in their fds whereas the locker charges are different on the web. I want to get the locker if it's available but i don't want to invest in fds. Please get this issue resolved.

                                    Sbi online flashes 3 invalid attempts error even when correct credentials are put in:

                                    I have concluded this could be owing to one or more of the following reasons:

                                    1) proper quality assurance tests were not done on their website and they are trying to make up for it by the only way they can. By locking the customer out of his account.

                                    2) this bank is heavily leveraged (Bad debts, scams, bureaucratic corruptions and red tape) and is sometimes short on funds on certain days and this is one method they may randomly employ to reduce cash outflow on high value accounts etc.. They can do this by preventing certain customers from banking online through locking them out of banking access for a few days through such invalid attempt errors etc.

                                    3) i worry that one of these days that this bank may go belly up or become a victim of a major hacking scam (Like the one that happened on the bangladesh bank) thereby forcing most customers with an decent size deposit amounts to take a big hair cut. (Meaning the govt banks will take the spoils and write off the bad debts of their business cronies)

                                      My contact's are hacked by sbi they are abusing and blackmailing me they are calling to my freinds and asking for money. I have a recording in which all conversation is recorded. This is not expected from sbi, iam going to police to register complaint against that girl who abusing me, and also i will complaint against sbi for hacked my contacts.

                                        Hi am revathi from komalur villupuram dist having an account in tirupalapandal branch sbi as am facing bad services and no proper response to any one. They even not giving any respect to senior citizens and also they close off the bank at 12.30 noon after 12.30 they are not providing any services so many people especially uneducated are facing many problems with no proper response. It takes 1 week to with draw 10k for senior citizen and also they asking 10000 deposit to open an account please take an action as soon as possible. Please its many peoples humble request.
