I am doing my mba internship in bangalore and have my sbi account in indore, madhya pradesh.
The bank in bangalore is not accepting my dd for clearances stating that it need to be submitted at your account branch only or i need to transfer my account to bangalore.
It is useless for me transfer my account to bangalore for one year.
Whereas, my branch manager clearly told me that i can submit my dd in bangalore also.
What should i do.

I have given a request to transfer my account[protected] from Gorakhpur PBB (UP) to BEML Layout Thubarahalli (Karnataka). And it seems it is not done yet after nearly 15 days. Can you please help to expedite on this?

    This is to bring to your notice that my monthly installment got deducted even after closure of the car loan.

    I had taken a Car Loan from SBH, Vikrampuri, Secunderabad branch on March, 2015 and have closed the loan on 15th May, 2017, however the monthly installment got deducted this month (June) as well.

    I raised a complain however no one was available even to address it. I was said that there are so many complains we cannot look into everything, moreover the person who looks into it is on leave and there is no one to assist. I do not understand how such a big bank has so much staff scarcity. In that case please let the customer know that they have to wait for months for their complaints to be addressed.

    The next day I was asked to come to the branch even though it was 60 KM away from my house, must acknowledge the great service here, as the person in charge said he cannot work on it through sms/email, not sure this was because of his laziness or lack of technical knowledge.

    I skipped my office and went to the branch just to raise the complain. The person in charge, Srinivas Rao greeted me with 'cant i just be on leave for a day, next day people come and eat my head'. The guy continued to ask me irrelevant questions and kept mocking me time and again.

    He went on to mention that it was the fault of HDFC Bank wherein we have the account, that they credited the money... hats off to the logic!!!

    I have no idea when my money will come back, or if it will ever come. The behavior of the bank employees clearly states that we are a burden and not customer for the bank. We have been treated like we have stolen some money from the bank.

    Please work on it and escalate the matter if needed.

        At the time of submission application for sbi card.. I was assured a voucher of rs 3000 + 2 movie ticket per month has not been provided to me till yet.
        And even the request for auto debit is also not been considered till yet though i have already completed all the formalities in this regard through a employee named nitesh. Due to this i m being charged unwanted interest since i m utilizing my sbi card.
        You are requested to deduce my extra amount to original amount.
        Kindly discard my sbi credit card.. And i don't don't to continue with it in future.
        If my complaint will not be considered, i will approach the consumer court.

              I am sorry to write that i submitted my complaint on 26.04.2017 to sbi baru sahib (11784), hp. Regarding a fraudulent entry from my a/c no.[protected],. An amount of rs.1000.00 was debited from my above account on 12.01.2017. Wide.. Upi/[protected]/[protected]@upi. I noticed this entry from my account when i got my passbook completed on april 2017. I lodged a complaint with the branch manager. Almost 40 days are gone, still my branch manager is unable to give me proper reply. Hence the complaint. Regards, mohinder singh matta. Mob.                 I have paid my passport fees through syndicate bank debit card on 23rd march 2017. The transaction was failed twice. The amount was deducted twice. I called the customer care several times and they informed me to contact sbi. I have sent them several mails but have not received any reply. I also tried their bank number but no response from their end. Is sbi is having such bad process and infrastructure in its core banking? Mr. Modi is asking everyone to use digital transaction. Even people with highest computer literacy are struggling to get back our paid amount, what will happen to illiterate people? When i spoke to customer service at passport kendra, they are telling it is sbi issue and they have to resolve. To whom do i need to contact now to get back my amount. Very bad experience and don't know about sbi & passport office taking a joy ride on their customers in india.

                Its been more than 2 months and still i have not received my refund amount

                Please reverse and refund the money asap.

                    Please note that i mahabir sharma made a payment of inr 1000 at one of the near by petrol pump station. Unfortunately this payment was made twice. But as per merchant he has received it only once.
                    I made several complaints regarding this but nothing has been done so far.
                    Regret to inform that iam sbi customer from last 17 years. But i had never expected this from my bank. I have several phone calls regarding my complaint but everything i was just ignored by your staff. They either disconnected my call or just kept my call on waiting after listening to my complaint.
                    Wish i will receive my hard earned money back. Its not a big amount as such but if i will not take any action our system will never improve and sbi customers will suffer this as always.
                    Request you to take action as soon as possible. Wish my effort will not go in vain.

                          I have sb account at janapath branch bhubaneswar, my atm had out of date, i had already applied a new atm, today (08/06/2017) i go to the state bank for withdraw through my cheque, that the nonsence fellow who is sitting at janapath branch asst manager seat, at the entry gate he is sitting at first seat. He was tell me only draw through atm self cheque is not allowed, our branch manager told us just do the rule.

                            My father brij lal gurjar (Old accountee) went to sbi brahmbad for having a joint account with my mother 3 days continously. An employee bahadur singh behaved rudely and forced other employees no to do his work. My parents (69 & 68 yrs) felt very sad and swayed me not to go to this branch till bahadur singh is there. Because of being a local temporary employee, behaving rudely and using abusive language is a regular practice of him. A favourable action is requested.

                                  I had return a flight ticket booked from indigo official site. The airlines have initiated the refund from their side and have provided the transaction id 7005045. The refund was initiated about 15 days back but the refund amount 5039 rs is not reflecting in the account. Please process my refunds as soon as possible or enlighten me with a procedure so i can do it.

I had called and mailed to the kamlanagar, new delhi, branch several times, always the response is that they are doing it. But till date either job is not done. As my job is transferred to other state so i myself is not able to visit the branch for abovesaid work.
                                    In another rd no. [protected] there is some problem, the amount is not crediting in it on monthly basis. Its si from my saving account, still i have to call monthly that the balance is not credited/ debited.
                                    You are requested to please check it out so that the account can work smoothly.

                                      I (Rahul roy) am savings bank account holder in sbi branch mayabunder, andaman and nicobar islands. Fee excess drs 115 is deducted from my sbi savings account ([protected]) unauthorizedly on 07/06/2017. Since i engaged only three transactions from my account for the month june 2017. I could not understand why the charges have been deducted from my account since four online are admissible monthly, but i had only three so far.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have spoken to customer service to cacell my above credit card on 25th May 2017. They have given ticket no[protected]as acknowledgement. I requested them to send confirmation to my email so that they would not be any dispute in future. Surprised to note that they have not send any letter even after 10days past.

                                        I kanwar singh regt no 3155718 my ppo number is s[protected], i am drawing pension from sbi shamli my ac no is [protected] i am trying to get my wifes name included in the ppo however the bank says that my ppo is lost thus wifes name cannot be added, my own copy too is lost, as per govt instructions only pda that is sbi can get the duplicate ppo, the bank has written to pcda allahabad in september 2016, however no dublicate ppo issued till date.
                                        My grievence is that sbi as my pda should get the duplicate ppo at the earliest and include my wife name in it
