I am serving with Indian Army and was posted at Asssam from 2010 to 2015. During my stay at Assam I had opened sb account (salary a/c) with state bank of India, Rangiya branch.
Now as I have been transfer to Mumbai since Sep 2015. I have mailed application for transfer of my account from Rangiya to Mumbai several times alongwith fax, but no responce received from Rangiya branch of SBI.

At this stage my bank details is required by my pay account office for completion of my pension documents.

I earnestly request you to solve my problem at the earliest.

    I had issued netbanking facility from sbi website. I havr received the username and PPk kit number. But because of reasons I can't access user and prompting kindly contact branch for new credential.
    It has been 15 days I'm visiting branch for new net banking KIT, unfortunately the upper authorities are not cooperating with me.i have registered again from sbi website still i can't able to acess net banking facility.

      I taken kcc loan from state bank of patiala, pataudi branch, gurgaon, haryana, with kcc a/c no. [protected] of rs. 4 (3 lacs @ 7% & 1 lac @ 11.15) pa.

      Bank deducted interest rs 55737.56/pa (33503.22+22234.34)

      I went branch many times but i got harassed by branch.

        Respected sir,
        I have a salary account in sbi masab tank branch long back in 2010. And another account is in ongole branch as saving account but my ongole branch is indicating the cif number with the masab tank branch, so i am not able to do any transactions. I dont have passbook of my salary account and also not using that salary account from 2012. How can i close that salary account and to update my cif number with ongole branch.

        Kindly suggest simple and quick process to solve this.

        Pcl lon application dt 19 5 2017 ko sbi branch barghat branch code 2828 me submit kiya gya pr loannhi diya ja rha hai loan amount 500000 lac just action hetu nivedan hai .
        I made a transaction of an amount of Rs. 882/- as fees for application to
        Jammu University website http:// juet.in . The amount is debited to my SBI account on May 18, 2017 under reference-OTHPG 711651 JUENEXAM MUMBAI. Transaction was unsuccessful and refund is still awaited.

          This is with reference to the payment of rs.68181/- made by sbi (Burnpur branch) to my account number, [protected] against the fixed deposit (B/ch, rd [protected], dated 3 february 2017).in this regard, i would like to draw your kind attention that we had deposited rs. 50000 as fixed deposit in the said bank in jan-feb 2005 as the security against the house building loan we had taken from the esteemed bank. Now after liquidating of the loan after full payment of all installments, i gave applications for the withdrawal of the matured fixed deposit amount. After several applications, the amount that was finally paid to me is a meager rs.68181 which i believe is grossly miscalculated.
          Therefore, i would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and settle it to the satisfaction of one of your trusted customers/stakeholders.

            Hello sir,

            My father is trying to take home loan. He prepared all documents and ask sbi manager at mehsana, they are saying you are not eligible for this home loan.
            They are not giving any particular reason nor they are responding properly. Even they don't know about pradhanmantri avas yojana for lig group.
            Instead of that he went to bob at mehsana and they are ready to give loan up to 7 lac. So what is profit of govt bank account and services.

            Why always sbi employees don't response properly to elders even to youngsters sometimes. Always person has to go two or more times to get any information or
            Any banking services.

            I want this loan from sbi and i know in lig we can get subsidy also but as they are not ready to give loan to whom i need to contact for the same.

              Dear sbi & consumer complaint board,

              I have an sbi account for which i received an sms on 1st june 2017 at 04:09 am stating that a pos transaction has declined due to insufficient fund. Please note that i haven't used my card anywhere on pos in fast week or even today in the morning. My card has been physically with me therefore i call up customer service of sbi to get help since this looks fraudulent/suspicious to me. I called up using my registered mobile no. Yet i didn't get any help from customer service. They asked me to fillin my phone banking user id and password which i did and then they played the recorded message of balance and asked me to press 1 to continue which i did. I didn't get any relevant option or an option to speak to a representative.

              I finally called up again to lodge a complaint about the customer care service and i am told by a supervisor named "rahul" that you don't need to worry since no balance has been deducted.

              Isn't it a lame advise? I shouldn't be worried and be suspicious about this unauthorized transaction (Even if it was declined). Want to ask sbi, is this how you care about your customer that despite calling for more than 4 times i couldn't get a detail about the declined pos transaction sms that you guys sent me?

              Please help me understand why have i received such sms when i haven't used my card? Also please help me understand if that's the level of service sbi has to offer to its customer?

                Dear sir i have linked my adhaar[protected] with my bank account and my lpg distributor also. But according to ncpi (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account. Please tell me the solutions about this issue.

                  My pension is being drawn from sbi, maharanipeta, visakhapatnam.
                  Pension a/c. No.[protected], ppo no.4033/tcap
                  The fallowing grievances are pending.
                  1) my pension for f. Y 2016-17 was drawn in sbi, maharanipeta, visakhapatnam.
                  The total pension credited to my pension a/c, comes to rs.5, 31, 661-00.
                  But, the amt. Paid to me is appearing in 26as as rs.7, 41, 848-00.
                  This mistake is brought to chief manager’s notice, in writing on[protected].
                  This mistake is not rectified so far.
                  2) the maharanipeta sbi branch visakhapatnam is 8kms. Away from my residence. I, gave written request on 15/3/2017 to chief manager, sbi, maharanipeta to transfer my pension a/c to lawson’s bay colony
                  Branch, visakhapatnam (Branch code :sbin0015213).
                  So, far the transfer of account is not approved by cppc hyd.
                  Relief sought :-
                  Item 1 :- a) the pension amt. Credited during 2016-17 appearing in 26as should be corrected by the cppc hyd..
                  B) if, the amt. Shown in 26as is correct, then the difference amt.
                  Ie.[protected] rs.[protected] which was not paid to me to be credited to my pension account immediately.
                  If the amt. Appearing in 26as is not corrected by the concerned,
                  I/tax authorities will demand the i/tax from me on the amount
                  Appearing in 26 as, ie. On rs.[protected] instead of rs.[protected].
                  In such case the additional tax paid by me has to born
                  By state bank of india.
                  Item2 :- the matter is pending for in cppc hyd’s, approval.
                  Account transfer to lawson’sbay sbi branch to be approved

                      I am paramjit singh having account in state bank of india (A/c [protected]) branch dhaula. I have applied for cheque book with all formalities in month of november. But till now i had not received my cheque book. I had received the text on 16 mar 2017 cheque book had dispatched through speed post no. Ep[protected]in. But till now i had not received the cheque book. I had also visited to our post office where they shows us same had received by bank manager of state bank of india branch handiaya (District barnala branch code stbp0000150). After that i had also visited to that branch here manager accept that he was received the cheque book but he doesn't know where the cheque book & assure us arrange the same after two days. But till now i had not received any call from bank. Sir i am just asking you a simple question what is the system of bank for issue the cheque book to customers. I am totally disappointed by your service in which you had appoint well educated persons but not maintain the system for tracking of these small issues.

                        Dear sbi team,
                        This is very worst service from your team at sbi ecil branch, hyderabad. My 39000 have got stuck in your machine which was very urgent and then i went to your manager - cash and informed about the issue but he was not at all responding correctly and he was cool busy personal discussion with his colleague/relative in a branch which is not a correct way. You please bette correct the machines. My 39000 rs got stuck in ecil branch cdm machine for which the machine no is 621 at between 5 to 5.15 pm. Kindly deposit back my amount. It was very urgent to me and you people are playing with us. This is wrong way. Worst service i have ever seen. Please help the customers. Don't take the salaries freely by talking with relatives or colleagues at bank premises.

                          State Bank of India, medical college branch, aligarh. I submitted the form to change my mobile number in net banking and to add a beneficiary to my account 10 days back. The staff said it will take 1 week as one of member required in processing of that form is on 1 week leave but there is no information even after 10 days. Isn't there anyone else appointed to look after the work of a person on leave?? For even the smallest of work I have to visit the bank twice or thrice!! So UNHELPFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL staff!

                            Charged rs500 for giving one year statement.

                            The charges are too high for a year statement and is not acceptable, not sure if every body else is facing the same issue since we dont have a online banking account.

                            I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother so dont have any necessary proofs to show you the same.

                              Hi,

                              Myself shaik ibrahim i received a call from sbi stating she was from sbi credit card named-pinky thriparty and also gave her employee id as - sbini287 and stated her personal contact number as [protected]. She told me that i have lots of points on my sbi credit card wherein it could be redeemable for cash of rs 13, 500 and asked my card number.

                              And later i got to know that this was a fraud call. Please cancel this transaction and reverse my transaction

                                मेरे पिताजी उपेंद्र मंडल का देहांत बीते 2 जनवरी 2017 को हो गया. वे सीआइएसएफ में सेंट्रल गर्वनमेंट इंप्लाय थे. उनके देहांत के बाद बैंक के निर्देशानुसार सारा डॉक्यूमेंट्स मैंंने बैंक में जमा कराया. मृतक उपेंद्र मंडल की पत्नी यानी मेरी मां संचला देवी के नाम से फैमिली पेशन की सारी प्रक्रिया पूरी करके सारा दस्तावेज बैंक में जमा कराया. लेकिन आज पांच माह हो गये, अभी तक न उनके फेमिली पैंशन से संबंधित कोई प्रक्रिया बैंक द्वारा पूरी नहीं की गयी.
                                इस कारण मां काफी मानसिक रूप से परेशान है. पेंशन की राशि नहीं मिलने का कारण आर्थिक संकट झेल रहे हैं.

                                सर, विडंबना है कि एसबीआइ जैसे प्रतिष्ठित बैंक में इतना देरी से काम होता है. पिछले चार माह का पेंशन अभी पिताजी के नाम से ही आ रहा है.
                                -सेविंग बैंक खाता जो ज्वाइंट है, उस पर होल्ड लगाकर रख दिया गया है. पैसे की निकासी नहीं हो पा रही है.

                                सर आपसेेेे आग्रह है कि अविलंब मेरी मां के फैमिली पेंशनं के आवेदनं पर कार्रवाई करके पेंशन दिलाने का कष्ट करें. अन्यथा अब छह माह होने को है. मैं एसबाआइ मुख्यालय को कंप्लेन करने को बाध्य होउंगा.

                                  After requesting to just change the contact no for my sbi account, the banker from the concerned branch not responding my word and they are saying that come after 8 days. Is this the proper response to the customer?? The way they are behaving is we all depend on them. Its the bank customer relationship, which should be in proper manner. I want to block my account and to get help from other bank.

                                    Holder of sbi ac no. [protected]. On 12/05/17 used federal bank atm at changaramkulam. Inserted my atm card and entered atm pin. Technical problems arises and screen become blurred. So discontinued process. Sms received through phone that rs.10000/ withdrawn​ at 09.31 hours. Informed sbi edapal and federal bank changaramkulam on same day registered complaint through tollfree number of sbi.[protected] and waited as per the instructions sms received yesterday from bz sbipsg that... Atm bank has confirmed​ this transaction as successful... Complaint filed before sho changaramkulam on 12/05/17 sho verified the cctv footage and found that i does not withdrawn​ the amount. So it is clear that some crimina hil misappropriation had occurred. Somebody had committed a malpractice in atm thereby i had lost rs.10000/ sbi should return the amount and protect my right as a customer.. It is the sole responsibility of sbi to inform the police and to take necessary steps to register a fir to recover my lost amount and to book the culprit

                                    My mobile Number is not registered with my account. I unable to know my balance details through my mobile phone. So please go through it fix it please
                                    16/5/17 ko internet banking or dwara imps 500 rupees dusara account may bejdiya tha mera account debit hogaya unka account pouchaa nahi hai
                                    Id no 589873, Patanjali arogya kenrda, lothkutha, sanctioned and as on date not installed and from current account no [protected] for rs. 253/- machine monthly charging is deducting.

                                    This is very bad, how any bank can deduct without swiping cards daily and it is not installed in my shop.

                                      I had a s/b a/c from 1975 in state bank of india, boring road branch, patna. Due irresponsible and non-responsive attitude of the branch i closed it on 30/05/2017. They have deducted rs 575 as closure charges. As far as i have browsed the rules for such charges it has been mentioned only for those customers who had demanded closure after maintaining only up 12 months. No mention of charges has been made in these rules. How have they deducted rs575 from my s/b a/c particularly when i asked for a local branch of sbi, rajendra nagar, patna? This amount of rs575 must be reimbursed to my rajendra nagar branch of sbi. On demand from proper authority i can part with other information regarding my s/b a/c nos. Of boring road branch and rajendra nagar branch of patna.

                                      From last 2 days I m standing in line regarding my vizag Mt chalan(SBI sultanpur new delhi). They have fixed 2 hr for chalan acceptance only.
                                      And after that they won't allow me.
                                      I want to know is it special order given by head office.if not then please sut-down this branch.

                                      One time password problom. whenever we authorize the payment always come same number or otp. it is very difficult to make payment through online.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        my account no is [protected], today i received a call from sbi adalaj gandhinagar gujarat branch, she told me that only one locker is available and if you want, you have to deposite rs.50000/- in bank then only you will get the locker other wise not. I said i donot have that much of money see said when ever you get money then call me, we will do arrangement for locker.

                                        I can not understand that when govt has started to take deposite of rs. 50000/- to open a locker this my complaint
