Lastly on on 7th nov 18 my account has been debited of rs. 3000 from sbi account These transactions are not done by me & i dont have any paytm account. Please support. I want to know why has my account deducted with Rs 295 is this a [censored]ing joke when I haven’t done any investment or a part of the investment who will be responsible is the bank responsible for the above mentioned please return my money back of the said amount Rs 295 as soon as possible

Rs 295 is deducted from my account every month in a name of INVESTMENT INTERMEDI but I don't have any connection to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI and neither I have subscribed any scheme or something for this.
Rs 10, 000.00 was tried by me from my ATM but its showing withdrawn status without dispensing the money.so please reverse back the amount to my account. the date of ATM trial is on 01/11/2018.
