    My Name is Pradeep Kumar.

    I had a credit card and the card max limit reached. The total pending amount was around 1, 20, 000. So approached for settlement. After getting to know the process and discussing with friends in this field i decided against going for settlement. We never went through the process, never submitted cheques nor signed anything or confirmed by sending an email or anything.
    Even though i have been paying regularly now and now the pending amount is only 52, 000. The card is not activated yet and i get calls regularly telling that the card is under settlement and i get harassed alot.
    Executives are threatening and talking rudely though the payment so far has been done regularly.

    Request SBI CARD to reactivate my card and stop this non-sense by executives

      I am Akshay Kapaley, SBI customer, i am having account in SBI SECL branch bilaspur chhattisgarh. My account number is [protected], i have faced a fraud transaction of INR 4000 on 8th November 2018.

      Sir i would like to draw your attention in this matter and want yo to take immediate action. In the message which i received against this transaction stated that the transaction is performed on behalf of a firm named as INVESTMENT INTERMEDI but it is reflecting as Banayan tree in the account statement, also when i googled about INVESTMENT INTERMEDI i found that it is a total fraud company and it targets only SBI Customers.

      In Account statement it is appearing as below:-

      P[protected]Banayan Tree SerTr For DDR INSTALMENT 4, 000.00

      I want to tell you again that this transaction is not authorized by me and i want my money back in my account.

        For NITIE Mumbai on line admission I paid Rs 1000 through my SBI debit card on 13/11/2018 and Rs1000 debited from my account but it is not credited to NITIE and not able to submit the form.Details are as follows

        It seems that money debited is gone to some other place. SBI need to rectify it give the amount to NITIE mumbai or return to me immediately.

          I had raise a complaint regarding upi transaction through anywhere app on 25th of October. actually amount has been debited from my account but amount not credited in beneficiary account. Resolution date and time was 01 Nov 07:56:44 pm. But complaint still open and i am not getting any upadate from bank.
          This issue has already been so many times with me..please follow the attachment for more details.

            My salary was credited to my SBI Bank account on 12th. Within 5 minutes 10000 RS. Showed as lien amount. I am unable to get help from my branch manager also Four days gone. I am without cash.i have launched complaint in SBI t.nagar branch. But of no use. They don't know why my cash is held up. I am waiting for that amount for my basic needs. Please help me retrieve that 10000rs. So that I can use it

                I have a sbi credit card which is is 12 year old in year 2007 was outstanding rs 10000 plus during the period 2007 to 2017 no one call regarding the payment this year 2018 from bkc office a call received from sbi card office that your outstanding dues rs 57000
                so you pay than i told that i am not in condition to pay this high amount and refuse to pay than a madam and other staff make call to my daughter and his boss anf also factory land line number after that a loan clouser letter recd by making payment 9011 in four installment. I have paid 2 installment than i am not in condition this time to pay next two installment i talked to madam
                but madam tell that kahin se bhi bharo lekin bharo nahin to bahut bura hoga

                  Had complained some time ago that by recharging my account with Mobikvic's application, 447.50 ₹ accounts were discontinued but the recharge was not done which was refunded for 21 days, which is not part of the agreement.

                  The ARN number given to which application was asked to be given in the bank was given 4-5 times in the bank, but there is no solution yet.

                    I have visited Shahganj(UP) branch on 15/11/2018. I wanted to open FD account and a bank official directed me to bank manager saying he doesn't know about it.
                    I asked the manager regarding information on FD account but he started shouting unnecessarily and refused to answer.
                    After asking again, he told me that it is written everywhere read it and that the account can't be opened since he lacks manpower. He was rude, disrespectful towards me and lacks communication skill and manners.
                    When I asked him to be respectful and talk politely as I was polite. He refused to listen or answer anything.

                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/-, and 200/-has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                        I don't know about investment intermedi. And i'm not interested this time to invesment, so plz give back my money. And don't debit my money without my permission otherwise i'm not used this account. And plz give me a full details of investment intermedi, this was a fraud. Without permission to withdraw our money not a one time but many times it's a second time my money was debited for investment intermedi.

                          Hi,
                          I tried to withdraw rs. 20000 (Twenty thousand) from sbi atm, wadala (W) branch on 1st november, 2018. However, i got "time out" message and cash did not dispense. But, the amount has been deducted from my account on the same day. I called multiple times to customer care numbers but they denied to log complaint due to technical issue. I tried to log complaint online but never got a complaint number. I have done a rigorous follow up on the same. Visited sbi branch multiple times, have given a complaint in written format, contacted my home branch and have sent them a mail, and after such aggressive follow up, i finally got the complaint number for my raised concern on 9th november, 2018. It, s been 15 days since this has happened and i still haven't got my money back. And top of that the complaint has been closed without resolving my problem. The customer care support is useless and they are not even bothered of client's issue. They only keep asking to call back in 2-4 hours because there's a technical problem. My money is stuck since past 15 days.
                          The complaint id is atm_[protected]. Please look into this asap.

                          The executive who logged our complaint on 9th was very irresponsible. The complaint id he provided is ATM_[protected]. This complaint is not regarding the concern I have, he provided 2 transaction id which also is not possible as per the other executive I recently have a talk with. The database of SBI in not updated for my transaction which has happened on 1st November, 2018, where I can see the details in my profile. I also have got a hard copy of my statements from SBI branch and the transaction of 1st November is mentioned on that. It's been 15 days now, and still cannot log a complaint because database is not updated of the transaction for which I want to log a complaint. Please help.
                          My Credit card was misused by someone to dispense the cash of Rs.11000/- from ATM, though my card was with me all the time .I have lodged a police complaint. I have CCTV footage also of that fraudster, still bank refused to reimburse my hard earned money.They are not helping me in this regard. Kindly advice to recover my money. Please help.
                          The same 295 got debbited in the name of investment intermedi... WTF... I don't have a transaction with anybody in this name... Give my money back before I take some action... This is utter fraudulent...

                            I am a savings account holder in your bank's khunti branch, bearing account no-[protected] on 5-11-18 at 11:42:03, i was trying to withdraw money of rs 10000 from idbi bank khunti near harimandir. No cash came out after going through all necessary options.

                            However, immediately received a sms regarding the debit/deduction of amount from my account. I waited for some time if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no sms was received. I even took out a mini statement, wherein i again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit of amount was reflecting but there was no reversal.

                            Therefore, i kindly request u to took into my matter and credit back the amount of rs. 10, 000 to my account at the earliest.

                            Kindly do the needful and oblige.

                              Visited jhotwara branch near kalwar road for opening an account, there what happening was totally shocking as i asked about the account opening procedure and i was really shocked that nobody was there to help me out.. I asked one lady she was the employee of that branch, she pointed another window as she was busy in her phone continuously... With customer she was so rude n on the phone she was smiling n chatting. On pointed window (Which that lady guided) there was a man whom i asked the same that i want to open an account, instead of listening he was like forms are over.. Come after few days... We went to another branch at kalwar road.. There i was really pissed off as the branch manager he himself was telling that he has no staff n will do it after one month. Really shocked to see this.

                              I had made a purchase of 724 rupees for pubg uc today. Due to some problem the payment page got stuck and i had to close that.                                 I am sbi credit card holder (Mr. Douglas m fernandes)

                                I had lost my card long back also raised the complaint and block my credit card, however, i was not using your card. Now when i check my email i got the statement payment due of rs. 5, 515 is pending which include the annual card charges and late fees when i had not used your card and it was blocked and not got any update from sbi for a new card now adding all the changes gst and late fees charges of each and every month on your annual card changes this is how sbi bank trying to fool the people when card is blocked from long back. I am ready to pay your annual fees, not the late fees which are added on monthly bases on your annual fees amount. Kindly have a look on this matter and please resolve it positively i don’t have sbi credit card number as i mentioned i lost sbi credit card long back.

                                Kindly reverse all the unnecessary fees and hence making trouble to credit card holders.

                                Kindly do the needful, i shall be thankful to you for this.

                                I am coordinating with the MR Vaibhav for the SBI credit card issue but he is not responding to my email and also not bother to resolve my query. hope they work in such a way were customer get frustrated. now further I will not contact them and will not be entertained anymore.

                                    It has been seen from the aforesaid mentioned SB A/c, the amount is regulary deducting twice from last September, 2018 without the taking consent of the depositor. Which was against violation of banking ombudsman rules and KYC. After having several request to the branch the same has been continuing by the home branch. It shows like a there is no value of KYC and banking ombudsman by the home branch. It is violating all the rules.

                                        I am credit card holder and my outstanding amount is 84000 since nov-2016 and i am paying minimum amount due monthly as i don't have sufficient money to clear total outstanding. Since 2016 i paid more than 1, 00, 000 but still outstanding is 84000. Requesting you to kindly allow me to emi option for my total outstanding.
