Hi team,
I have opened my account on 29 oct 2018 till now i didn't received my atm card so i opened sbi net banking and login over there but when i am going transact it shows me cif not scrutinized by lcpc how will be the problem resolve and how can i send money. Also i added benificiary to send money to another sbi account and also wait for complete cooling period still am unable send money to any one. So plz help me out.

    Dear sir,

    I have an sbi savings account in sbi branch rasedi, dist.-baloda bazar, c. G.
    However under my net banking there shows 2 accounts:

    A.) account. No - [protected] (Other person's account, inactive account)

    B.) account. No - [protected] (Mine account).

    By mistake i had transacted an amount of inr 10, 000 in the inactive account of other person.

    This mistake was happened as this inactive was showing in my net banking portal.

    I have approached the bank multiple times and tried to explain them the case but the bank manager seems not ready to understand and has a lethargic approach to the case.

    Kindly help me get my money back as soon as possible.

      Regarding dispach of atm card to erroneously address

      I am a savings account holder with sbi banda who requested for a new atm card on 23/10/2018 with a clear indication of my present address as 173mc/mf det jaipur but haven't recieved it even after expiry of 20 days. The bank did sent a sms mentioning the speed post no. As mentioned above but i have not able to recieve my atm card and its been 15 days and in urgent need of money.
      Please resolve the issue as quick as possible

        An amount of 10000 rupees debited from my a/c (Saving) [protected] by upi payment mode without my knowledge when i complaint about this they did not give me any satisfactory answer still today 11 nov. Date amount did not credited back into my a/c..

        I am adding complaints details and complaints resolution from there side and also adding statement also from 21 sep to 3 nov. So that u can see not deposition 10000 back in my a/c...

        Although this transaction happened through upi but they are saying they i should complaints through atm transaction why???

        When money debited through upi then why should i copmlaint through atm...

        I am adding all the details about this as pisc see the pisc and adding transaction details as pdf

        On this day i made only one transaction of 1 rupee only..

          I am complaining that why my account has been debited ₹295 to investment intermedi a/c. It is very hard earned money. Without any reason bank has debited my money (₹295) two times. Please recover those amount immediately. I have not asked to debit any amount from my account. Please rectify immediately. I have my account at mukherjee nagar branch in nort delhi.

            Hi,

            I have blocked my card in nov-2017. I am still waiting for new card to be reissued. Though my card is blocked, still they are sending me bill. I have contacted customer care 3-4 times and complained. But everytime i got same answer that we have registered your complaint and you will get new card very soon. It has been a year and i am yet to get new card.

            Either you close my account once for all or activate my card.

              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

              Dear sir

              A refund of 1881 rupees was successfully processed on 7 september 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service many times and have also visited the branch itself where my account is and have also told them the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon several times and they only say ome thing that have successfully processed the refund.

              Kindly locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                L had booked a goods then some one call me to deliver the goods. Due to not delever he will call me again to pay online pay ment for immidiate the deliver. So he took my debit card detail for online pay the payment. It was at 09/10/2018 4:30 pm aprox. The man who call me his number is [protected].

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  A refund of 525 rupees was successfully processed on 28 october 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    Dear team,

                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.4623/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                          I am an account holder of sbi, manarcaud branch, kottayam, district, kerala state with account no.[protected]. Last week i lost my atm card and hence i blocked my atm card using the facility available in the internet banking. The next day i got my atm card back and hence i requested the home branch in writing to unblock my card. But they informed me that unblocking is not possible and advised me to apply for a new atm card. But from the customer care of sbi, i got the information that unblocking is possible for the card with chips. My card is with chips and i here by request you to take necessary action to unblock my card.

                            I have received msg from SBI like " Loan of Rs. 6712 disbursed from Loan A/c No XXXXX53441 and credit to A/c No XXXXX364785 as requested. Please contact branch for further information"

                            Actually I did not request for such loan .. While contacting on customer care, they have no clue about it. I am worried for such surprises.

                            Kindly look into the matter seriously.

                              Inters certificate issused for fin.year 2017-18 which shows that FD a/c closed and given some amount of interest. but actually no credit is given
                              about rs. 70.000/- for which i have to pay income tax at about rs. 15000/-

                              I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST TO PL PROVIDE ME DATE OF INTEREST CREDIT WHICH
                              A/C. (2) AS PER FD A/C TDS CERTIFICATE OR AMOUNT TDS IS SHOWN IN THE IN MY IT 26 AS.. IF NOT SUITABLE ACTION TO BE TAKEN TO MAKE MY LOSS TO GOOD. FIN. YEAR 2017-18 AND FIN.YEAR 2018 IS ALSO SHOWN WHY MY FD MATURITY AMOUNT IS SHOWN SOME AMOUNT BUT CREDIT TO MY SB A/C IS DIFFERENT DETAILS IS REQUIRED. ONE OF THE FD MATURITY AMOUNT IS LESS THAN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OVER AND ABOVE THEY/BANK COLLECTED RS.9640/- RS PAID BY CHEQUE ALL MY FD A/C ARE SHOWN WRONG.                                 I have gone ATM for a transaction which I need money badly but there I found that my account has been blocked and I couldn't able to understand why and I couldn't able to visit my branch now. And I have also submitted my Aadhar details (KYC details) to bank more than 2 weeks ago but they haven't update yet I m facing a lots of problem i don't have single rupees in my hand. Please help me.

                                  My father was SBI Pension account holder. He received a call like that today... they tricked him into giving them his atm card details and CVV...

                                  They said I was eligible for a new photo card with twice the credit limit. Then they offered to redeem my points into cash for the new card. They said i would recieve an OTP which i must give them to help them convert the points into money and tranfer in into my new card.

                                  But then they asked me for the OTP which i recieved on my mobile. I message said OTP for Rs.19, 999/- deducted towards an mpesa transaction

                                  I refused to give them the OTP and they couldnt deduct my money. Immediately I withdraw money from my account.

                                  SBI confirmed that these calls are fake calls made by tricksters using different cell phone numbers. The fraud numbers are [protected], [protected]

                                  By Gods grace my money was not deducted as he did not share the OTP.
                                  Kindly do not give any sensitive information to any person claiming to be Bank employee. Do not divulge any details such as card number, Date of Birth, Card expiry details or CVV. As these crooks can use these details to make purchases on your card.

                                  If you have given any of these informations, it is better to call the bank and ask them to block your card and issue a new on to you for your own financial safety

                                    I am a Govt Doctor with salary account at SBI Jairampur. I have applied for loan several times but each time I was asked to submit more documents. I haven't received a single loan in these years. But I have received loan twice from Indusind bank in the same period and with fewer documents even though I don't have salary account at Indusind.

                                      Manoj ka call aaya mere paas credit care=d ke liye jinka no hai [protected] [protected]
                                      Mujhe bataya gaya ki card ki koi fees nahi hai nd whats app par document bhi liye hai in logo ne 08/11/2018 ko mujhe card recieve hua hai.

                                      After recieve hone ke baad finally ek verification call aayi mujhe kaha gaya hai ki sir aapko 499 /- ki fees bharni paregi but kyu. Mere mr. Manoj ne mere saath itna bara fraud kyu kiya hai.
                                      Dear teanm please take action.
                                      Other wise i m take action against abi card department.

                                        Today morning i went to sbi, airoli, sector-19, branch. This branch was sbt earlier. I wanted to open epf pension savings bank account with that branch.
                                        But the branch manager stated that sanction to operate pension account has not yet come. I am a senior citizen and the nearby sbi branch is that. Please inform me about the sanction, and when will it be resolved
