Dear team,

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

    I am one the sbi customer since 10 years. On that last month of march 1st, transfer some amount to one of my other bank beneficiary. But that amount has not received to that opponent. I contacted sbi customer care and further sbi branch too.in the branch staff's also don't know where that amount is placed. Till now problem is persisting, that detected amount is not transferred to either my account or my beneficiary account. Kindly let me know what should i do further.

      Since i have lodge complaint, no solution is found. All bank staff, including manager interested only in collecting their salary & perks. On one is trying to solve the problem...
      Passbook entry machine of sbi-395005 (Sbin0010975) is not properly working for last 2 year. No one is looking for solution. Manager is only seat in the chair in a/c, and interest only in salary+perks, all officer in the bank is rude with client, they are not have courtesy to talk with client properly. Atm machine is also not working regularly. For last 2 years, atm & passbook printing machine is not working regularly in every 2 days in a week. Also atm machine located at palanpur patia-395009 is also stopped working regularly & very slow to operate. No one is interested to get solution.

        Dear sirs,

        I retired on[protected] as joint secretary in the ministry of home affairs. At the time of my retirement, my basic pay was rs 65, 550.

        My ppo number is[protected]. My pension account is in sbi (Erstwhile sbbj), krishi bhavan, a/c no. [protected].

        On my retirement, my pension was fixed at rs 32, 775. By the 7th pay commission, my pension from 1.1.2016 was fixed at rs 84, 232.

        According to deptt. Of pension and pw's office memorandum no. 38/37/2016- p&pw (A) dated 6th july, 2017, my pension is to be revied. As per table 51 of the concordance table attached to it, from 1.1.2016 my pansion has to be revised to rs 86, 100. This, however, has not been done. Therefore, please do it at the earliest as i have been waiting for it since a long time.

          I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
          As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
          When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
          Please do the needful..

            An amount of ₹17500 has been withdrawn from my bank account which is not done by me.I am in kanpur right now and through net banking i came to know that amount is withdrawn through PNB ATM in EAST WEST DELHI.. i made a complaint through customer care of SBI and they said the case will be looked after within 90 days.
            The reference numbers of 2 transactions of ₹10000 and ₹7500 are[protected] and[protected] respectively..

              Hi team,

              I have made the multiple time reminder to correct my cibil information. I have paid the full payment of my card but still showing this under write-off amount in cibil. I made multiple disputes via cibil portal but no one is responding to those.

              Sbi should understand the customer pain because these mistakes and putting logs of mental stress and destroy the finance records of legitimate customers.

              I would appreciate if you can please look into this issue and resolve this matter with priority basic.

                Amazon has initiate a refund of rs.10750.50 on 28th oct 2018, but still now i haven't received it. They have provided the reference number as 236269, can you please check why i haven't received the amount?
                Called sbi customer care couple of times they were telling visit your home branch but i staying away from my home so i can't visit branch in soon.

                  I returned an item (Jeans) on myntra on 25 oct 2018, they said that refund has been processed from their side but it is not reflected in my acc. The amount was 868, they have provided an id so that bank refernce no 74332748298829783321566. It has been more than 10 days i have not got any refund. When i talked to the customer care of myntra they said to talk to support team of sbi. This the first time it is happening with me.

                    मैने दिनांक 04.10.2018 को स्टेट बैंक के एटीएम से चार वार दस दस हजार रूपये निकाले थे जिसमें से तीन बार में तीस हजार रूपये निेकल आये थे लेकिन चौथी बार बिजली चली जाने के कारण दस हजार रूपये नहीं निकले लाईट आने तक मैने एटीएम में इंतजार किया लेकिन रूपये नहीं निकले उसके बाद महेश प्रसाद दुबे शिक्षक ने रूपये निकाले। रूपये न निकलने के गवाह श्री लम्‍पूलाल अहिरवार तथा महेश प्रसाद दुबे हैं।उक्‍त प्रकरण की शिकायत मैने स्टेट बैंक घुवारा तथा कस्‍टूमर केयर से की लेकिन मेरे रूपये वापिस नहीं आये हैं। इसलिये आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे दस हजार रूपये मेरे खाता क्र. [protected] में भेजने का कष्‍ट करें। अन्‍यथा मुझे मजबूर होकर न्‍यायालय में जाना पड सकता है।

                      On 16/10/18 morning at 3.53 a. M and 4.02 a. M i have received sms in my register mobile from bz-atmsbi that "you are using your sbi debit card 459xx3384 for purchase worth rs. 64900 on pos, similarly at 4.02a. M again one sms recd"you are using your sbi debit 459xx3384 for purchase worth rs. 6999on pos.
                      Both the transaction has not done by me. Immediately at 4.18 a. M i complained to online sbi customer care and block my debit card and net banking.
                      Sbi has given me complain no-[protected] and wait upto 90 days. But yesterday (05/11/2018) i recd sms from sbipsg that your complain has been attain to and closed.

                      Without any enquiry sbi has close the complain.

                      I have complain to local police station (Sarkanda, bilaspur) and also sbi home branch (R. K. Nagar, bilaspur).

                      Company has not inform me what steps have been taken. on 05/11/2018 SBIPSG has send SMS that your above mentioned ticket no resolve and closed I have talked to customer care for details. They replied Transaction has been done successfully. I am not satisfied with this reply.

                        I had received income tax refund order for rs. 2140.00 dt. On 13th october 2010. For the assessment year[protected]. But in the refund order mentioned my bank account no is printed wrong (A/c no as [protected]. On the refund order) but my correct bank a/c no is [protected], andhra bank, visakhapatnam.. I returned the income tax order at sbi cash management product code 04268 transaction banking unit.                             Sbi — wrongly charged for not submitting rc book.
                            I have purchased ford freestyle worth rs. 6.7 lac for which i have made down payment of rs. 4.7 lac from my hard earn money and taken car loan of only rs. 2 lac from sbi kherli, chittorgarh. I was already submitted rc copy in bank but now they have charged fine of rs.2500+gst for not submitting rc book. During last 1 months i have not received any intimation mail /sms or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they are charging me fine more than my emi

                            In last 1 months i have visited bank five times but neither of your staff has informed me about rc book submission nor i have received any formal notice regarding the same.

                            I request you to please reverse these charges.

                              Hi,

                              I have been charged rs. 2950 on my car loan account for not submitting rc book copy of my car. I have taken the loan in june for my volkswagen polo for the amount of rs. 630000. Noone from the bank informed me about submitting rc book copy and also i have visited the bank twice after taking loan but nobody asked me to submit the rc. Nor did i receive any sms or emails regarding the submission of rc. Now i have received an sms from the bank (Sbi) which says that 'rs. @500+gst are deducted from your car loan account for non submission of rc book copy. Please pay immediately.' i want a refund of my amount as i was not intimated about the rc copy submission and wrongly charged. Please help me. Sbi customer care online are not responding properly.

                                We had done the full settlement of the card and we got the letter from the bank person say that the account is closed. As we cancelled the card.in 2016 december. But after that i still get the message from bank saying that i have to pay 5300 rs. As my card is still active. I don't have the card as well as the letter from that bank as its been more than a year.. It was tata sbi credit card.

                                  I purchased ertiga 3 months back and took loan from sbi regarding that. I am paying the emi regularly with no deay, now suddenly i received a message that rs 2500 + gst, are being debited from account for non-submission of rc book copy... No body informed me that i have to submit that then how will i submit that. Is this some kind of game plan of sbi to earn extra money by cheating people. Sbi has become worse than private banks. Private banks atleast inform the requirements... My number is [protected], [protected]..

                                      I have faced power cut during withdraw transaction in sbi atm. This atm is located in Rajiv Chock, Karimnagar Telangana, I was trying to withdraw 15000/- on 2nd Nov 2018 Morning (11 :10 To 11 : 45 ) Between . but at the time of counting inside atm the power goes off and by the time my money was deductated with transaction no 6294. Still i haven’t got my refund. I was using SBI debit card for transaction. Please slove My Problem.

                                        I order on Amazon and pay with my debit card then i return back my product .for that i have received my refund from amazon india 13/10/2018 rs 384. But i did not get it till 31/10/2018 so for that i call to Amazon for it they have provid me some refund reference no is 578704 but when talk to my sbi customer care they dont attend my problem i didn't get in my bank account my mobile no. is [protected] my sbi account no is [protected]
