On 16/10/18 morning at 3.53 a. M and 4.02 a. M i have received sms in my register mobile from bz-atmsbi that "you are using your sbi debit card 459xx3384 for purchase worth rs. 64900 on pos, similarly at 4.02a. M again one sms recd"you are using your sbi debit 459xx3384 for purchase worth rs. 6999on pos.
Both the transaction has not done by me. Immediately at 4.18 a. M i complained to online sbi customer care and block my debit card and net banking.
Sbi has given me complain no-[protected] and wait upto 90 days. But yesterday (05/11/2018) i recd sms from sbipsg that your complain has been attain to and closed.

Without any enquiry sbi has close the complain.

I have complain to local police station (Sarkanda, bilaspur) and also sbi home branch (R. K. Nagar, bilaspur).

I had received income tax refund order for rs. 2140.00 dt. On 13th october 2010. For the assessment year[protected]. But in the refund order mentioned my bank account no is printed wrong (A/c no as [protected]. On the refund order) but my correct bank a/c no is [protected], andhra bank, visakhapatnam.. I returned the income tax order at sbi cash management product code 04268 transaction banking unit. I submitted the application dated[protected], along with refund order original debit cbs a/c no [protected] dt 13-10-10 with application for correction of my account and requested for re issue of new income tax refund but so for i have not received any information from your bank. I so kindly need favorably

I have taken car loan in june 2018 ; today 06/11/2017 ;i got message from sbi that they have debited 2950 for non submission of rc; i want to say that they have not informed me about rc submission ; they always send message for emi etc. But why they didn't send mesaage or called me for rc submission ; i want my money back.

Sbi — wrongly charged for not submitting rc book.
I have purchased ford freestyle worth rs. 6.7 lac for which i have made down payment of rs. 4.7 lac from my hard earn money and taken car loan of only rs. 2 lac from sbi kherli, chittorgarh. I was already submitted rc copy in bank but now they have charged fine of rs.2500+gst for not submitting rc book. During last 1 months i have not received any intimation mail /sms or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they are charging me fine more than my emi

In last 1 months i have visited bank five times but neither of your staff has informed me about rc book submission nor i have received any formal notice regarding the same.

I request you to please reverse these charges.

I have been charged rs. 2950 on my car loan account for not submitting rc book copy of my car. I have taken the loan in june for my volkswagen polo for the amount of rs. 630000. Noone from the bank informed me about submitting rc book copy and also i have visited the bank twice after taking loan but nobody asked me to submit the rc. Nor did i receive any sms or emails regarding the submission of rc. Now i have received an sms from the bank (Sbi) which says that 'rs. @500+gst are deducted from your car loan account for non submission of rc book copy. Please pay immediately.' i want a refund of my amount as i was not intimated about the rc copy submission and wrongly charged. Please help me. Sbi customer care online are not responding properly.

We had done the full settlement of the card and we got the letter from the bank person say that the account is closed. As we cancelled the card.in 2016 december. But after that i still get the message from bank saying that i have to pay 5300 rs. As my card is still active. I don't have the card as well as the letter from that bank as its been more than a year.. It was tata sbi credit card.

I purchased ertiga 3 months back and took loan from sbi regarding that. I am paying the emi regularly with no deay, now suddenly i received a message that rs 2500 + gst, are being debited from account for non-submission of rc book copy... No body informed me that i have to submit that then how will i submit that. Is this some kind of game plan of sbi to earn extra money by cheating people. Sbi has become worse than private banks. Sir on 3.11.18 at 8.25 a. M., 3.11.18 at 8.46 a. M., 4.11.18 at 7.57 a. M. 4.11.18 at 9.10 p. M & 5.11.18 at 8.13. A. M. (All usa times). I sent 5 complaints but till now no ticket is issued. I transferred 60000 rs. Inr by neft on 02.11.18 vide no [protected]ik006rgtrs but same day at 6.41 p. M. (Usa time) i recd. A message that neft transaction is failure. I was also informed no as
Ik 00urhsu6. But till now i have not received the ticket number (I can not talk in india as i am in usa). The amount was transferred from my a/c no of s. B. I. Main roorkee [protected]. This amount was paid for advance tax for a. Y.19-20.in axis bank roorkee i had never faced any problem. This year also i transferred rs.5000 as advance tax but no failure. Either my 60000rs. I have faced power cut during withdraw transaction in sbi atm. This atm is located in Rajiv Chock, Karimnagar Telangana, I was trying to withdraw 15000/- on 2nd Nov 2018 Morning (11 :10 To 11 : 45 ) Between . but at the time of counting inside atm the power goes off and by the time my money was deductated with transaction no 6294. Still i haven’t got my refund. I was using SBI debit card for transaction. Please slove My Problem.

I order on Amazon and pay with my debit card then i return back my product .for that i have received my refund from amazon india 13/10/2018 rs 384. But i did not get it till 31/10/2018 so for that i call to Amazon for it they have provid me some refund reference no is 578704 but when talk to my sbi customer care they dont attend my problem i didn't get in my bank account my mobile no. is [protected] my sbi account no is [protected]

Dear sir,
I would like to draw your attention against injustice of your official, STATE BANK OF INDIA, RASMECC-CUM-SARC, HALDIA, 1ST FLOOR IOC Oil Refinery Campus Branch. I have applied for CC loan in the scheme of PMMY (Tarun) to extend my FL Off Shop business in the area of Durgachak on the demand of customers of this area. In spite of submission of all of the documents with my loan application, the respective official has rejected my application with the rising of illegal points and I wanted to give him proper justification against the points rising by him but he could not spare any time to hear my justification and he refused me. I complained against this incident and prayed for its proper redressal. In this regard I also inform you that all of my business transactions have been performing during 10 to 11 years with SBI and all of the history of my turnover are in your SBI. You will see and understand whether I am entitled or not for this loan scheme. .I think that all of the objective of this loan scheme are intentionally hampering by this official of your SBI and reputation of the bank is affected. So I request, you will look into the matter and take appropriate step to proper justice.

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

On a call he was trying to make me pay giving gifts and else.I am mentioning below the account number of sbi in which he is doing the fraud.
Kindly deactivate this as soon as possible so that a hard-earned money of people can be saved.And ensure strict action on branch manager and people for not verifying details.

Myself is retired Deputy collector from Govt. of Tamilnadu. Drawing monthly pension thro State Bank of India, luz branch, Myla pore (branch code : 40236)Up to year 2017 I gave life certificate in the branch itself. when went personally today to give life certificate, the branch people say they cud not get it and ask me to approach the bank dealing with centralised pension . there is no clarity to which branch I shd go to submit life certificate. pl. enlighten me whre to go to submit life certificate and what records I should carry other than PPo, bank pass book, aadhaar card.. my account no [protected]

Unauthorized debits
Amount of rs 295 debited two times from my account.. Please stop this.. Without any information amount is debited.. Every month. Plz refund my all debited amount... Mera aapke palanpor branch surat me seving account no [protected] hai is account me jaan bujker sbi health insurance jo maine nahi liya or maine bank me application diya tha phirbhi debit kiya jata hai iske bare me 5 years pahele nilamben patel or meneger ko health insurence nahi lene ko di hui thi phirbhi jaanbuj ker debit kiya ja raha hai uske baad sbi insurance office me vishnu javeri ko 2 time diya hai hame pata nahi chalta hai yeh policy kab li jaati hai kab debit hoti hai yaha ke staff careless hai yaha vapas application diya firbhi jaanbujker debit karte hai health insurance staff or sbi bank branch ek dusre ke uper galti nikalte hai hamara account aapki bank me saif nahi ager yahi chalta raha hame account closed karna padega or jo rs debit karte hai usme majburan legal action lena padega faishla aap ke haath me hai

According to mylpg my bank a/c is not linked with my lpg a/c and to link the both i need to visit my bank. So i visited the bank and follow the instruction and submit my application to make the link but according to them my a/c is already linked with my lpg a/c. The bank personel are denying to help me any more regarding this.
