Sub: - wrongly charged penalty for non-submission copy of rc

Dear sir

I have purchased maruti baleno worth rs. 7 lac for which i have made down payment of rs. 1.05 lac from my hard earn money and taken car loan of rs. 5.94 lac from sbi branch, beawar. On this loan i am paying emi of rs.9770/-at the time of loan procedure, i have not been informed by loan manager about submission of rc book to the bank, but when check my loan a/c statement i seen that they have charged fine of rs. 2950/- on dated 05-nov-2018 for not submitting copy of rc book. During last 4 months i have not received any intimation mail /sms or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they are charging me fine.

I have visited bank many times after sanction of the loan regarding emi, rate of interest etc. Inquiry.
During this time neither of your staff has informed me about rc book submission nor i have received any formal notice regarding the same. If i would have been aware about submission or any of your staff would have asked me about the same, then why i would have avoided the submission. You people send regular alerts regarding emi payment but no sms/ e-mail regarding failure of rc book submission? If i will stop paying emis then you will come to my place for collection then why there is no such procedure for other necessary submissions?

When i called in the call center about huge charges they hear everything attentionly but give reply that you contact your concern branch. So your people only are not aware about the issues and charges. They are misleading me which is a mental harassment and i am under tremendous pressure due to the same.

Sir, i work very hard to earn every single rupee. Rs. 2950 is a very big amount for me. I am a punctual borrower whose non of the emis has been delayed. Still you are charging me such a big fine which is gross injustice to me.

So, i request you to please reverse these charges as early as possible. Thank you.

    A refund of 1535 rupees was successfully processed on 07 july 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with payzapp and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to payzapp payment processor to locate the refund.

        Hello sir,

        My name is Sunita Kumari, i wish to bring to my notice, a fraudulent

        transaction which took place form last few months (From 8/09/2018 to

        10/11/2018), using my sbi account. Every day a small amount of 1000 -

        2000 rs got debit from the account on the name of AIRTELMONEY, also we

        are not getting transaction notification sms. We came to know this when

        I visited the bank and print his passbook. When I come to know about

        these transactions, I blocked my atm card. I am not familiar with the

        internet, I have not AIRTELMONEY account as well.

        When i saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has

        mentioned OTHPG with some different serial no. When i search for OTHPG

        then i come to know that this is fraud transaction and others also

        complained about this.

        The total debited amount is around 28, 137 rupees. I request you to

        please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. I

        also attached the passbook entries. I have alreay registered a

        complaint. My complain number is "txn no.-819574/17160200/001, Ticket

        No-[protected]".

          I have purchased iphone 6 at 2gud website via debit card then i cancelled it and it shows seller has refunded my money on 26th of oct and it should reflect on my account by 5th nov but it has not been credited till date. Today is 12/11/2018. Kindly look into the matter. Refund tnx id provided by seller is [protected] .

                I raised a mail to mail id: agmcustomer. [protected]@sbi.co.in on 22 oct, but there is no revert till now.

                There is a refund from yatra with the reference number

                It has not been credited yet.

                IRCTC has raised a refund on 22 oct and not yet processed in my account.

                Please check. And, let me know asap where it is.

                Attached below is the screenshot of irctc mail in which it says that the refund had been raised and if not credited with in 7 days then check with bank.

                  Currently I'm having problems with my saving account balance showing in LIEN account so that I'm not able to debit this amount.

                  Yesterday I visited my branch but ank cleark was saying we don't know about this and can't help.

                    I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers 39175954.When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address within 1 week.
                    As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
                    When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
                    Please do the needful..

                      I have cancelled a ticket in indigo airlines.They claim to have refunded the entire amount in three installments to my designated account, also they have provided me with three ARN id's to prove the transactions. when i asked the branch to check the details of my transaction they had some process done to check, after that process they said the enquiry says that the amount has been credited to the account .on successive complaints by me they had been enquiring again and again it has been months since the complaint. so i would ask you kindly to look forward and rectify the issue.i hereby provide the transaction ARN id's.

                          These transactions are not done by me & i dont have any paytm account.

                          Rs 295 is deducted from my account every month in a name of INVESTMENT INTERMEDI but I don't have any connection to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI and neither I have subscribed any scheme or something for this.
                          Rs 10, 000.00 was tried by me from my ATM but its showing withdrawn status without dispensing the money.so please reverse back the amount to my account. the date of ATM trial is on 01/11/2018.

                            Unknown cut named by investment intermedi. Rs.295/-. By sbi.. I call sbi customar care they told me its a ecs by bajaj finserv to overdue crarges.. But when i contact bajaj they refuse. And they send me the documents thats shown bajaj not cut my any overdue charges.. What can i do...? I upload bajaj documents..                               Hello sir/madam,

                              This is himadri shrimali, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last week, from my sbi account.

                              My account is debited with the name of othpg *sbi* card fees google service with rs.7800 and rs.50 without any otp confirmation.

                              I did not shared my card deatil and atm pin to anyone even not to my family members.

                              I have blocked my card and tried to get satisfactory answer from customer respective but they are just repeated audio cassette so i request please provide me a solution and refund my amount as it showing sbi card fees

                              I have shared scan copy of two messages i had get from sbi about *sbi card fees* of ruppes 50 and 7800.

                              It's very high amount and transaction was without my permission of otp or pin so where is security lies of online fraud for sbi bank?

                              Hopefully your team will take positive step as soon as possible.

                              I inform to say that, many times rs 295.00 deducted in my account saying transfer to investment intermedi.but I never investment any amount in any company.

                              Ref no IMPS[protected] is failure but not refund my money date 3rd nov 2018.
                              Death claim submitted all the documents to the BM still they are asking for surety.the SBI website says that no need of surety below 5 lakhs.
                              On 2 November 2018 . I was booking E-ticket of flight online on udchalo.com . When I redirected to the payment page then I got the error message which tell that you take much time to fill the card Details.
                              My money is deducted and also when I check my mail then there is also no mail of booking E-ticket.
                              Please reply us quickly.
                              2 times in a month&more.Rs.295 is debited from my a/c.so pls. i want my money back.because i m not invest in investment intermedi.its totaly harassed me.
                              My transaction while bill payment was failed on 18-10-18 against which I had to get refund of Rs 1, 129/- after some adjustments, which is successful from merchant side but not yet credited in my account. ARN no. for ref is been provided - 74332748293829310165168.

                                Hi team,

                                I ordered some product order number: oa517d7 on 19th october from nnnow.com but due to some reason it was cancelled. I talked to nnnow team and they said amount is already reversed. (Transaction reference (Arn) number is '74332748299829830410502') i checked my sbi account statement and found amount is not reversed from sbi side. Please have a look this issue. I am attaching my sbi account statement here. Please find attached.

                                Why 295 rs debited charge received mandate fail txn transfer to investment intermediar, how long they will cut my money.
                                Please tell me. What is the problem.
                                There has been unauthorised transactions from my account twice . 295 rupees has been debited and transferred to an account called investment intermedi.

                                  My name is shajan babu c. S. I am working in uae. During last vacation (August 2018) i approached sbi branch tripunithura - west fort, ernakulam, kerala to open a demat a/c.
                                  A person name mr unni[protected]Sbi branch tripunithura - west fort) collected all signed documents and assisted to open sbi current a/c. I return to uae on august 30th. Later i make regular follow with unni for demat account status. He advises me to contact mr sarath chandran[protected] area head for sbi demat a/c ernakulam.
                                  Since last three months regularly i am making follow up with mr sharath chandran and he is not responding properly to my messages.
                                  I requested them to return my personal documents to avoid any fraud deal or to activate my demat a/c. Till today i have not received any valid reason or action from mr. Sharath chandran.
                                  Kindly request way forward to find a solution for above issue.

They are making fool. No interest rate can be matched for this deduction and then extra 500 Gst. This is totally rediculous.

                                    Hello sir/madam,

                                    This is himadri shrimali, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last week, from my sbi account.

                                    My account is debited with the name of othpg *sbi* card fees google service with rs.7800 and rs.50 without any otp confirmation.

                                    I did not shared my card deatil and atm pin to anyone even not to my family members.

                                    I have blocked my card and tried to get satisfactory answer from customer respective but they are just repeated audio cassette so i request please provide me a solution and refund my amount as it showing sbi card fees

                                    I have shared scan copy of two messages i had get from sbi about *sbi card fees* of rusppes 50 and 7800.

                                    It's very high amount and transaction was without my permission of otp or pin so where is security lies of online fraud for sbi bank?

                                    Hopefully your team will take positive step as soon as possible.

                                      I am jachindrakumar jena, a costumer of sbi, powai, mumbai, maharastra. My account no is,... My mob no is [protected]. I am a account holder of nine years in this branch. But i did not faced any ac disturbance. But in this november i am facing so many disturbances, namely investment intermedi. I have not selected any investment plan, but in two times, that is 10.11.2018 & 11.11.2018 (295.00 & 295.00) has been debited from my account. If it will not credit in my account, i will must take necessary action against bank.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I have opened my account on 29 oct 2018 till now i didn't received my atm card so i opened sbi net banking and login over there but when i am going transact it shows me cif not scrutinized by lcpc how will be the problem resolve and how can i send money. Also i added benificiary to send money to another sbi account and also wait for complete cooling period still am unable send money to any one. So plz help me out.
