Subject: arrear of 6th cpc and 7th cpc - regarding.
Consequent upon implementation of 6th cpc and 7th cpc the family pension of my mother smt. Sarojni chamoli (Expired on 10.01.2017) w/o late shri s. P. Chamola holder of ppo no. 2154/02-03 drawing pension from sbi branch vasant kunj, new delhi-110070 vide account no. [protected] was revised on three occasions in the last three years as per government rules. Each time office order was issued by iari but arrears have not been released so far. The revised pension as per the order issued by iari is given below:

1) rs. 7028 to rs. 7215 w. E. F. 01.01.2006 to 09.12.2009
(No. Iari/pen. Auth/2154/[protected]/4 dated 23.01.2016)

2) rs. 4325 to rs. 4329 w. E. F. 10.12.2009 to 31.12.2015
(No. Iari/pen. Auth/2154/[protected]/4 dated 23.01.2016)

3) rs. 4329 to rs. 12690 w. E. F. 01.01.2016 to 10.01.2017
(No. Iari/pension revision/2154/[protected]/4 dated 26.07.2018)

Refund initiated on 3rd august 2019 by Amazon is still not reflecting in my account, I called sbi customer care many a times but they are not helping rather they say they cant provide information regarding this, is it the way sbi serve their esteemed customer, should I go for legal course for its redressal?

Dear Sir,
I am Suresh. In SBI it shows lien amount is 15000/-. But actual amount in my account is 4152/- . In SBI I don't have any loans. Please resolve the lien amount if not possible let me know the reason. Without going to branch.

    I getting calls from [protected] and [protected] on daily basis and lady from sbi credit card used to abuse on phonecall towards recovery of some mr. Nikhil maheshwari. He says i am his brother and i need to pay towards his recovery. We just have a same surname my name is vaibhav maheshwari and the person to whom they need to recover is nikhil maheshwari. While i have nothing to do with mr. Nikhil. But the lady deliberately calling me again and again and use to abuse. I cant tolerate this non-sense. I am going to lodge fir against sbi credit card department in this case. My mobile no. Is [protected] on which the lady is calling again and again.

    It is canceld on 3rd apirl.mobile amount is 10999. I paid 10000 from amazon wallet
    And 999 from useing google pay.after cancel the product 10000 amount is refunded to my amazon wallet but 999 i didnt recive money

    I call to customers care about my payment settlement but not received mail and not customer care clear solve my problem, and I have sent many mail but not satisfied feedback and not clear total payment .i call many time but they not clear. Last 7 Feb, 2019 I block my card after paid actual payment.. But every month they add intrest
    Provisional Home Loan Certificate is not available for the selected account.

            I have paid via amazon pay 1638.00 2nd august 2019 to airplaza holding private limited for some goods.

            Airplaza holding private limited not received that payment but amount deducted from my account, so i called up to amazon for refund.
            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund they refunded my amount on 5 aug 2019. This is the reference number of refund[protected].

            I have called the state bank of india customer service 5-6 times and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            This amount 1638.00should has been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            Kindly go through the charge dispute email, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Sir/ madam the mentioned credit card is closed long time before and still reflecting in my cibil report it is requested to kindly verify and remove my name from cibil regarding this card due to payment done long ago still reflecting please take my request to verify and remove from cibil report for which i will be thank full to the officers sir due to reflecting in cibil my score is not growing after receiving the payment it is the duty of the officers to remove the name from cibil r intentionally to harrash the consumer it is being continued this is not correct please verify and do the needfull as early as possible

Actually i order a phone on amazon and then cancel it by some reasion the amazon do refund in account but the money is not credit in my account then i enquiry about payment then amazon give me a payment proof to providening the authourization code (Refund reference no) for this transaction is 597982.
                    Then i talk my bank customer care the they say we could not do anything with this no you have to talk to amazon we don't do anything about this.

I performed all the necessary operations, but to my bad luck the power supply to the atm machine tripped. Therefore, the requested amount was not made available.                             Myself govintharasu from pondicherry.
                            I have been taken consumer durable loan from chennai ddr cmp center mumbai.
                            I have been foreclose the both loan accounts by paying full amount as they requested for closed.
                            After that continuously amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 since 1 and half year.
                            When i went to take the details.
                            So the finance companies are saying we are not deducting and they replaies bank deducting the charges. Then i went to my home branch to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me the same we are not deducting finance companies deducting.

                              Hi, almost a month ago i had received a phone call from your end saying that i will receive my corporate credit card within a week, which our company had asked us to apply. They had asked me which address to deliver it to, and i had told them my office address. I never received my card. On top of this now when i finally got some free time on my hands, i checked my application status and it says that my application has not been approved.                                 didn't get du reference number

                                I have paid an amount of rs.3500 over sbi collect for getting original degree from jntu kakinada. I finished all the formalities and the amount got deducted from my account. But i ended up not getting the required du number. I'm not sure whom to contact. Jntu is not responding calls/emails, calling sbi helpline too doesn't solve my problem.

                                Unnecessarily put fin charges on card no
                                4047 * * 8945

                                Here i wish to complaint that i have been using the sbi credit card since 2010.

                                In my statement bill dated 11 aug 2019 where unnecessary fin charges applied for rs 634.06 and igst thereon rs 389.41

                                Here i want you to clarify the fin charges how did you put unnecessary charges where as bill outstanding amount of rs 46279/-paid on 30 jul 19.

                                Outstanding paid balance was zero (Excluding emi) where you show the fin charges and taxes thereon applied in my statement on 11 aug 19 of total 634.06+389.41=1021.47

                                This unnecessary fin charges please may reverse /adjust on my next bill i. E 11 sep 19.

                                If you cannot reverse the fin changes, you can cancel my card because i can't bare these type o[censored]nnecessary fin charges.

                                  Reversal of fin charges card no
                                  4047 * * 8945

                                  Here i wish to complaint that i have been using the sbi credit card since 2010.

                                  In my statement bill dated 11 jun 2019 where fin charges applied for rs 2017.65 and igst thereon rs 1203.96.

                                  Here i want you to clarify the fin charges how did you put too much charges where as bill amount dated 11 jun was rs 42 and i paid rs 30000/- on 29 jun 19 remaining of 12 k. For 12 k which was not paid on 30 jun you applied too much fin charges i. E rs 2017.+ igst db @18% of 1203.96.

                                  That means total fin charges rs 3221.60 against 12 k which was not paid by me on 30 jun 19.

                                  I want you to clarify the fin charges and reverse the charges /adjust on my next bill i. E 11 sep 19.

                                  If you cannot reverse the fin changes, you can cancel my card.

                                  Dear sir/madam I called to customer care and logged complaint about the issue. She told that your complaint has taken and problem will be sloved.after that I emailed to sbi cards.but sbi team didn't contact me. After that one fake call from Mr rahul tripati and he was asking my card details including CVV no...I asked him are you really from sbi card customer care service and he tried to make me fool to transfer of 21999/- to get back my fin charges 3000/- I said no ... These all drama happened after I complaint through consumer complaint. I don't know whom I ask...I thought this is the right platform to slove the problem.                                     On 1st august 2019 i made a transaction of 500/-on amazon pay and the transaction got cancelled. The last refund date was 8th august 2019. But untill now there is no refunf. As the transaction was through upi, the money should have returned to the corresponding bank account but unfortunately may be sbi failed to update it in my account. Bank reference id:[protected]. A/c no:[protected]
