I am using sbi credit card since 3 years for last 1 year i was jobless and was only able to make partial payments for first 6 month. After that was bankrupt for next 6 month where i made no payments.
I always use to receive bank calls for recovery where i mentioned my problem (Also have all recordings)
For this month recovery i received a call from mr sachin pokle and one of the lady from team. As when i answer their call they started shouting and abusing without even letting me talk. I gave them my new address and asked them to visit with the legal notice which according to him was sent from bandra or thane court. Also cleared him to go legally if he wants as he was very rude in speaking (All his recording are saved in my mobile)

They even got my cousins number somehow and contacted her and told her about dues which is illegal.

I am ready to make the payment in full but first i want to meet this sachin in personal. He has insulted me in personal and talked bad things about my personal life. I agree i have made delay in payments and banks are officially charging me interest on it. But this guy has no right to abuse me and talk things about my personal life.

Dear sbi consumer complaint team if you are reading this i am ready to make payment in full but before that i want to meet mr. Sachin pokle +91-[protected] ninenineeightseveneightsixninefivezeroeight and teach him some decency of speaking and morals.

Also recieved 3 message from some bw-tatacd :-
Dear sbi cardholder, legal notice sent to you against outstanding pf rs. — on your credit card ending 3274. Please pay dues immediately or contact sachin pokle at [protected] or [protected]/39020202

I will visit the bank personally in upcoming week and get this explained from my card recovery manager.

    Dear sir,
    I have taken loan from sbi dated on - 21/06/2019, loan a/c no.-[protected] (Racpc raipur) amount rs.- 2, 00, 000 for ten year in 120 equated monthly installment of rs.-2475, i have completed 120 installment without fail the single installment in automatic deduction from sbi. After completion my loan installment, i visit the sbi bank & discussed with branch manager for closing the loan account & he show me extra amount rs - 37723 till july 2019. I asked the manager to clarification & rectification to the problem but he did not taken any interest the following problem observed in loan statement-
    (1) bank deducted (Auto deduction by sbi) the installment after two month and charged the fine without information from-30/06/2009 to 31/07/2010, because sbi auto deduction not processed his self problem & that time amount was sufficient in my linked sbi account. After one year bank called me your initial two installment is pending, then i told him you can deduct that amount in my account & he processed.
    (2) he has charged loan interest rate-12.5% & 11.5% in every five year instead of current interest rate (Agreement irr 8.5%)
    (3) sbi has charged extra amount dated on - 30/03/2016 rs-2271 (Debit adjustment)
    (4) one more problem - building permission not given because lay out has been cancelled by state government, coat case is under process in high coat chattishgarh
    Sir kindly look this matter & resolve the problem as early as possible and adjust the different amount.

      I made a payment of 1000 rupees from my state bank of india account to beneficiary account through amazon pay upi on 5 july 2019. After making upi payment money deducted from my sbi account instantly but and the transaction status shows successful but money not credited or reflected in beneficiaries central bank account. I contacted both amazon pay upi support team and state bank of india customer service but of no response. Both blame each other and says to ask one another. Please help me regarding the issue. I also mentioned the bank reference id:[protected]. I waited for a long time. Now if i don't get my issue resolved i directly go to cyber crime police station and lodge a complaint against both amazon pay upi and state bank of india after 10 days. I am sure about this. My state bank of india branch is chinnachowk branch of kadapa town.

        Hi team,

        Iam sampath reddy elipeddi.. I applied for sbi credit card in and around may.
        Post that i didn't receive any information regarding the card except the verification call from delhi. After lot of followups i got a tracking number and from which i started tracking the card and after lot of followups i received cc at near by post office on aug 5 and card got activated on aug 7.
        Post that i have installed sbicard app with the credentials (Carrd details, dob.. Etc) and when i checked the transaction history on aug'7, 2019 suprisingly i have seen aug 6 as the last date of the payment of the yearly charges which was billled on july 17'19. And also i have seen rs-472 as late charges.

        Could your team please help me understand how can i come to know that i need to pay some x amount for xyz card number before i receive the card.

        Tried contacting sbi customer care in different ways but no response from any end..

        Please let me know i[censored] need any additional details

          Today (13/08/19), i made a transaction for transaction through google pay money using my sbi card. But the transaction failed.
          But money has been debited rs 2000. Why does my transaction dropped?? What is the fault?

          Later on i received a message from sbi as
          13/08/19.2000.00 cr, reverse pos pur. Why do this happen???

          I dont get it back till now. Plz refund my amount as soon as possible.

            Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

            Dear sir

            A refund of 3187.54 rupees was successfully processed on 05 aug.2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Hi, I am using SBI credit card last 6 years onwards, recently I am unable to pay credit card bill due to my financial status bad. So I called SBI card people for settlement instead of 87000 they settled 60, 000. I paid almost 45000 Rs. But still, I did n't receive a settlement letter copy. They said the letter was surrender to the operation team and they said once remaining payment done we should provide you NOC. Is it believable

                I have used SBI credit card in 2017 October I have tick on form to cut the money use from credit card from my account but they dint after one and half year they call me I had paid 10000 in cash on 09/08/2019 he call me to pay remaining I told I'll pay on Sunday but I fail to pay now he is message me he will eat my job what sens does it make plz let me no

                  I have transferred my Saving account No. [protected] online from Darbar Gadh branch Bhavnagar to Parimal Branch, Waghawadi road Bhavnagar . However SBI Darbar Gadh Bhavnagar branch has not transferred my CIF file to Parimal Branch hence I find difficulty in online banking etc.

                  Pl follow up with SBI Darbar Gadh Bhavngar and help in resolving the issue.

                    Amazon goods retun refund not reseved in my bank account, online shoping a Im a very old amazon coustomer.im very angry this time.it has been a month since I returned the parcel but I have not received payment .plz return my payment as soon as possible .if I do not received payment from amazon soon I will not receive anything back from amazon. If I do not received my payment soon I will take legal action.

                          This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                          I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                            My father ganesh dutt joshi, had passed away on 27.04.2019, he was a retired government employee and having ppo account no.[protected],
                            After obtaining his death certificate, we have applied for the family pension for my mother mrs. Rewati devi joshi, who is the nominee of his account. Along with all the necessary documents as per the requirement.

                            The application has been processed through sbi - gulabi bagh branch, delhi-6, and forwarded to sbi - chandni chowk branch on 15.06.2019.

                            We have been told that all the system is now computerized and online, so it would not take much time to start of the pension in the name of rewati devi joshi.

                            We are requesting to know the status of our application, if something missing or incomplete in our application, kindly let us know so that we can provide the same.

                              I am shalini dutta. On 2nd of june 2019, i made a transaction of 4130rs to pay cesc through sbi bhim application on my phone. My money got deducted but the payment was not made. I raised a complaint in the sbi bhim app, emailed them, contacted the bank sbi amherst street branch, kolkata and also the cesc. But nothing helped. They could not give any resolution. Its been more than 2 month now, my refund is not done yet. My transaction id was[protected]. Everyone had one solution i. E., to wait and none of them had any confirmation. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.

                                I by mistake made a transaction of amount rupees 2300 via phonepay to paytm payments bank from my sbi account which was blocked. Transaction got successful and utr (Unique transaction reference) number has been generated. When i called sbi customer number for filing a charge back they refused to register my complaint and also did not provide the correct information or successive steps that what should be done regarding this. According to them phonepay is a third party app so they can't do anything regarding this regardless of the fact that phonepay has provided a written mail stating that i should contact my bank for this. I continuously called them for one hour and requested them to forward the call to their senior associates as they were unable to satisfy me with their answers to which they were reluctant. The person to which i was continuously requesting for filinh the complaint was bhanu pratap singh chauhan. They had their internal talks beforehand hand only and when i called for third time and further it was not looking like they are talking to solve the issue, it was mere fun for them as they were continuously asking "kya aap mujhe sun paa rhe hain"

                                  My billing date is 4th of a particular month. I paid the full amount still they are showing Financial retail charge on the same date. The amount of 536.06 is showing in Dr.

                                    Got call from sbi agent for free vouchers of 10000 rs instead i wanted to cancel my card.
                                    They asked if i would wish to transfer my credit limit to any other credit card and asked details about the credit card no and expiry date of the other credit card.
                                    They deducted around 30000 from my account. The person gave her name as sonia shana-employee id sbin94075. Gave contact no as[protected] to call for any further details.. When called we got to know that no request has been raised on behalf of my card. And the no from which they called was unreachable.

                                    Sir, i have paid my gas through sbiepay.hpcl through vpa via Google pay transaction was successful but after redirecting of page it has shown me transaction failed but amount got deducted. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I had a account in SBI bank account no :*****57223 .Without any information money has been deducted from my ACCOUNT if your not gonna refund my money I'm gonna go to consumer court . So kindly solve the issue as soon as possible on full priority bases..
                                      I have deposited amount in cash deposit machine. After some time machine so it time out. I then call security to check this, then he told me that your transaction has declined and he give me a form to fill this and give to bank

                                      Money deducted from by debit card without my knowledge. Total amount of 2846.46 was deducted in a Sbi visa card, please solve this issue as early as possible as the bank was least interested in solving the issue. Thats why seeking the help from consumer complaints forum
                                      On 4th We have withdrawn Money from SBI Account from SBI ATM at Kalkere main road. However on 5th Aug i found additional 10, 000 got debited from the account . Unable to reach SBI Customer care. Please help

                                        Sir i have visited the branch many times they told me that we have seeded your account to aadhar. But, when i checked the status at uidai site it shows in active with bank of india brach which was closed very earlier. So, plz help me.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
