Hi sir,

My father ganesh dutt joshi, had passed away on 27.04.2019, he was a retired government employee and having ppo account no.[protected],
After obtaining his death certificate, we have applied for the family pension for my mother mrs. Rewati devi joshi, who is the nominee of his account. Along with all the necessary documents as per the requirement.

The application has been processed through sbi - gulabi bagh branch, delhi-6, and forwarded to sbi - chandni chowk branch on 15.06.2019.

We have been told that all the system is now computerized and online, so it would not take much time to start of the pension in the name of rewati devi joshi.

We are requesting to know the status of our application, if something missing or incomplete in our application, kindly let us know so that we can provide the same.

    I am shalini dutta. On 2nd of june 2019, i made a transaction of 4130rs to pay cesc through sbi bhim application on my phone. My money got deducted but the payment was not made. I raised a complaint in the sbi bhim app, emailed them, contacted the bank sbi amherst street branch, kolkata and also the cesc. But nothing helped. They could not give any resolution. Its been more than 2 month now, my refund is not done yet. My transaction id was[protected]. Everyone had one solution i. E., to wait and none of them had any confirmation. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.

      I by mistake made a transaction of amount rupees 2300 via phonepay to paytm payments bank from my sbi account which was blocked. Transaction got successful and utr (Unique transaction reference) number has been generated. When i called sbi customer number for filing a charge back they refused to register my complaint and also did not provide the correct information or successive steps that what should be done regarding this. According to them phonepay is a third party app so they can't do anything regarding this regardless of the fact that phonepay has provided a written mail stating that i should contact my bank for this. I continuously called them for one hour and requested them to forward the call to their senior associates as they were unable to satisfy me with their answers to which they were reluctant. The person to which i was continuously requesting for filinh the complaint was bhanu pratap singh chauhan. They had their internal talks beforehand hand only and when i called for third time and further it was not looking like they are talking to solve the issue, it was mere fun for them as they were continuously asking "kya aap mujhe sun paa rhe hain"

        I have orderd photo frame on 29 july n cancelled it on same date they have send meh refund
        I called SBI customer care they are not helping meh

        N same in april i cancelled something i didnt got the refund from 15 april its was 150 and its refrence code is 546179

        My account has been debited with 1120 and 1063 twice in the name of othpg kreditbee i have informed the bank customer care but they didn’t reply me anything i didnt used my card for suchpayments at all it has been dated on 5 aug 2019
        My billing date is 4th of a particular month. I paid the full amount still they are showing Financial retail charge on the same date. The amount of 536.06 is showing in Dr.

          Got call from sbi agent for free vouchers of 10000 rs instead i wanted to cancel my card.
          They asked if i would wish to transfer my credit limit to any other credit card and asked details about the credit card no and expiry date of the other credit card.
          They deducted around 30000 from my account. The person gave her name as sonia shana-employee id sbin94075. Gave contact no as[protected] to call for any further details.. When called we got to know that no request has been raised on behalf of my card. And the no from which they called was unreachable.
          State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Sir, i have paid my gas through sbiepay.hpcl through vpa via Google pay transaction was successful but after redirecting of page it has shown me transaction failed but amount got deducted. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            I had a account in SBI bank account no :*****57223 .Without any information money has been deducted from my ACCOUNT if your not gonna refund my money I'm gonna go to consumer court . So kindly solve the issue as soon as possible on full priority bases..

            I have deposited amount in cash deposit machine. After some time machine so it time out. I then call security to check this, then he told me that your transaction has declined and he give me a form to fill this and give to bank
            Sir i recieved two messages like debiting 295 rs two times and i never invested anything like that and we are in a great need of money what is the reason for such deductions without permissions
            I do a money transfer by Amazon pay upi but it is pending and money is not refunded reference no.[protected]
            Money deducted from by debit card without my knowledge. Total amount of 2846.46 was deducted in a Sbi visa card, please solve this issue as early as possible as the bank was least interested in solving the issue. Thats why seeking the help from consumer complaints forum
            On 4th We have withdrawn Money from SBI Account from SBI ATM at Kalkere main road. However on 5th Aug i found additional 10, 000 got debited from the account . Unable to reach SBI Customer care. Please help

                Dear sir

                A refund of 306.01 rupees was successfully processed on 12 july 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 16/07/2019 with reference no.

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                Refund amount of 1489 rs. was initiated from amazon to my account with reference number 563615 and it has been 1 month the amount have not been processed by SBI bank into my account.
                UTR number : N[protected] - 28.03.2019, was generated for the transaction for my EPF amount from HCL to REGIONAL PF COMMISSIONER PUNE. Need to know the status of this transaction as PF office is saying that amount is not there in the bank statement.
                I had booked a ticket from irctc app on 23 July 19. During payment, money got deducted from my account but the booking status shows "failed transaction". No ticket was booked but money has been deducted from my account. Irctc helpline service refused to.get any type of payment and had asked to.contact to bank for refund of money
                I am try customer care number [protected] but not response. my total oustanding 1, 08000 EMI 48000 and other 60000 outstanding. i am trying to call sbi 60000 convert in emi. please help us sbi every next month fincnce charges against 60000 in add charges in my statement. i have overload Finanace charges every month.

                  I had a refund of rs.116.60 as wallet transfer for my closed freecharge account to my card ending 5918 which was surrendered on 9-10-18 but the credit was showing in my card statement. When i requested for the transfer of the same to my another card account the helpline refused but said that it could be transferred to my savings bank account for which details were already furnished by me but later the credit card people made an excuse after my rigorous follow up that the amount was reversed in may/june since there were some charges reversed in 2013. Can a credit card desk ever allow continuance of the card unless the payments are cleared and moreover the card was surrendered in oct. 2018 after settlement of all dues. How can then there be reversal of charges of 6 years back (Which i know never accrued anytime and if they accrued then how can the credit card desk recover after waiving them off and that too for a closed card account).
                  I had requested freecharge to transfer my wallet amount to my bank account but it refused saying that the refund could be processed only to the source account and nowhere else. I kept on checking my accounts but could not find the refund for more than a month. Somehow i ventured into my old card account and found the proceeds there and following up rigorously but this bank is bent on eating away my small amount on baseless pretexts-the sbi bank is said to be the biggest public sector bank of india but see the deeds - it wants to earn money by unfair means. I had written to the banking ombudsman and nodal officer, customer service head but all are not talking logically. However i am going to write to rbi from website as suggested by the banking ombudsman in a day or two if sbi credit card does not refund my money to my bank account.

                  Very bad state-had to follow up a lot to get the refund of a petty amount and SBI CARDS was only reversing the money credited by showing as charged.I had filed a case at RBI ombudsman claiming damages for unnecessary harassment and unfair reversal but no damages were ever paid to me -SBI CARDS wastes our time unnecessarily

                          I had mailed sbi team to many times for final settlement request. But nobody had reverted back to my mail/number.

                          I am a credit card holder of sbi. Due to some events out of my control i missed a payment of some processing charge amount charged to be which was not in my knowledge.

                          I have been a sincere customer and i did pay all the actual amount on time. Although i think that the processing charge was charged wrongfully on me i am still willing to settle the balance and close my account. Can you please reach back to me with the best offer?

On date - 9/07/19 at 10.18 pm, i was trying to withdrawal money rs. 500 from your bank's atm address - sbi atm chocolate factory road, tavarekere, btm layout 1st stage bangalore, karnataka, having atm code - fbbx[protected] no cash came out from the atm after going through necessary options, it automatically got shut down and amount is deducted from my account. However i immediately received a msg regarding deduction of amount from my account.

                                    I purchased a product in online from madrasvapeshop worth rs4547/- through my sbi debit card which later i cancelled the product and initiated the refund and the vendor refunded the total amount but till now refund didn't happened yet.                                       Dear sir/mam,

                                      Need your urgent intervention here.

                                      I am getting nuisance calls from your collection agencies although i have already settled my card and paid the settlement amount. (Inr 20, 000).

                                      Phone no from which i am getting nuisance calls :[protected]

                                      These person is not even ready to disclose their name or e-mail id.

                                      These guys are using very bad abusive language and mentally harassing me.

                                      Request you to please take necessary action on immediate basis. As from last 2 days i am in depression and due to this i have taken medicines as well.

                                      Due to this if anything wrong happened to me, sbi will be responsible for that.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I (A/c no: [protected], ific code: sbin0006636 a/c holder name: balakrishna sivvala) have been transferred money through upi banking by mistakenly to a/c no:[protected], ific code: icic0002359 but i have to transfer money to a/c no:[protected] same branch. Unfortunately 4 replaced with 5. The transaction details are here with utr no:[protected] and transaction id: p1908011957268141015654 on[protected] at 19:57. So, kindly provide the refund from the wrongly credited account to me.
