I had a refund of rs.116.60 as wallet transfer for my closed freecharge account to my card ending 5918 which was surrendered on 9-10-18 but the credit was showing in my card statement. When i requested for the transfer of the same to my another card account the helpline refused but said that it could be transferred to my savings bank account for which details were already furnished by me but later the credit card people made an excuse after my rigorous follow up that the amount was reversed in may/june since there were some charges reversed in 2013. Can a credit card desk ever allow continuance of the card unless the payments are cleared and moreover the card was surrendered in oct. 2018 after settlement of all dues. How can then there be reversal of charges of 6 years back (Which i know never accrued anytime and if they accrued then how can the credit card desk recover after waiving them off and that too for a closed card account).
I had requested freecharge to transfer my wallet amount to my bank account but it refused saying that the refund could be processed only to the source account and nowhere else. I kept on checking my accounts but could not find the refund for more than a month. Somehow i ventured into my old card account and found the proceeds there and following up rigorously but this bank is bent on eating away my small amount on baseless pretexts-the sbi bank is said to be the biggest public sector bank of india but see the deeds - it wants to earn money by unfair means. I had written to the banking ombudsman and nodal officer, customer service head but all are not talking logically. However i am going to write to rbi from website as suggested by the banking ombudsman in a day or two if sbi credit card does not refund my money to my bank account.

Very bad state-had to follow up a lot to get the refund of a petty amount and SBI CARDS was only reversing the money credited by showing as charged.I had filed a case at RBI ombudsman claiming damages for unnecessary harassment and unfair reversal but no damages were ever paid to me -SBI CARDS wastes our time unnecessarily

    Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

    Dear sir

    A refund of 728 rupees was successfully processed on 27th june 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and given me this ref no.[protected].

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

I have applied for cheque book through sbi online & on 10th july 19 i have received message that cheque book dispatched but till now it has not received to me, i had informed the same in the sbi branch and also in the post office but no response received from both the place.

      Therefore it is kindly requested to inquire into the matter & revert on the same.

        Hi state bank of india, i have a deduction of 295 rupees on 17/7/2019 although i have paid my emi on correct date that is on 2nd of every month, and the bank mentioned
        Charge for failed mandate txn bajaj finance
        Tried to call to bank but there is no proper response from bank authorities
        Kindly solve the issue from your side with correct response

          I had mailed sbi team to many times for final settlement request. But nobody had reverted back to my mail/number.

          I am a credit card holder of sbi. Due to some events out of my control i missed a payment of some processing charge amount charged to be which was not in my knowledge.

          I have been a sincere customer and i did pay all the actual amount on time. Although i think that the processing charge was charged wrongfully on me i am still willing to settle the balance and close my account. Can you please reach back to me with the best offer?

              Dear sir/ mam,

              I am a savings account holder in your bank's branch - iti colony, korba chhattisgarh, bearing account no. [protected]. On date - 9/07/19 at 10.18 pm, i was trying to withdrawal money rs. 500 from your bank's atm address - sbi atm chocolate factory road, tavarekere, btm layout 1st stage bangalore, karnataka, having atm code - fbbx[protected] no cash came out from the atm after going through necessary options, it automatically got shut down and amount is deducted from my account. However i immediately received a msg regarding deduction of amount from my account.

              Therefore, i kindly request you to look into this matter and credit back the amount rs. 500 to my account at the earliest.

Please urgently unhold my account i have many works with that account.. If doesnt release i am facing a lot of problems so i will close the account and do transactions in other bank as every month i am doing lakhs of transactions thats y u kept hold

Total amount deducted inr 1600 was made on sbi debit card 45xxxxxxx9580 on google store without my knowledge and permission. It was made without any otp and debit card pin transaction. Kindly check what has happened and pls refund the amount

                    I purchased a product in online from madrasvapeshop worth rs4547/- through my sbi debit card which later i cancelled the product and initiated the refund and the vendor refunded the total amount but till now refund didn't happened yet. The transaction id of the above transaction is given by online vendor which i am attaching below

                      Need your urgent intervention here.

                      I am getting nuisance calls from your collection agencies although i have already settled my card and paid the settlement amount. (Inr 20, 000).

                      These person is not even ready to disclose their name or e-mail id.

                      These guys are using very bad abusive language and mentally harassing me.

                      Request you to please take necessary action on immediate basis. As from last 2 days i am in depression and due to this i have taken medicines as well.

                      Due to this if anything wrong happened to me, sbi will be responsible for that.

                          Sum of rs 23.17 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted from my account

                            I have several mail send to sbi credit card department but no reply received from your bank.
                            My wife account at state bank of india anaj mandi shahdara. Bank staff issued credit card and stff assure the the above card is free no any yearly fee
                            But bank charge
                            0/09/2018 cpp assistance servi p gurgaon in debit 1, 649
                            6/10/2018 annual fee charged (Excl tax 89.82) debit 499
                            Total integrated tax db for curr stmt debit 89.82
                            The above statement not received by me.
                            After six month i have purchased one phone through the above card. At the time of deposited the payment i am surprised to received the bill.
                            Rs 6000.00 against the cpp and annual fee.

                              I ordered a product worth rs.1286 from amazon on 19th june, 2019 via upi but due to size issue i returned in july after that company refunded rs.1286 on 21st july and according them the amount was credited in my account on 25th july, 2019, till today i. E 9th aug, 2019 i didn't receive the amount, i complain through sbi toll free ivr but they said, only amazon will help you in this issue.

                                I purchased in royale pass in clash royale for 399rs. The money is deducted from my account. But i can't get the product. Refund my money back to my account.                                   I stay in pune i have applied for a new card from net banking but the indian post not delivered the card to me stating addresser not present. This is happening 2nd time. I told my sister to visit the branch and enquire about this to the staff. But staff and manager says they don't interfere in this. Then why the are sitting there. They all should be fired. This is why india is not developing because of this kind of recklessness. The branch is uday nagar sbi, nagpur

                                    This complaint is about my SBI credit card which I have already closed in month of April '19 after paying the unnecessarily imposed fee of 3037 INR .I requested my card to close as I was unnecessarily charged by SBI credit card and paid the outstanding amount of 3037 INR and as mail received from them on 24/04/19 my card got closed.however, I am still getting the statement from SBI credit card saying I have to pay 72 RS for months of May and 80Rs for June month.i mailed the sbi customer care about it but they are saying you Pay the outstanding amount of 72 RS and 82rs then we will close your card.But, my card is already closed on 24/04/19 and I am not liable to pay any amount to SBI credit card.This is shear harassment.My card is already closed and still they are sending me statement showing outstanding amount.kindly see the matter .

                                      I have used last SBI elite card last 3 yrs . But Every year they have charged Annual fee+ GST . But this 2019 i have decide to close my sbi Credit Card .
                                      I have clear my all bill amounts in march . I have the request id for closing this Credit Card[protected]. still my account not close, They increases the annual charges every month, what i have not used .I am relay frustrating this SBI Peoples what they have charged every month .Rly very bad impression with SBI CC. still this issue are going on .I don't want to pay any amount because i am not used sbi Card . I have complant regarding this so many time .No resolution coming .some what possible i need some Banking Ombudsman help for this .

                                        My name is sumit mishra and i had ordered jbl c300si on-ear dynamic wired headphones (Black) of rs. Amount 799 in amazon on 24/06/2019 and after 01/07/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 06/07/2019
                                        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money till now (08/08/2019). Amazon sent this reference number
