Hi, I am existing customer of SBI, Jasola, and i had to open Sukanya Govt Scheme for my 3 year daughter, I submitted application and all document except Pan card original copy for id verification while i shown original Passport copy, driving lisence copy, Electricity Bill, MTNL Bill, and photocopy of Pan card for verification but Mrs. Sunita (Bank Staff) argued that this is RBI guideline to submit Pancard original in sukanya scheme and she rejected my application, while she denied to give any written note on this guideline.when i told that where is written as guideline that it is mandatory to show original copy of pan card and i have saving and PPF account in your branch and you can see my PAN card update for your reference as i lost original Pan card, and police report is attached in my application but her behavior was so rude and started shouting to just walkaway from branch, it was very embarrassing moment as existing customer of SBI. so do the needful action, Regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
