[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — upi reversal

On 9th of April 2019, a sum of Rs.1, 600 got debited from my account and there is no transaction ID. The bank statement shows UPI Revesal. I tried contacting bank but they are unable to resolve my complaint due to unavailability of Transaction ID. They told me to visit bank branch but my branch is in other city from my current address.
