On[protected] i booked a ticket from IRCTC app using my SBI debit Card. My SBI account number is : [protected] and my debit card ending **2138. The money was refunded from IRCTC (as said by IRCTC) but the amount is not reflected in my account till date. Its been more than 10 days now and SBI is not ready to listen to my concerns instead they are pointing this matter towards IRCTC. The PNR number of the ticket is [protected] and the transaction id is [protected] and the Refund RRN No is : 85215229093913444838592 . Please help me regarding this matter

    I don't have any sbi account.. However I'm receiving texts as so and so account is credited with amount.. For too many times... Kindly check in for the details.. I'm just worried someone is using my active number for their banking purposes.. And I don't have nay appropriate details on the text except credited amount. I have attached screenshot for further reference

      Good evening sir/mam
      My name is shahida. This is the registration id of my form jmi0451432. I tried making my online payment for my b. Lib. I. Sc jamia islamia university entrance exam form on 9th april 2019, time : 8:00 pm from my state bank of india account. But because of some technical errors the amount has been deducted but form has not been submitted. Please tell me how can i get my money back.
      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I hold an SBI Card, the sales executive will tell you that it is a lifetime free card, and after 1 year they will bill you with a charge of Rs.2500, please dont fall for this trap, the customer care will just tell you they cant help you, and if you escilate the matter, they will just directly as you to deactivate the card.
      Recently I visited SBI ATM in kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. No one is working properly some are technical issues & some are no cash. I roam all the ATM s from Budawarpet to Gayatri estate near about 5 ATM I searched no one is working.
      SBI is the main bank in India. Why they are not maintaing & they will charge after limited transactions.
      With ref. No.[protected]IGAFUPVON5 dated 01.04.2019 a amount Rs.1349 has been deducted from my account where as I did not do any transactions as I remember.
      You please convey for which connection this amount has been deducted. If not, refund the amount immediately.
      Sir I made a transaction through my account SBI rewards . I make 458 rupees recharge in my number .but the transaction is fail .and my rewards points re add my account but my money deducted from my bank account is not refund me.what I do sir?

          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.885/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.           On 1 April 2019 At 5 PM I did a transaction of 6334 from bhim app the transaction failed and money deducted from the account. Still No refund on next day . An that transaction was very important transaction.

            Hi,

            My father was a state bank of india staff and my mum is a pensionholder. As family pension holder, my mum should receive extra 1% rate of interest on any fixed deposit she buys from sbi however due to the extreme indolent nature of the parnashre branch, kolkata staff members, my mum has been deprived of that interest rate since several years.

            This is a sincere distress and disgrace to a so called"esteemed" organisation like sbi who is demonstrating nothing but inefficiency and unskillfulness.

            Can this be raised as a serious complaint before i this gets escalated.

              The sbi lamartiniere branch credited the ppf deposit made by me on 5-4-19 (The cheque issuing bank shows the debit on 5-4-19) but the credit to ppf account has been done on 8-4-19 which means that we would not earn any interest for the month (Amounts deposited on or before 5th of every month bear interest for the month). Goi allows 8% interest on ppf and the it act allows a deduction of rs.150000 per financial year u/s 80c so the interest amount matters a lot.
              Further was the amount deposited and cleared by the issuing bank on 5th hanging in the air that it did not get a simultaneous credit in the sbi account-hoe can a public sector bank keep and use the money for the 3 days?
              On earlier occasions also even cash deposits are not credited to the account instantly-such is the performance of the bank and if a customer doesn’t check the amount deposited by him/her would vanish.
              Rbi would interfere and take action against such unfair practices adopted by the banks.
              When the branch manager is contacted and that too with difficulty we are told that the entries are system generated which i would not agree at all.
              A cash deposit or clearing amount can never be system generated - the branch is trying to earn profits by resorting to unfair practices.
              Would request rbi and goi to have better checks on banking transactions and develop a system which reduces the follow up time needed by customers.

              Nothing has been done by the SBI branch till now inspite of repeated follow up and twice meeting with the branch manager-the date oid deposit is relevant for credit of interest not when the cheque is presented by branch for clearing.

              Till date inspite of constant requests both written and oral to the branch manager Mr.Chandan Chakraborty no credit for interest has been done to my POF accounts or saving bank accounts to compensate for the loss of interest for the month of April-the credit of deposit was made after 5th due to inefficiencies of the branch staff(excuse made of election duty)although the clearing house confirmed that the cheques were cleared before 5th April and hence PPF accounts had to be credited for April interest
              Sir I am[protected], 1300 rs diposit in ATM but not cresdit in my account place chek my account emideytly send ammount in my account
              Please kindly refund money debited from my personal act. I dnt have any of information about this intermed company and i m nt intersted for any kind of investment on it..and yes block this investmnt because i dnt want that nxt again they deduct 295₹ frm my act.

                    I m sandeep naiK and my sbi account no. [protected] branch code SBIN0005045, in this account dated 08/02/2019 sum o[censored]nauthorized transactions are done without OTP reacived in my registered mobile no that is [protected] I complaint registed on my sbi bank and FIR copy also submitted to bank. It is request that bank manager told technical teams are verified that transaction are fraud or no if transaction is fraud detect then money may be refund otherwise not refundable.
                    There are 02 months gone I not getting any information regarding unauthorized transactions helded on 08/02/19.
                    The transaction total amount 21000/- are debited trasaction like imps 10, 000/-, 2500 mchash 5 times and 100/- oxigen service in this sbi account.
                    It is requested that my complaint my be taken pority base and resolve earliest.

                            I was having Instrument loan account SBI JALNA shivaji putala br AC number [protected] under doctor plus scheme very regularly paid and cleared much ahead of schedule.We accept your right to visit premises but no one has visited the hospital and charged every year the Inspection charges the sum total is of RS 19, 305/- The chief manager has not replied my letter in this matter and my issue is no one has visited premises still charges are debited and more over not one single installment was over due not even for one single day and re payment is way ahead of schedule, as for us cibil score building is more important than to be defaulter like few giant corporate since we value our name.
                            The zonal office has also not replied my letter

                              On 30.03.2019 i tried to withdraw rs. 10000/- from sbi atm in bungal, pathankot from my yes bank atm card. All the transaction was done but when the machine was dispensing cash, suddenly electricity switched off and cash did not dispensed from atm but my yes bank account was debited. It's been 10 days but my cash has not reverted back. I have already submitted a complain with yes bank but i have not received any satisfactory reply from them yet.

                                A Sum of Rs 50.00 and 115.00 is Deducted as DOM surcharge/tips/rate from my account. what is the Plus Point of Going CashLess when Bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. no where is Mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so Its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or Proper Information why a certain amount is Deducted.

                                  Sbi cc team has confirm me on email (Interaction id: 1-[protected]) that my sbi card account has closed and as on date there no dues payable to sbi.
                                  Noc related: sbi team inform me noc letter will be send my mailing address next 10 days. (Ref no:[protected].

                                  On dated 20th march'19:
                                  After 10+ days i had follow up twice (Ref no:[protected], when i called sbi customer care for regarding noc, every time they are promise me that noc letter will be reached to my mailing address next 10 days.

                                  Till now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.

                                    I am working in para-military force in ssb (Mha) as assistant sub-inspector (Ministerial). I have a saving salary account i. E. Para military salary package account (Pmsp) a/c no.[protected] in sbi chaukhandi, tilak nagar, new delhi since 2008.

                                    As per govt. Guidelines / instructions pmsp account holder is entitled to avail 02 atm card i. E. One para military atm card and another one additional atm card, hence, my additional atm card was blocked last few months ago due to not digital chip.

                                    In this regard, i have submitted an application form on 06.04.2019 duly filled in all respect to manager sbi chaukhandi for issue me new atm card in place of my block atm card.in response to my application the manager told me that i will call you in the evening in this regard, but no response i have been received so far.

                                    The dealing assistant of sbi chaukhandi his name is mr. Sachin has told me that this is a fraud and i am not entitled to avail another atm card of the same account (Pmsp) as per sbi guidelines /instructions i am entitlement for an additional debit card of para military salary package (Pmsp). You are requested short out my matter in this regard please.

                                        My complain no is : 364833 .I had done complaint regarding Point not updated for long time . Customer care are not solving my concern & every time i called them for update but problem not solved . Their timeline for solving my concern has been passed multiple time.I want consumer complaints forum to take strict action against it.Many months has been passed after complain to sbi rewardz customer care but my complaint has not been solved.
