    Dear sir/ma'am
    This is regarding payment done on 05.03.2019. I was doing payment of 10 thousand rupees (Rs. 10000/-) to a person who is having a/c on sbi. I had used sbi anywhere app through upi for the transaction of 10000. It is found that transaction has been failed then after 5 minutes i again tried to make a transaction again it is found that the transaction had failed. Then i have transferred the same amount to my other icici a/c and it is successful. So i have made a transaction through icici bank in that sbi a/c.
    After a week i have checked my bank statement then i have found that inspite of 10000, amount had been debited 30000 on 05.03.2019. And then i have raised dispute through sbi anywhere app. Status has been closed in that but till now no refund has come to my account.
    Sir this is my request please do needful for resolving my issue and amount refunded in my account.

      Sir, your main branch has been launched sbi quick mobile sms services for customer. But in till date sbi quick services are not active. Many times i call your missed call banking mobile phone number but the number has been switched off. I requested you please solved the issue because this is a customer delivered best services complaint. Please solv this necessary.

        My nre/nro account debit card is active for physical transactions and all other sms alerts coming but while doing any online transaction otp is not coming. I requested multiple times in indore main gpo branch but no avail. They are always giving some pan india issue story but not resolving the problem. Sbi service is pathetic even for nre customers as my major transactions are done overseas through online payments which is impossible now for past 3 months and now i am considering my other bank options. To last resort i m trying here last time before switching. Plz consider my request on priority and resolve immediately. For further details plz mail at [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

          I had applied SBI Fbb credit card by agent, it was processed then I have application no[protected].
          I didn't receive card since 24th OCT 2018 .I have spoken to customer care & SBI branch card agent. He also spoke to customer.I was sent mail so many times After spoke cutomer care he told me that credit card was expaired so it will not used next time.
          so please stop & cancel my card because I didn't get credit card still yet.

            Sir, i am a customer of state bank of india hamiltonganj branch.sbi announced sbi quick service facility in his customer.but in till date sbi quick banking facility not available in our area.i requested you please serve your customer a better service .Mini statement, balance inquiry facility are mainly not available.sbi is the india's most popular bank. Please serve a better service in your customer.

              Sir,
              My above account has become Due for final payment wef 1 April 2019. Since I am overseas with my children/ grand children, I sent 2 responsible persons viz Mr Ramkumar Sharma Ex Fire Officer Ludhiana and Mr Sudesh Kumar an official of KVM School Ludhiana with all required documents ie Formal application on prescribed form duly signed with revenue stamp, PPF Pass Book original, Blank Cheque cancelled with my printed name of Kotak Mahindra Bank with formal application on my letter Head with printed name with a request to close my account and transfer the amount to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. But Bank official insisted that I should come personally with all documents. Later on I have sent 2 Emails for kind attention of Chief branch manager explain the reason why I can come personally to bank. But no response has come from the bank so for.
              2 I am a senior citizen in late seventies and not keeping good health as such the bank kindly be advised to accept my request and transfer the amount to my account as per the details given on the cancelled cheque of Kotak Mahindra Bank, FG Market Ludhiana 141012 for which I will be highly obliged. On hearing from you I will ask Mr Ram Kumar Sharma ( Mob[protected] & Mr Sudesh Kumar ( Mob[protected] to hand over the documents to bank dealing official or they can be contacted directly by the bank to bring the documents.                 My wife is an existing customer of SBI. She had 7000INR in her account and tried to withdraw 5000 INR today from Syndicate Bank Atm. But while withdrawing, atm machine showed ‘Insufficient amount’ and got the transaction cancelled. After few minutes, she received a message on her number that 5000INR has been deducted from her account, which she didn’t receive at all. Once this message came, she again checked the balance amount in her account and found that 5000INR has been deducted from her account. Kindly advise how the deduction happened and where has the money gone.

                  I am holding a savings account in SBI Hunsur branch from past 11 years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs. 5108/- has been debited from my account on 12/APRIL/2019 which has not been executed by me. The transaction came to light on 13/APR/2019, Morning when i check the balance in a yono SBI app. On the 12/April/2019 i have not logged into my any internet banking or mobile banking, but on 12/APR/2019 the P2A(Phone to Account) transaction has be carried out at 3:47 PM.

                  Unauthorized Transaction that have done on 12/apr/2019 as follows -

                  I am enclosing a copy of the bank statement which reflects the transaction number and other details of 12/apr/2019 fraudulent transaction and also the same has be said to SBI bank with the written letter and received a acknowledgement from the Bank Branch Manager. I request you to take up this issue/matter urgently to help me recover my money and also suggest me how to protect the unauthorized transaction in future.

                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedia, because i could see there is a transaction of rs. 4, 779.00.00 charged with a heading on 26th of sept2018. And charged interest on that amount which is rs. 230 till now.

                      On every month rs295 has been deducted from my account without any investment or premission..Revert it asap otherwkse we have to switch our a/c to another bank so yhat we can atleast get best services

                          On 9th of April 2019, a sum of Rs.1, 600 got debited from my account and there is no transaction ID. The bank statement shows UPI Revesal. I tried contacting bank but they are unable to resolve my complaint due to unavailability of Transaction ID.

                          They told me to visit bank branch but my branch is in other city from my current address.

                              A refund of 890 rupees was successfully processed on 5 april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                Sir i have tried to book a ticket from phonepe app, the transaction was failed the refund was initiated by phonepe. But my money has not been reflected in my bank account even after deadline ends. Phonepe has given me ARN no.
                                But SBI is not helping me .

                                  Hi I am Deepak Shinde, DOB 12th March 1987. I have been using SBI credit card since past 2 years. I had some issues paying my dues against my cc. I was jobless since past 6 to 7 months. i told sbi recovery department about my problem and asked them to convert the remaining dues into emi so that I can pay them off. I dont want to go for settlement as I dont want my CIBIL score to effect. I have been getting several calls from different numbers and I had to tell everyone what my problem was again and again. Now that I have got a job I told them that I am ready to start paying but atleast wait till my salary.

                                  Now the main problem is, my friends have been getting calls from sbi department saying that I have given their reference to the bank and the recovery agents are harassing them and asking for payments. I just want to know how SBI is accessing my personal contacts without my approval.One of my female friend's husband got a same kind of call, i dont even have his number saved but sbi agents has it. isnt this suppose to be illegal ? many of my friends have stopped talking to be because of this incident. my social life is getting disturbed. I am harassed and defamed by SBI recovery agents. sbi agent is calling me and demoralising me to the core, they also provoke me to be abusive and then say that your call is getting recorded. this guy threatened me of calling more of my friends. this has to stop. Why sbi is not following the RBI guidelines. I am going to file a legal complaint against this. I seek help

                                    My brother has some credit card dues on his SBI credit card. We had tried to settle the matter by asking them for settlement but they did not consider anything and were very adamant about everything!
                                    Now this person Piyush Rajpurohit(Employee Id 420443, Phone Number :[protected] is calling one of our neighbour continously and asking for my brother! That girl has nothing to do in all this! They got her number because she has a branch in SBI. This is how SBI bank is using its customers data in an un ethical way!
                                    Using it for wrong purpose. They do not have any right to call someone else like that!

                                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                        On 12 april 2019 I went to ATM to take money as ATM Machine started counting the power supply stopped and ATM machine got shut down .After power supply started I waited the money to come out of the ATM .But nothing happened .I complained to SBI customer care but my has not recredited to my account so far .for how long should i wait for the resolution of my problem
