      I have applied for minority lone.. But our kgf sbm manager said u have to bring approval from head office.. So i bought approval later from head office on jan 11/2016.. After tat when ever i go to bank the sbm kgf branch manager says come on after 3pm when i go at 3 agin he says come @5pm every day same 2day 6th aug 2017 still i didn't get lone... But one thing i have to say i'm a muslim so he was neglecting me pls take action on this thank u

        cheque clearance

          Hi,

          I am holder saving account in state bank of mysore a/c[protected] at chandapur bangalore.

          On 10th july aroud 10pm i was withdrawing rs. 10000 from hdfc bank atm in electronic city, during transaction atm machine got switched off and amount not came out but it got deducted from my sbm account.

          Immediately i raised a complain to sbm and hdfc bank by email. Hdfc bank is saying your account holding branch has to take care we cann't do anything and sbm no response i got by email so i given written complain to sbm chandapura branch on 15july. Still no response from sbm as well.

          Now my money has gone, neither hdfc is listening nor sbm. Its technical mistake from hdfc bank.

          Bank would charge on my failed transaction and enjoy my money.

          How would i get my rs. 10000, please help?

                My name is ts manjunatha am working as police constable in neps police station tumakuru and i have a saving account in sbm ss puram tumkur branch through this account am getting my salary before a month i applied for personal loan in my bank and submitted all the documents which are required to sanction loan and visiting the branch several times to get updates about my loan but still not getting any proper information and loan the bank officials are dragging unnecessary being a police officer am suffering to get a salary deduction loan from these people what about common people so i don't want to in this branch please kindly transfer my account to another branch

                  Greetings!.
                  My name is dr. Leena smita and i hold an account in sbm kavalbyrasandra branch. My account number is [protected]. Since i live away from bangalore, i requested the concerned bank authorities to update my old mobile number to a new number and the bank employee asked me to fill out the mobile updation form available online. I did the needful and submitted the scanned copy on their registered email id provided by them. I was promised that my number would be updated by 7 pm in the evening. Now, when i call them regarding the issue, which they haven't resolved, they show a lot of irritation and refuse to even listen to my problem and are asking me to visit the branch. Kindly address the issue and do as promised by you. Kindly go through the email sent to you and do the needful. I would like to know, why only our banks in india do not have integrity and do their work on time?. Is it only me facing issues like this, or is this a nationwide phenomenon. Kindly do not let down your customers!!!.

                    We at servelots have been trying to track a transfer of funds done to our account at state bank of mysore, tata silk farm, a week ago.
                    Sbm manager is indicating that after the merger of sbm with sbi
                    They do not who to talk to about the money not deposited in our account.



                    This complaint has all the information necessary to attend to it.

                          We have an account in SBM Bangarpet branch bearing No [protected] in the name Shivagangappa was employee of Social welfare dept passed on 26/03/2017,

                          We trying to opening an account since one month in his wife's named Smt.Venkatelakshmma by providing Adhaar card, Election card, and raion card and allotment letter of PAN card but the personnel refusing to open an account due to not provided PAN card, and software updating, in your website showing any nationalised ID is more than enough to open account and we requested them will provide the pan once we received but not happened still,

                          Since two months she facing financial problems because o[censored]nable withdraw funds, bank personnel use to postponing this very time she visit the branch.and she is about 55 years old age, she unable to roaming each and every time that too bank personnel are suggesting to open the account online which is not possible to villagers who are facing this many years, myself waited more than one hour to pay just Rs.10 challan !.

                          The branch is in very narrow place and unable to wait more than 10 minutes because of big Q's out side the branch and also the staffs are very rude while transacting with villagers many times the security guy use to fulfil requirement of customers than the staff totally the branch is like a fish market.

                          Please assist the branch to open the account as soon as possible.

                              Respected sir/madam,
                              This is harish gupta, sbm savings account and loan account holder, jayanagar 9th block branch, bangalore

                              Ecs is set from savings to loan account for emi payment on 4th of every month.
                              I have 2 important issues which requires your attention and action.
                              1. I have been getting sms from bank often saying emi is due. Please note that every month 4th, emi is getting transferred from my savings to account to loan account. Latest message that i receved yesterday says “emi due on30042017 a/c xxxxx787065 has not been paid. Please pay immediately. Please ignore, if paid. Download [protected]@ http://goo.gl/qUlXqL “. Such sms creates panic to us. Kindly can you look into this?
                              2. In this month an additional amount of rs 35300/- has been deducted from my savings and transferred to loan account with my notice. When check with bank, i got a reply saying that there was an uncleared balance which has been taken. Kindly can you intimate us before and take our consent before transferring the balance. I now face financial difficulties due to this unplanned additional amount taken by bank.
                              I stay about 20 kms away from the branch and i am finding difficult to leave my work and come to branch to talk to staff. Also i am not able to reach via phone.
                              I request you to understand the difficulties as a customer i am facing and fix the issues. I expect a positive reply from your end.

                                  There is a debit of rs. 8451 in br - sbt suraksha account no. (Insurance[protected] on 21st feb'2017 which happened 1 week in advance without intimating me and was supposed to happen on 28-feb-2017 as per premium renewal date.

                                  I do not want to continue with br - sbt suraksha account no.[protected] and want 100% reversal of premium paid towards br - sbt suraksha account debited on 21st feb'2017.

                                  Kindly make necessary arrangement for reversal of 100% money debited in br-sbt suraksha on 21st feb'2017.

                                  In spite of several mail and reminders reversal has still not happened. And, now, bank manager is saying it won't be possible since 2-3 months has elapsed.

                                  I dropped the above e-mail on 1st march'17.

                                  Kindly raise a voice for same and arrange in reversing the money debited towards loan suraksha (Rs 8451) from surakshaa account br - sbt suraksha account no.[protected].

                                      On 29/04/2014, while drawing amount of rs.20, 000/- from one of atms at gangammagudi circle, bangalore, only rs.500/- received and balance slip showing debiting of rs.20, 000/- from my s. B. Account. Immediately complaint was lodged with customer care on 29/04/2017. Also written complaint is lodged with the bank branch where my account is held. Till date neither the amount (Rs.19, 500/-) is remitted back to my account nor there is response from customer care. (Complaint id:1558296.) dtd:2/5/2017
