The vodafone bill payment of Rs.1414+ps have been effected on 10.07.15 through the a/c no.[protected] with SBM, the reference number is showing as "awaited even after 2 months. This amount is getting reflected as dues in my vodafone biill payment history. The reference no. is ib24471711 Please let us know whether the bill amount has been passed or not. Pl get the payment reference number at an early date as thiss is coming in the way of porting of the vodafone service at bangalore. an early reply is highly appreciated.

    Hello, I'm Roopa Selvanayaki.M. I got education loan from the State Bank of Mysore Avinashi branch at 2009. According to the Prime minister Modi's Interest Subsidy Scheme for Education Loans, Interest subsidy is available for loans disbursed on or after 1st April, 2009. But in this branch, they are saying like upto study period only interest will be cancelled and in the loan payment period, 12% interest have to be paid. I just want this information is true or not. Is there any need to pay interest during repayment? Please kindly provide me the detailed information about the loan interest subsidy during repayment period. Thank you.,

      I placed an order on flipkart last 29th July by my debit card But it was stucked in Gateway.The amount of Rs.18089/-was debited from my account at same time but not received by flipkart. I countinue followup with my home bank they said that it will take 3-5 days, but i am not received my amount till now, Plz resolve this problem as soon as possible.

      I faced the same issue with flipkart while using State bank of Mysore debit card. They are clueless about this and it happens every time if you use the SBM debit card. I'm yet receive the refund from the bank even after 1 month.

They have not even respond well and not given proper reason so far she s struggling a lot to make it credit but their staff also not speaking randomly.             icici bank has presented stolen cheque of our coustomer Dr Bhavana sb account holder of our branch on 25/02/2015 the cheque was presented the same was passed since the cheque was in order the same was passed in CTS clerint

            when the coustomer visited the branch for pass book entries the coustomer has complained that Rs 103000/- chq passed on 25/02/2015 was not issued to thumma karunakar reddy of icici bank -hyderabad

            we tried to contact icici bank hyderabad branch for the past 1 week
            the phone number provided by icici bank is only phone banking services and we are not able to contact the branch or the vigilince department of icici bank and mail sent to icicibank.com and icicibank.co.in was returned as the same is not geninue kindly take up the matter with icici bank

              On[protected] at 12:04:49 I tried to recharge my mobile through internet banking. But Rs.300 was deducted and mobile was not recharged. Till date I dint recieved the amount. Ref Number: IGOAGKVZH7 Afterwards I did another transaction (Ref No: IGOAGKWOL2 For Rs.300) and it was successful. Pl. refund my amount. Thanq

                Sir, I am an savings account holder of your esteemed bank since its beginning at Ramamurthy nagar branch. I SB a/c.#[protected]. I have about a dozen RDs to meet my requirements. All the amounts are remitting through standing instructions. I was not having any problem so far. This time, after closing the RD of Rs.500/- & to open a new one in that place, the application along with cheque returned stating that since june SBM stopped the RD & minimum amount should be Rs.1000/-. To my surprise the manager also confirmed that it is true. I got information from SBM K.R.Puram br. that there is no problem to open RD for Rs.500/- I told this information to the manager of R.M.Nagar br. but he also said that the system will not accept it. I checked with other core banks like Syndicate bank & privivate banks ICICI & understood there is no RBI rule exists to stop this RD operation. Due to my request the manager tried opening internet RD for Rs.500/- & he got suceeded. Now he asked me to give application for trial. Please instruct the SBM R.M.nagar bank staff not to disappont its customers with false information. Thanks.

                      helo, i am a customer of SBM for not a year or so i am working with you for over 15 years in a single branch, but now in our branch the manager was changed and some lady named Meenakshi is being posted in (vijayanagar 2nd stage, mysore) I am not the only person complaining for this complaint is from a mass group of people, the new manager is behaving like a sick women she doesnt seem to be educated she uses low inhuman words uconditional words, and she is not not giving any respect to any customer, she is so dumb that she talks about sense & she talks about manners but she has nothing with her, she wont give respest tell the most bad stupid words, i am very much fed up of this lady from past eight months, she is behaving like an uneducated fool, sorry for using these words but you have to realise how much we have been suffered, this is not from a single person it is from a mass public What we want is you to take serious action very very serious action, you can understand how we have suffered, want you to take immediate action and atleast for the sake of all the customers of this branch, she does not do any work she wont give any details she wont inform anything about anything, and one thing she speaks as if the whole bank is her own she make her own rules she unfit to be in that post, i dont who appointed how she got appointed, i dont know whats going on within, but the people and the residents of the branch consumer know how it is, but the way she behaves i think she is not fit to be the manager for a bank, even the same branch watch men behaves well, so what we want as a public call is you to take complete action, even we know the RTI, human rights, but i dont want the very good performing bank to spoil its name just for a lady,

                        It is very difficult to bank with SBM. Absolutely no focus on customer service and customer satisfaction. I am a customer of SBM since almost 25 years and last year i.e. 2014 i have closed my account with a lot of dissatisfaction. I have a PPF account at Bangalore Hanumanthanagar Branch. I wanted to extend it by 5 more years. Do you believe that just to give an extention letter, it made me to go to the branch. Eventually it took me less than 25 minutes to handover the letter. The staff who attended me said she doesnt know the process and only after the process is done, she will intimate me on my cell number which i never got. I tried contacting bank on their official tel numbers. In ost of the time, it is not picked up.Twice when it got picked up, it was lifted and hanged back. Once some one answered that no staffs to attend. Is it a way to treat a customer? if Banks cant not have a facility for customers to contact over eletronic media why do we need to bank with such Banks..? the Banking system has gone so forward and most of the banks do have facilities where all transactions can be done via internet. May I ask the concerned why we should still bank with our own SBM ?? I hope this mail reaches to some officer who is really concerned about the customer service approach and do a bit to satisfy the customer...

                                I have been trying to use my SBI debit card issued by State bank of Mysore to book a ticket through IRCTC website but getting an error stating "BIN RANGE NOT ENABLED", i have used the same card earlier for same purpose without any issue but now im getting this error. Pls. inform me what to be done for normal usage of the card.

                                      my inital email to everybody on your board I'm only writing this because I haven't got a number to ring! Im not sure if you have ever been made aware . Your customer care for NRIs is poor, sorry doesn't exists. I have had issues with my Internet banking for a month now . The call centre number provided gets directed to State bank on india customer care who don't know how to rectify my SBM issue and give me a toll free number to ring, but I'm in the uk and an indian toll free number doesn't work from here. and when i told them this, they said they don't have any information on this issue in their system. I ring the HQ and people who answered the phone weren't aware of customer care number for rectifying internet banking with SMB. they kept passing me from one number to another . The branch managers are lovely but were unable to resolve my issue, shouldn't this be an issue for customer care to resolve. Should the managers be wasting their management time resolving such issues . where is the value base in it. all this has caused delay in my family in india receiving monthly remittence from me and issues with their regular bill payments. I am the only source of income for my parents. Who is going to support them?? Will the bank take responsibility for any inconvininece where can we get a customer care number along with support for SBM customers to rectify my internet banking whilst I live in the UK asap its 2015 soon and I'm shocked that there is such limited information on the internet page regarding customer care except for HQ number and toll free. I may be young and naive but I'm not wrong if as a customer i want to be looked after. My most recent email - its going to be a month since the issue was raised I'm Not sure how much more longer a. Large bank like yours needs to resolve a small technical glitch If I miss sending money to my parents this month and if they can't pay their rent, where shall I go to pay the penalty ?? Will the bank reimburse for my troubles ??? This has taken a month and is crossing my patience limit I have been advised by the nri helpline set up by narendra modi to contact the reserve bank ombudsman And themself . Is that something you want me to do ? What is your advice to me ! I will have to go to the ombudsman to tell them what trouble my parents have gone through And how I go about resolving this If the bank and your technical team are incapable of resolving the issues is it just not a sensible step to delete my internet banking account and help me set it up again ????? What are my options ??? I'm disappointed that a chief of customer service is also incapable of resolving this issue within a month !!! What is my next option ! I need it in an email so I have an email trail if further action needs to be done Please can I get a direct line number to ring other than that of the manager I am that frustrated, is this service acceptable to you ?
