    I have an account in SBM NGEF branch.I was using it from 2010.Now we reside in Begur.I have been to the NGEF branch to transfer my account somewhere near bommanahalli and to link my LPG Id to my bank account.I told them that we have a branch in begur cross.They asked for branch code I gave that too.but they checked in their old(not the updated directory)directory and told that belongs to belgaum without verifying..now they transfered to CGO complex branch..they told you can go tomorrow and link your LPG .When I went to CGO complex branch those people told me to talk to NGEF branch as the CIF code is not changed yet..(Actually this is internal works they can do it)I spoke to them and done accordingly...The NGEF branch didn't update my new address and mobile number as I wrote in the application for transfer..now This branch is not ready to change my mobile number and address..They are asking for Lease documents which I don't have..Being a house wife My husband taken gas connection in my name.Now when it goes to linking numbers and other procedures we are in trouble..Being a customer for more than four years they can at least accept my rental agreement. Altogether I had a very bad experience with this bank.In CGO complex branch there is only two staffs even by eleven..And what is their problem in changing my mobile number..I have been detected money form my account for messages which goes to my missed mobile number..It is not safe too as my account transaction details goes to some other number.. Please look into this and help us..

Guruprasad from tiptur, In tiptur railway station road one SBM Bank is their, in this bank no information & responsible for any type in formations and one more thing recently i am opening zero account / jaan dhan yojana in this bank manager and also bank staffs no need for that application form. in this bank one staff he sold that application per application 50 /-, and also complaint the issue bangalore and tumkur branch, no response for our side also, thats why i will complaint in online. so please kind the ZERO ACCOUNT APPLICATION FORM immediately.         Dear Sir, I am working as Permanent Employee (From 2009) in Government polytechnic, Holenarasipur, Hassan district. I tried to get a Personal loan from State Bank of Mysore Holenarsiura, In the Month of July 2014 I am Requesting the Manager to give me salary based Personal Loan, But the manager did not give the loan application and he said to me come back next Week. Next week I Further go and requested to the manager Please Sir, Give me Loan It’s Urgent. But He didn’t give application Also. And he said come next month, Then I go next month, he said That to me again . After 2 months (October 2014 Date: 28/10/2014) I go to the bank and told the manager, please give me the loan application, but he didn’t respond to my request. Again I told the manager “Sir, give me the application to take a personal loan” Because I need it.. But he said you come next month, and he was angry with me. Why should I apply for a personal loan offer? So I kindly request you to please give to me justice.

          i had withdrawn money from sbm atm 3 times.the fourth time i went to do it, it came as enter a lower amount, i did enter a low amount but the money didn't come, but an extra amount of 10, 000 rupees is being deducted from my account. this happened on 16/6/2014. i have lodged a complaint in the home branch 3 times. The complain number is [protected]. the amount is still not refunded even now nor am i being updated about the status even after asking.. i want you people to look into this matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform that i have transferred an amount of Rs- 1000/- to one of my friends of SBM bank bearing account no. [protected] from my SBM account [protected] through my mobile banking utility on 6/9/2014. Amount is debited from my account([protected]) but not credited into my friends account([protected]).The same thing has been complained couple of times to SBM manager kuppam branch, chittoor district A.P, but there is no response from them.                       Hello, I, SHASHANK R holding sbm account in bangalore hoody branch with acc# [protected] had done a online interbank transfer on 30-may-2014 to acc. Details: Name: Ramanna Bank: Canara bank Branch: Pattanayakanahalli Acc# 12064 An amount of Rs.8000 has been transferred with Transaction Ref: IR41271800. Neither money has reached beneficiary canara bank account nor it has comeback to my sbm account. Now after giving a written complaint in sbm hoody branch no action has been initiated till date. We checked with the Canara bank of the baneficiary, they did confirm no money has reached the account of beneficiary. Now I am clueless what to do further. Please help me. Thanks, Shashank

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        We have took gold loan on November 2013, that time SBM manager have mentioned that if we produce RTC of agriculture land, we'll get 7.5% of interest, that they informed to pay 925/- interest every month for the amount 1, 56, 000/-, As they have mentioned we have paid every month 925/-. On 18/6/2014(today), we went to bank to clear the gold loan, now they have mentioned that from February the rules has been change, so now the interest is 11%, and they have put the interest has 11% from February and took 1, 900/- extra amount while clearing the amount. And they haven't give any proof slip for the payment, they took the signature from my dad for their reference.

                        Now my question is
                        1) How come this rules applicable to our loan, because he have took the loan on November month, but not in February. This rules is applicable to, who they take the loan from their onwards... How they can Implement on us?

                        2) If the rule is really applicable to us, then why don't they intimate to us before? Okay other wise they would intimate when we are going to pay the interest every month, then why don't they mentioned?

                        Is this is the Bank rule teach to staffs, that how to cheat a customer or common people? If a common man do this kind of job, government will imprisoned him... Now bank staffs cheating, then what we have to do?

                        My parents are innocents, without questioning the manager they came by paying the money.. But I'm educated I won't accept this kind of things.

                        Kindly update me regarding this.

                          Myself Ramu.S. I am from Mysore. On 13th may i was outside from mysore since i didnt get my ATM card with me i just give a call and blocked my ATM card. But after i visited back to home i found my card in my home itself so i just wrote a letter to a manager to unblock my card as i got it. until now i gave two letters to him and told him to unblock my card but that person is not at all unblock my card Yet. Please try to take action regarding this ASAP

                            Dear customer service subject: [protected] From last 1year I am requesting assistant manager for updated statement & online banking with respect to above account. I am calling and mailing assistant branch manager of madhvanagar, banaglore regarding it with no use. Every time assures me that it will done in 1 week time when he returns from headoffice/other branches. Its a student loan account that I want to pay off & asked for final amount, again i don't a reply. when reprimanded he says don't like the tone. Does the bank think customers are servant to bank. I don't think interest has been calculated correctly and he refuses to final closure amount. As i stay outside the country I need statement & online banking to request my friend t have a look at it. No more payment till this issue is solved Regards, Asha.

                                My self Dr kavitha had lodged complaint regarding updation of mobile number at SBM. for which i received immediate customer service from [protected] and the person asked necessary bank a/c details and also received my other HDFC bank details for surety purpose. Later INR 5000/- was transferred from HDFC to my SBM a/c thru the customer service person. However, the customer care person asked PIN no, I did not give my pin no. But later I recovered that the 5000/- is not yet transferred to SBM a/c [as I received mini statement at nearby ATM]. plz do the needful i am worried and also confused. plz take necessary action for misleading myself just for asking mobile updation.

                                currently i lodged complaint regarding mobile updation on my current SBM a/c #. then i recieved call from SBM customer care thru [protected] and recieved necessary details from my SBM a/c # [protected]. however, the customer care person asked my other HDFC details for surity purpose, and i offered the details for which 5000/- was transacted thru HDFC, but so far i did not recieve any feedback regarding my updation of SBM thru SMS and also my HDFC card is cancelled temporarily and also 5000/- not transferred to SBM a/c #. Plz do the needful as i am confused as of yet and clarify this problem ASAP.

                                  Respected sir, I have a SB account in PC extension branch, KOLAR, I have applied for locker facility and they have provided last year may i.e 2013. After two months onwards the manager of the branch demanding and ruling me harshly to keep deposit of 50000Rs. I know as per rules of RBI there is such a condition. Now the manager and officials of the branch not permitting to operate locker. I am upset the behaviour of this branch people, I have enough founds to pay rent of locker in my SB account. Sir i requested them to serve the notice to my address. please solve my problem. please give me the detailled rules for locker maintainance. MY NAME : K.                                       I am having Re investment deposits in SBM Chikmagalur Branch. My SB Account No.is[protected]. I have submitted Form 15-G during 1st week of April 2013. Though I have given Form 15 G in time TDS decuted on my Deposits which matured during September 2013 and December 2013. The Bank authorities have not reversed the TDS amount even after requests made several times.

The first transaction wid POS 99317894 & TXN #[protected] did not generate an invoice subsequently the second transaction at 15.15pm wid POS 99310157 & TXN #[protected] generated an invoice. I spoke to the customer care immediately & was directed to wait for 24 hrs & register a complaint.. I checked my account transactions online & noticed that I have been charged twice for the same transaction.. I kindly request U to look into this & credit bk the duplicate transaction of 6220 ..
