I have placed order for airtel 4g dongle on 5/27/2020 (almost 4+ month ago). The product was not delivered and I've requested for cancellation and refund of the amount (2751) - almost 3 months ago. I didn't hear back. The number mention in website is not working. Order number: 17814770

I placed order for Huawei 4G hotspot on 23rd May 2020. My order no #17811768. Payment was made through my account of 2750/=

After ordering the product, 100 days over no product is delivered or update on the product, the refund is not initiated... Pakka fraud people... Please blacklist the website and don't dare to order from the website. Until you want to lose your money to their pockets.

It's been two months now & did not receive my refund.

Its more than two months have passed when i ordered a jiofi device worth rs.999+51 but til now i am not get it.. I have mailed them many times.. They replies merely and also they are not refunding me as in some mails they tells that they don't have the item at that time.. Help me..

I had ordered and made a prepaid of airtel hotspot product costing rupees 2700. On 1st july 2020. Which i didn't received yet. Tons of time i emailed them.. I hv all the proofs of it but dey reply with same copy pasted mails asking for order id again and again and when i asked for refund they ask to wait for 6-7 days for my refund after 7 days they again start with the process of asking order id bank details, etc etc. Me being a student is facing lot of issues for the net but i can't help it out bcoz i already did the payment of the airtel hotspot product rs. 2700. I anyhow managed to arrange this money and did prepaid in this lockdown though i was having financial issues. This company doesn't understands the customer necessity and bcoz of them my studies are getting affected. They don't have any contact details but we can contact only at mails. The maid id is [protected]@stayathome.co.in their website isn't visible now. Please help me. I am in poor condition this is a fraud website but please anyone who reads this please help me as its the matter of my online studies.. :' (

I ordered 2 resonate UPS for wifi route on June 11. Since then no response from them. Asked multiple times, the only response is Your Order is confirmed and passed to related dealer for processing. I asked for refund no response from them. This is a fraud company. Stealing other's money.

I ordered the product on June month but still I am not getting any notification regarding my order delivery .I am sending a mail to that company every time they are replying me with the same copied message. I paid 500 through my debit card for the order I want my order or my money back I am m a lawyer in High Court . I am going to file complaint in consumer court against this fake websites

On 17-Jun, I had placed an online order for an electronic item (UPS backup) worth 2042/-. It is 24-Aug today, and I have neither received the product, nor refund. The contact phone numbers do not work. I have been chasing them on e-mail, but the response is slow and now stopped.

I have purchased resonate~routerups~cru12v2~power~backup~for~w!-f!~router~ (Black) on 19th may 2020 (Mail subject-your shopping receipt date :05/19/2020 order number:[protected]. But they have not delivered it till 22 june, citing the covid situation, however other ecommerce companies are delivering within time. So i have asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount and which they have not processed it till now (23 aug). Last received below message from them on 6th aug:
"dear sir
Your refund request has been received and transferred to refund department, you will be refunded asap."
Every week i am sending 2-3 mails on refund status but no reply from them or receiving same reply as before.
