I have ordered internet router of 2041/- rupees.. It's been 2 months.. Not delivered....

I had buy a jiofi jmr1040 router product from stayathome.com and payed rupees1050/-, payment done by zaak pay payment gateway. Order placing no. Is 17852643. But as on today l don't have received jiofi router. I had contact by email and even by phone no. +91-[protected], 20, 21, 22, 23. But there is no response given to me. Please do the needful and please refannd my payment.br...

I ordered a product on 20th June 20, it's not yet delivered...

I placed an order of airtel dongle of amount Rs. 2751 on 16th july 2020. It was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but it's more than 1 month now. Please cancel my order and refund for the same....

Even after many reminder mail to [protected]@stayathome.co.in address, so far no response from them about update on the delivery. Also i have tried to contact the numbers which given in their portal +91 -[protected], 20, 21, 22, 23 all are out of service.
Request you to please do the needful....

I ordered a Resonate RouterUPS CRU12V2 Power Backup on 13 june 20. The sent me a mail that the item will be delivered shortly but no response till now. I tried to contact customer service many times but not responding. I sent them a mail to cancel my order and refund, but not responding. Kindly make some arrangement to receive my money back....

I've ordered a wifi extender on 5th of july but not yet delivered the same. When i contacted by mid of july they have replid that due to the current pandemic situation the order is delayed. Now already 1 month past but not yet have any response. I've sent mail to inform the status couple of times but no response further....

Product never came. Emailed them many times. Didnt even replied to it.
Payment was already taken online through card. I am nit even sure now if its safe to pay online after this.

My refund is not initiated even after accepting it will be refunded and notified to accounts department. Order #17815131. Please please please refund my hard earned money. Please it's my sincere request not to do this. It's been over a month. There is no helpline number to talk to also. I don't know what else to do to receive back my money. Not asking anyone else's. On 17-jun, i had placed an online order for an electronic item (Ups backup) worth 2042/-. The site said i will receive tracking details within 48 hours. It is 7-aug today, and i have neither received the product, nor tracking details. I have been chasing them for refund and i have not received that also. The contact phone numbers do not work....

I placed jio dongle request on 20 july but still dongle not received. No response on email and no one is pick up the phone on customer care. I think its a fraud company. When i dial number which mention on website is wrong number. So its my request you to please raise complaint against stayathome its a fraud company...

Below headphone not received. Company appears to fake and fraud.
