Hello,

Kindly try and understand the issue that I'm facing. I placed an order for the phone cases on 27th September 2021.

I got an email from your delivery company saying the order has been delivered, when I checked, it showed that it has been dropped at some other state. After seeing that, I have tried contacting your customer support services so many times but still haven't received any convincing response.
I paid for the order in advance, gave my address correctly, acted on the situation promptly, and still didn't get the delivery. How is it my fault?
Waiting for your response and a solution as soon as possible.
Kindly refund my money if you can not deliver.

Order ID #[protected]_2709 was placed on 27 September 2021.It was supposed to reach by 5 October but it was delayed for more than 1 week and when enquired delivery agency told that they lost it on their way .So I need a refund as soon as possible

I had previously mailed the company regarding my order but have recieved no updates from their side and also I am not able to contact anyone from the phone number that is given on stayclassy.in website and it is a fake number.

It is already 10 days since I placed my order on your website on 11th October, 2021 and my order number 4017193, as per the company commitment the order should be delivered to me in 5-9 working buisness days which has not been delivered yet and also there's been no update on my order from the company's side.

They don't respond either to emails and even the number you have mentioned on your website doesn't work. I want my money back or the product delivered.

I ordered a t shirt from your website and unfortunately I ordered that in the XL size which I want in L size so i mailed you guys but I didn't get any response from you guys and also I want to change the shipping address, i am trying to contact customer care of you but i couldn't succeed, I have paid 300 you guys i and now I'm not able to track my order I want to talk to your coustmer care, Solve this asap otherwise I'll sue you guys.

I ordered OnePlus 6 wolf smoke glass back cover, order number 4017747 on October 12th. I have already paid the amount. I am unable to track my order placed, if I enter the order number and mobile number, it shows they don't match. I didn't receive any mail if order has been shipped. Kindly look into the matter and reply if the order has been shipped and when will I get it.

I have ordered a prepaid mobile cover from stayclassy.in. They have sent me a sms stating my package has been dispatched bt delhivery courier service and given a tracking ID. But that tracking ID is not valid in delhivery site whereas they have given a fake site to track my order and in that site it is showing in transit from last 7 days.The fake sms that they have sent is attached here...

Please report and block this fake site and I want a refund of my order...please help

I would like to bring this under the kind notice of the person assigned that I made an order on your website on 3rd October 2021 and I am forced to believe that this is a well orcastrated scam which in that case I would be forced to tell all my socials about and also complaint on quora not to use your site . As stated by your site it takes 5 to 9 business days for my order to come . If it dosent come by 13th Oct 2021 I would do the above stated and I think you won't want that.
