I have ordered 1 mobile case in iPhone SE last week now today it was delivered from my home address So I tried to check use my iPhone SE but its small in size. my mobile is iPhone SE I have ordered same the model but the size was not correct. If you possible please refund my cash or it will accept return and change the correct size or any other model case are ordered me for the same amount

I have ordered 3 cases from stayclassy.in and it's been 3 weeks I didn't got my order.. I tried to contact with them but it's showing switched off .. and I can't reach to them also I have paid all the charges online... i want refund and it will be appreciated if you can help us in any way!!

It was said that within 24 to 48 hours you will get shipment details but after 48 hours I cannot track my shipment details.Send me my cover details with order number 3814890.

I m Apurba Bhattacharjee i have ordered a customized mobile cover for Redmi note 7s on 12th of may(wednesday)2021.I have paid for my order of 219₹.But there is no update regarding my order nd i'm also unable to track my order.My order no is #3814777.Customer care no showing switch off nd also no response of email.Please help me out as soon as possible.There is no responsibility from team stayclassy really its unexpected.

I order 2 back covers and a watch but i didnt recieve my watch But only those 2 covers are delivered. payment is also deducted but there customer care is not responding at all this is fake site I dont prefer this

so i want to refund my money

Open the box my cover is break and I can replace but all stay classy no. Out of reach how to replace cover

I have placed my order on 17th of april and it was supposed to arrive on 7-9 working days but it still hasn't arrived till now and when i tried to track the shipment it doesn't work. either refund the money or check the order and get back to me

I placed an order for a tempered glass on 23rd April 2021.My order no is #3805273. I have just received a message saying order packed. when I try tracking the order on their website it says email id and order no do not match. I would like to know my order status and the expected delivery date.

Ordered 10 days back, was told it’ll be delivered by now and I even asked them to deliver soon since I needed it soon. They have not even dispatched the order and the delivery complaint says they tried to pick up the parcel but they were unavailable. Paid 700 rs already . They do not offer COD .Need refund or the products soon!

I have changed my delivery address for the order no[protected]_2004 and it showed as successful, but now order is shipped and address didn't change.So please either change my address or cancel the order and refund.

I ordered 2 phone covers from StayClassy.in on 13/04/2021 with order# 3792674_21041310 worth 648rs

1) Red & Grey Galaxy Samsung Note 10 Lite Glass Case
2) Red & Black Heart Glass Case With Pop for OnePlus 6T

Both the cases are just hardcovers with prints on it, it does not resemble anywhere near to being a glass case. When I contacted their customer care(+91 [protected]), the lady said it will be refunded and asked me to raise a request via mail as the products were in the same condition as they were shipped and the packaging is intact. When I wrote a mail, the response I got is """We have delivered the same item you have ordered hence in this situation refund/replace/exchange of order will not take place."""

I have never denied receiving wrong case/model to what I selected but the quality is severely compromised. It purely fleecing and duping customers by showing heavily edited images of phone covers and when order is place they ship sub-standard products.

Iam attaching the photos for your reference to see the quality of these(pls keep in mind the auto-colors/beautification added by the camera from where these pictures are being shared)

I certainly do not want to spend even 200rs on such products leave sending 648rs. Its a sham, I advise all consumers to carefully read all reviews before getting stuck in a situation like mine.

I placed my order on the 12th April and was told that it would be shipped within 3days. Its has been 1 week now and my order is still not yet picked up/ shipped. Tried to contact customer service but no avail. Spent almost 500rs on these people because they seemed legit only to be robbed again.

I have recently purchased from Stayclassy.in.I have placed two orders amounting 593 each.I have received mail from customer saying order placed successfully, yet when I track my order it shows Zero orders have been placed.
The customer care numbers are not working, whom should we contact.

I had ordered a back case for one plus mobile yesterday once my amount had debited it says that my order has some problem.. i was not completed and i have to order it again... And till now i doesn't even get refund of my money

Don't buy t-shirt from this website. They have a description of 100percent cotton and when you receive it I can assure you it's not. Other than low quality product the customer service won't be even ready to listen to your concern they directly reject it and behave very rudely. And for products where they have mentioned are returnable. Trust me they have no intention of doing it. We are in such an era of web based retail shopping... I have been using so many web form business and I can assure this will the worst experience i have had. I dunno how they olan on sustaining a business with such ethics and attitude
