I have ordered cases. The cases are not fitting to my mobile. Those are very loose. I communicated my concern to them they requested video and pictures which I shared. Later they didn't respond. After repeated emails they responded with they cannot help since the order is delivered. Initially they said they'll replace if I share videos and pictures of loose fitting. I did that. I sent many emails they aren't responding. These kind of fake companies should be vanished. These guys cheat innocent customers. These guys don't share negative concerns on social media. They delete the negative comments saying products are not quality worthy etc. These guys are fake. Need to take action against them

My order number is 1987641. My order takes more time so i'm feared that my order won't come so kindly gave me my order details and when it comes. It is my complaint and also give me the reason why my order takes more time.

I have ordered a phone case from this particular website few days ago. And haven't heard about it a single thing ever since. My order number is 1999810. Also the mail id of this company is unavailable. When i sent a mail i got a reply that the mail id can't be found. Their contact numbers at the website are also switched off.
There is no other means to contact the company and check the status of my order. I am pretty confused about what to do next.
I'm in a lot of worry, as now i have started thinking that it's a fake website after reading the complaints by other customers.

I have ordered oppo a71k phone cover on 8 september, 2019 the order is processing till date. Its been.2 weeks i have placed the order but no details are available regarding delivery time or any tracking details. Also the help center no. +[protected] is either busy or switched off. The site is being promoted on social media with attractive prices. Don't know if they are really going to deliver the order. Please get me the cover or refund my money back asap.

I have ordered a honor 9n back cover of rs 199. And yesterday i got a message that my order will be shipped within 72 hours. But today i got a call from stayclassy saying that your order has been cancelled and for refund you have to follow some steps.
He asked me about my registered mobile no. With my bank account and then he sent a message to my phn and said that forward this message. I had forwarded it them all the money from my account is debited. After i had asked him about this then he told that your money is on hold. To transfer it you need another account, then i gave him my friend account then again money debited of 1500 from my friends account. Then again he asked about another account because he said the link gm has expires so the transaction could not be proceeded and again 3000 debited from my another friend account.
After talking to him for 6 hours finally he said your money will be credited within 24 hours and now his phone is switched off.
Kindly took action and refund my money as soon as possible because i am a student and its a very big amount for me.

Sir my complaint is that, I have ordered a mobile phone cover of honor 9n mobile two days back. And yesterday I got a message that your order is processed and will be shipped within 72 hours.
But today I received a call from a number and he is saying that he is from stayclassy and he told me that your order is canceled and for refund you have to follow some steps. He also added that you will get a message of cancellation after the refund will added to your account. I have done all the things he has asked me to do, but the whole money from my account is deducted. He had told me that the money will be added after cutting money from your account. And he asked my paytm login details etc. Then he said that he want SBI account for that. Because the money is in hold and only in SBI account he can refund it.
Sir the amount in my account was 4797 and the phone cover was of 199 only.
Now his mobile is switched off. I don't know what to do know.
Kindly take a strict action against it. I am a student and this money means a lot to me.

I had ordered one mobile cover for vivo y93 and the payment has already been done.
Today, I received a message that my order has been successfully delivered.
But actually i hadn't received my order.
If my order has not been delivered to me, then to whom it has been delivered.
I tried to contact at the helpline numbers provided at the site, but no response was given.
I want my order.
So, please kindly look into this matter.

Sir, i have ordered a back cover of honor 9n mobile without creating an account and after that i have created a account, now when i am searching my order thorough some order i'd and email, it is saying invalid order, can u please check it once.

I had placed an order for redmi note 3 unicorn cover. The payment has already be done. The amount of rs 200/- has been debited from my account but there are no order details provided by stay classy. I tried calling the help line no but it was switched off. I tried tracking the order but that was of no use as well. Please let me make it clear that the customers are not fools. Provide me the order details as soon as possible.

I received a wrong measurement back case for my redmi y3 which is not at all fitted.. Please replace this case with a proper fit back case for my mobile.. Before i ordered back case fr redmi 4a and it was perfect so that i ordered for this mobile and i even recommended this to my friend circle. But now i have to think back and not to recommend to anyone

I purchased t-shirt and paid online before a month. Still i didnt receive any t-shirt and when i call them and asked for refund they are saying "WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU REFUND - DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO" - this they in gujarati.
Their customer care is worst they dont know how to talk with people.

So I ordered three tshirts and they sent me 2 t-shirts. And when i asked for refund they denied. Also they way those lady talk on call is highly unprofessional. I think these guys are uneducated.

And one big issue with their website is if you order then your money will deduct but order will not confirm. To confirm the order you have to call them.

I ordered honor play winter real 4d mobile case which i even on the bill and. I got honor play ronaldo 4d case from the package which is totally different. I want to exchange it with what i ordered or at least get refund. I have forgotten the password of my account or i dont know cause i am not able to login i to my account. Please let me know as sson as pissible.

I have ordered t-shirts on 7th september due date of delivery was 5 -9 days yet its 20 september and there is no update from them. And i have also paid through upi on the time of purchase i have called customer care 5 to 10 times they received my call only once and they said wait for 24 hrs and still dont get update from them

I recently a placed a order of a back cover and pop holder, amounts 269/-... I made my paymnt through upi then i got the payment successful email from razor pay... But till not i do not get the order id/order confirmation email from the site. Really pathetic service... I tried contacting customer care but no response... They just cheated there customer

Fake website. I have ordered a honor 9n mobile cover at 23/08/2019 and still didn't received it. I have paid for it online from your payment gateway ccavenue. My money got deducted from my account. I also sent a mail regarding this complaint and didn't received any replay. I have attached the screenshot of order and payment.
I am going to tell my every friend that this is a spam and not to buy anything from this website.

I by mistakenly ordered back cover for Redmi5 instead of Reshmi Note 5.
It's my mistake, I emailed my problem, but customer care people are like we can't return or refund your product. I mean seriously how can they do like this, this is so irritating. How can they force their product on the customer?
Iteied calling customer care but every time they are putting or cutting my call. This is not fair deal with the customer. It's wrong to keep customer money and forcing them with your product. I kindly request to look after my problem and resolve it

I ordered 5 mobile back covers for one plus vide order reference #1882551 dated 01.09.2019.
I got the order on 6th september.
When i used this product, the observed that product for one plus 7 is not standard in terms of safety of camera lenses..
The cover body has lower surface due to this, lenses got scratches.
Request to review it and either replace it with standard product specific suitable to the one plus or arrange to returned the money.

I have placed order on stayclassy.com on 6th sep 2019 still no update about the order. Is this site fake?? My order id is 1900067.i have paid 348rs throught paytm . when will i receive my parcel?? .I have read that there are so many complaints about this site . So please tell mi if i am going to get my parcel or not!!. Otherwise i am going to file a report .please reply soon.
