I ordered a back cover for my oppo f11 pro phone but received a back cover of some other phone. Later when i tried to return it, they have somehow deleted my account in their website so that i cant make any contact to them for the return process. Even the customer service is switched off. They are a fraud company. Very unhappy with the professionalism...

I have placed on online order at their website with a payment of 649/- but when i went back to the orders section i found am order pending payment. Neither have i r ed cried an order confirmation nor an email bit the money got deducted from my account. The order was placed on 24th of august from account of nafisa hossain with email hossain. [protected]@gmail.com. I have tried to call their customer care number as well but that didn't work either....

I had ordered a custom back cover on july 24th. The order id was 1764614. It has been a month and i haven't received it. The phone is also switched off. No response from customer mail service too. Why the hell do you even start a company when you cannot handle it properly?
When people order from your company after trusting you with mere advertisements, it's your responsibility to prove them that they were right....

My order i'd is 1817010... Placed on 07/08/2019 there is no update regarding my order... Please deliver fast orelse refund the amount. Either way update ur site for cash on delivery or else deliver the product as soon as possible.. Do not take money before delivery. Consider the customer reviews so that it makes easy for the customer and the company also. This is not bearable. We have paid already and it's been 5 days and haven't received...

I ordered a mobile cover for vivo Y91 on 20th of august, the payment was reduced through paytm but the order is not placed at all and i have receive no emails or messages from this site, atleast return the money i can go to any extent to get back my money or u better place my order and deliver it on time don't be fraud as people have already given you this title of fraud cheaters....

See i ordered my case in this site and now when i enter my details to get the shipment tracking number, it says that the order is invalid. I have already paid 199 and now it's showing like this. I just placed order two mobile cases and paid money online half nd hr back. Now i want one item to be cancelled and replaced by another case of same model. Customer care number is switchoffed. No response from mail. There is no helpline and no specificities to know full details and the money are paid. Received back cover is different from what i have ordered i have designed myself of my kid picture and sent the order once i receive the order it was completely different from what i designed and i was completely not accepting this i dont want to use this and this is completely not acceptable i need it to be redesigned it or please give my money back no more i will buy in ur website.

And when i texted them on instagram first i got the reply and after when i sent the order details
They stopped replying
And on the tracking site its showing that it is delivered
Its a fraud website i think

I bought back cover for my mobile phone which didn't even fit in my phone. Worst quality too. They asked me to send the video thru email and i did that. They promised to refund. After then they never responded my email. They are cheaters. When i tried to call the customer support number they told me they cant do anything in this matter. Then why you provide that number as customer service number. Please dont go for it. Dont support all this...

This site is fraud.

I have ordered a customized back cover before 4 days my order id is 1824425. I received a message that my product was shipped with a tracking link. But when i track my product it is showing waiting to pickup from past 2 days. Ship my product fast i need my product urgently as i am leaving town on sunday 18th august 2019. I have order a Rakhi on 2nd Aug 2019 and expected delivery time was shown as 5- 7 wirking days, however till day not received my order. A delivery person called me on 8th August and said that he will not be able to deliver my product. I have been charged for Rs. 50 against delivery charge.
