Stayclassy is an online shopping trader of back covers of multiple brands. However, quite an unprofessional entity that does not seems a customer-centric entity.
Case - i ordered 3 back covers, two for iphone 6s and one for iphone 7.
Date of order - on 3rd september
Issue - i haven’t received the delivery as yet. I received the message from company on 04/09/2019 stating that delivery will done within 72 hours. Moreover, the courier agency is neither picking up phone despite multiple calls. Unfortunately. I have even paid online for the products ordered. Now if the delivery does not come to me, its a dead loss of mine.

Please investigate into and expedite the delivery of my order.

I had order customized cover today afternoon and made my payment from Google pay and it has shown successful as well but why in my order it showing pending payment please look after my problem otherwise I have to cancel my order unwillingly . I ordered for one plus 7 and oppo f7 mobile back cases on sunday september 1, 2019. After that it said that order will be delivered within 7-9 days. After that on monday i received a text stating order will be delivered within 72 hours. Now when i checked it says that order has already been delivered while i'm still waiting for it. This is such a fraudulent act. I've paid 750/-. I would like to get my product asap or i just want my money back.
My order number is 1883834. I would like to know the status else i want back my money.

I'm complaining about my order from stayclassy.in which i ordered on 18th of august. Till today i have neither received it nor received any update regarding it. I paid 349/- to them and now after 10 days, i don't have a clue where my order is? I tried contacting them and their shipping partner (Delhivery) but it went worthless.

There are two phone number given on the site both are the switched off. I want my money back

Customer care does not pick up calls and nor do they reply to emails.
I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times but have not received any answer.
There is not even an option to cancel my order and get refund for the money i spent on an order that does not even get delivered.

Later when i tried to return it, they have somehow deleted my account in their website so that i cant make any contact to them for the return process. Even the customer service is switched off. They are a fraud company. Very unhappy with the professionalism

I have placed on online order at their website with a payment of 649/- but when i went back to the orders section i found am order pending payment. Neither have i r ed cried an order confirmation nor an email bit the money got deducted from my account. The order was placed on 24th of august from account of nafisa hossain with email hossain. [protected]@gmail.com. I have tried to call their customer care number as well but that didn't work either. I have the transaction id sent by my bank and also the amount deduction email. I have raised a ticket in their website as well but did not get any response from their either. The moment i placed d the order a page appeared it said payment amount deducted but order not placed.

I had ordered a custom back cover on july 24th. The order id was 1764614. It has been a month and i haven't received it. The phone is also switched off. No response from customer mail service too. Why the hell do you even start a company when you cannot handle it properly?
When people order from your company after trusting you with mere advertisements, it's your responsibility to prove them that they were right.

See i ordered my case in this site and now when i enter my details to get the shipment tracking number, it says that the order is invalid. I have already paid 199 and now it's showing like this. What do i do now. My order i'd is 1854741. Please see to that my problem is resolved. Also i don't know if this is an original site or not. But if it's fake i can go to any extent to get back my money. You should either have cod option or you should update us on the delivery.
