after tracking order, it shows 'pending payment' even after paying full amount.

I placed an order for one plus 3t mobile cover on 28th june. The order number is 1692166. I tracked the order after 2 days, and it said pending payment till even after paying the whole amount via debit card and paytm wallet. It's been a week now and the order status hasn't changed.

I have already contacted your helpline numerous times but no one picked up or the number was switched off.

I have got wrong size product by you
My mobile back cover is very loose and i wanted to refund my product. Please exchange my product or give my money back. It is very loose and can't fit. It is a waste product for me please refund my money. Otherwise give me the real size which will fit in my mobile phone.

I saw the post on instagram about the offer of phone covers. I placed the order on june 19th for realme 2 pro cover of rs199. Then the payment is done through paytm. The amount is deducted. The order id was 1675285. But i didn't receive any information regarding my order from stayclassy. By the way i have track my order but it is showing that the order is being processed but its long time now. So please refund the amount....

order id not received and product yet

Hi team..

I order my vivo v7 customised mobile case on 6th june 2019 and today its 23june 2019 and yet not delivered my order..

I had received the payment id as per from razorpay but don't know where is the product. I want to have my solution as early as possible.. Due to publically open i cannot share my mobile no. But better u coordinate me personally as early as possible.....

I had ordered a mobile cover by a week back. Till now I don't receive any notifications regarding its shipment. I gone through ur official site and track that on my own. unable to track order and customer support people are not responding.

After submitting my design for the customised mobile cover and popsocket, I received an e-mail of my order which shows a blank cover and popsocket and not what I customised.

I am not able to contact them through mobile, as their mobile number is switched off. I want to change or cancel my order but there is no option of doing so.
It is a fraud site with no means to contact them, I have already paid online and expect...
