I have ordered 1 back cover on 30 th of June and the order is still saying that it is being processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever I'm raising ticket. Either deliver my order or I want my money back. Id no : 1698028. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people

I have ordered redmi note 5 pro 4d spiderman case (Order id 1696351) on 29th june 2019. Till date i haven't yet recd the order. The tracking details are showing under processing. When i try to get shipping details through their website it shows mail id and order id dont match however i recd the order receipt on the same mail id. There is no response from their side.

I placed an order for one plus 3t mobile cover on 28th june. The order number is 1692166. I tracked the order after 2 days, and it said pending payment till even after paying the whole amount via debit card and paytm wallet. It's been a week now and the order status hasn't changed.

I have already contacted your helpline numerous times but no one picked up or the number was switched off.

Hence either give me a full refund or deliver my order asap.

I have got wrong size product by you
My mobile back cover is very loose and i wanted to refund my product. Please exchange my product or give my money back. It is very loose and can't fit. It is a waste product for me please refund my money. Otherwise give me the real size which will fit in my mobile phone.
I thought it is very good website but i found that my product is no good and it is fruitless for me please refund my money back. Otherwise i'll file a complaint against stay classy. Please resolve my problem

The amount is deducted. The order id was 1665325 which was given in googlepay. But i didn't receive any information regarding my order from stayclassy. By the way i have track my order but it is showing that the order is failed. So please refund the amount. The contact numbers provided by stayclassy are always switched off.

I order my vivo v7 customised mobile case on 6th june 2019 and today its 23june 2019 and yet not delivered my order..

I had received the payment id as per from razorpay but don't know where is the product. I want to have my solution as early as possible.. Due to publically open i cannot share my mobile no. But better u coordinate me personally as early as possible..

My samsung s8 mobile case is broader than my phone... please provide me the refund or replace my product as soon as possible.. i have done the payment through my debit card. Even though I don't get any details. There u mentioned that tracking the order will be enabled after 24-48 hrs. This is my 7 th day after ordering. Till I haven't track my order. One more thing is that there is no such thing like order cancellation. I[censored] are not delivered my order, will that be repayed to my account??

I had seen the post on instagram about the offer of mobile phone covers. I liked the covers and I placed the order for the two back covers on 27 may 2019.

The payment was done via netbanking but when I'm trying to check the order status they are asking for login credentials. But at the time of placing the order i wasn't asked to create a account. It was based on some details only.order

So now I'm not able to track my order. Tell me how to get the payment refunded? Or how can I track my order? I want that my problem should be given some attention

This is worst experience about that site.
