After submitting my design for the customised mobile cover and popsocket, I received an e-mail of my order which shows a blank cover and popsocket and not what I customised.

I am not able to contact them through mobile, as their mobile number is switched off. I want to change or cancel my order but there is no option of doing so.
It is a fraud site with no means to contact them, I have already paid online and expect to get some quality service or atleast a refund.
Kindly help.

I saw the post on Instagram about the offer of phone covers. I placed the order on June 9th for RedmiY2 cover of Rs199. Then the payment is done through bank account(GooglePay). The amount is deducted. The order Id was 1650264 which was given in GooglePay. But i didn't receive any information regarding my order from Stayclassy. By the way I have track my order but it is showing that the order is failed. So please refund the amount. The contact numbers provided by Stayclassy are always switched off.

The size of my redmi note 6 pro cover is very short it is not fitting to my phone. So i want proper cover size. I ordered my addidas red colour cover and i was happy to recieve it but after opening that covet i was shocked that it was not of my mobile size. Please help me

I had ordered a mobile cover in first week of April and I received the order on 5 June'19. The customer service didn't receive my calls, didn't reply to my emails and neither could I track my order. For almost half a month they didn't know that I had placed an order for a cover. Finally, when they did pick up my call, I was told that my payment was not completed even though it was completed from my end. After this I was told that now my order has been processed and I shall receive my order within 5-6 business days. Finally, after waiting for another month and calling on the customer care constantly, when I got in touch with them, my order was still not processed because their server was down for 3-4 days. After talking with their senior executive, my order was put for shipping..
This was my worst experience with online shopping and customer service!

I ordered a custom case for my iphone 6 from stayclassy.com on may 27. The payment of ₹219 was already made using a debit card.
I checked the status of my my order using my email address and the order number that i was provided, it’s been more than 24 hours and the order is still processing.
Also, since i forget the password of my account, i had to use the ‘forgot password’ option to reset my password, it says, a password reset link has been sent to my email address, but i haven’t received any mail from them yet! I have already done it several times. Also, when i tried calling their customer care number it was switched off, all three numbers!
I need to log into my account in order to either cancel or change the order.
Please fix it!
I have attached a screenshot below that proves that i placed an order for the above mentioned product from www.stayclassy.com

I ordered 3 Phone covers for my phone, MI POCO F1 and only 1 out of them fits properly. The other 2 are faulty and loose fitting.

After that when i tried to track my order i showed that 'you will get your shipment details within 24-48 hours'. I waited for 2 days still it's the same! They said it will be deliver within 5-6 days. When will you deliver???
They only showcases payment through online and not cash on delivery. All 3 helpline mobile numbers all were switched off.
