I hve ordered my poco f1 cover in may 25. Today at 8 am i got the massage that your item is out of deliver. I call to the deliver boy and he told that i will call you. And at 5 pm got the massage that yoir item has deliveredi didn't get the item but the massage show or given me that the item has delivered. My order id is1607346. Shipment awb is [protected]... I saw the post on instagram about the offer of phone covers. I placed the order for the cover. Then the payment is done but the site didn't provided the order number and confirmation of placement of product. Tell me how to get the payment refunded? Or how to get the order confirmation message? I want that my problem should be given some attention....

I have purchased three items from this site on 23 may 2019 its about a week and i'm not getting any response from the company. I had purchased mobile back cover but the case quality was really bad, it is also broken from a side, when i mailed stay classy today for the return request they said they can't return and refund my money as well,

They are just saying the product once sold will not not be taken back and refunded

I have ordered a asuzenmaxprom1 - mobile case (Back cover). It is not fitting properly, it is so loose mobile is coming out of the case and falling down. So thinking to return and select other one so that i can avoid my mobile damage. Do we have any return or exchange policies. I ordered a custom case for my iphone 6 from stayclassy.com on may 27. The payment of ₹219 was already made using a debit card.
I checked the status of my my order using my email address and the order number that i was provided, it’s been more than 24 hours and the order is still processing.
Also, since i forget the password of my account, i had to use the ‘forgot password’ option to reset my password, it says, a password...

I ordered an item on 21 may, yet it shows processing. I made my payment through paytm, i received a message. After that when i tried to track my order i showed that 'you will get your shipment details within 24-48 hours'. I waited for 2 days still it's the same! They said it will be deliver within 5-6 days. When will you deliver???

Cheating others money not yet able to see the tracking of an ordered item but they have given 24 hrs it will shows...

Its irritating that not able to track the product or any further update. Even when i register complaint it has lot of constraints and askin to edit thecomplaint i will post the same type of complaint if i hav the same problem too. Why do you give contact numbers if you have that in switched off mode. Try to send the product asap or refund money. I need to know about the product details and status. If not do refund my money. It's been 4 days since i have placed the order and there has been no update as of now. It says order processing. How do we come to know when it will reach us? The money is already debited and there is no way to contact customer care. No answer. Either refund the money or mention when will the products be delivered. Fraud website. Never will order again from here. Should be banned....
