I had placed an order for a cover on 20th november and paid 200 rupees via paytm. Now when i try to track my order, it says that the payment is still pending despite the fact that my money was deducted and i had received a confirmation email telling me my payment was successful. I have tried to reach their customer service multiple times but both numbers are switched off and i am not getting any updates on my order. Kindly refund my money or deliver the product as soon as possible.

I have ordered mobile cover with order id
783086_18112647 on 26/11/2018
After that no updates were given and no mails response was given regarding updates. Support contact no are switched off so no way to contact them.
As there are many complaints are being filed Please resolve the issue asap.

    I ordered phone cover for iphone 7plus but received cover for some other model of iphone also i made the order on 12/11/18 and received the parcel on 04/12/18 though it was mentioned that parcel would be delivered within 10-15 days still the delivery was delayed.
    I want the exchange of this cover with iphone 7plus’s cover with same back print.
    And please make sure that delivery is faster this time.

      I had ordered for redmi note 5 back cover on 16th november 2018,, it had been a 20 days i haven't received the product yet. My order number is #725848. It is said that the product will be delivered within 5-9 days. But not yet received. Refund the money or deliver the product to the mentioned address. If i had found this company as fraud i wouldn't have ordered.

                    I have already posted complain about stayclassy.in for my order number 715006. That they had not processed my order for delivery. Now i have delivered my order but the 2 mobile covers colour walls moto g4 play mobile case × 1 and i have got the travel bug xiaomi redmi note 4 mobile case × 1 are already broken. I also ordered sab moh maya hai honor 5x mobile case × 1 but i did not received this instead of this they gave me two mobile covers of i am sexy samsung j7 2016 mobile case × 1 which i ordered only 1. Now their helpline numbers are showing switch off and they don't have email id. Request you to please help me in this matter. I am attaching photos of the broken covers received.

According to company's policy the product would be delivered within 5-9 days, however i've not received my cover yet. Moreover when i am trying to track my order it says, it's under process.                         On 26 november 2018 i ordered two phones cover from stay classy site costing around 350 bit still after 4-6 days it still showing your order is processing. And there is no option for cancel the order and i have paid the money by online transactions. Either i want my money back or want to get delivered my order as fast as possible.                           Ordered a back cover on 14nov and haven't received it yet. Even the phone no provided is switched off . What sort of nonsense is this ? I am rely dissatisfied with this concern . I will raise my voice in the Consumer Court against this matter if I didn't receive my product in this week .

                            I placed my order 25 nov 2018. My order no. #775437.
                            The payment is already made and today is 1 dec and i have still not received it.
                            I tried to check the status by tracking the order but this damn website doesn't allow me to contact to the not so friendly customer service department. The mobile number is switched off.
                            I hope i get my item or get any information about the order.
                            This is seriously disgusting, we trusted by prepaying and here you guys are even not responding.

                              I ordered two cases for oneplus 3t and paid ₹50 for delivery but one of the cases that i received was broken. I've been chasing them from 1 month but still there is no resolution. I simply asked them to refund the money and for proof i have sent the images of cover as well but their support staff is so stupid that after mentioning everything in the mail including refund and broken case picture they still ask "specify the problem". Can anyone help?

                                  I had ordered a phone case on nov 22nd. I have not received the order (#755339) yet. I have paid with my card and have the details of payment. But when i visit the site it shows pending payment against my order. I am trying to reach these people but the customer care phone numbers are switched off. And support ticket is not working either. Am i going to get my item? Or is this a fraud company?

                                    I placed an order on 12th november 2018, it included 2 phone covers. There were not updates provided and order is still processing.                                         I have ordered moto g5s plus mobile cases worth 348 on 10-12 days before but didn't received yet. My order number is #754096. After a conformation text i have didnt recived a single text or email. Number they have provided is always being switch off. I have mailed them twice but still didnt got reply. As have payed money i want my order as soon as possible or my money back. Worst site ever. This site should close down immidetly as fools their customors.
