I need the phone case to be delivered asap or i want a refund!!!

On 26 november 2018 i ordered two covers from stayclass site amounting aroun 300 rupees and still the order is showing that it is processing and i have paid the whole amount of money by mod of zip payment. My order number is 777981 and i am wait for this product so eagerly. I am writing this complaint please help me toh resolve my issue either by returning the money or delivery my order on time....

My order no: is 759142 dated22nd november 2018. I had bought one cover for my one plus 6t and made a payment of 199/. According to company's policy the product would be delivered within 5-9 days, however i've not received my cover yet. Moreover when i am trying to track my order it says, it's under process. I had ordered a phone case on nov 22nd. I have not received the order (#755339) yet. I have paid with my card and have the details of payment. But when i visit the site it shows pending payment against my order. I am trying to reach these people but the customer care phone numbers are switched off. And support ticket is not working either. Am i going to get my item? Or is this a fraud company?...

I placed an order on 12th november 2018, it included 2 phone covers. There were not updates provided and order is still processing. Tried calling support numbers but were switched off every time. I have made an order and also made the payment but no confirmation received and both the nos. Are switched off.. Is the site fake 😡 even i tried to raise support ticket but it not getting done. I had made payment of ₹497 i want my money back.. If they are cheating ppl kindly block their site and the advertisement in social apps. How they are still running their business even after so many complains why any strict action is not taken...

I placed order on 15th nov 2018, now its almost 15 days pass i still not received my order. I also did payment by card already. Still no updates.
I tried to contact on your support numbers but both the numbers are switched off from last 3days.
I request you to refund my money or delivered my order in next 2 days.

This is really a fraud company with such type of customer service.

I have placed my order on stay classy.in on 25 th november 2018,

They have [provided fedex courier tracking details which states that company has not even handed them the product to dispatch, whereas the company site clearly mention dispatch in 2-3 days but till now no information received.

Have marked mail on [protected]@stayclassy.in...

Orderd a case cover on nov 24, 2018 nd paid money through razorpay and money was deducted without confirmation of order. I dont have an order number also
