I had ordered a case from stayclassy.in on 22 November 2018 and there was no COD so i paid online ₹199 my order ID is- 756608
now its been 7 days and its still showing order is processing how many days they take to process an order and the contact no. Provided by them is switched off i have also generated ticket but still no reply they are fraud website i want my money back or deliver my case as soon as possible

I have ordered 6 Mobile Covers from Stayclassy.in on 14th November 2018. And i have been waiting from last 15 days for my order and its still showing in Processing. I have paid Rs. 795/- against my order. My Order Number is 715006. I would like to know if they are giving my Order or otherwise refund me my money. I am attaching herewith the Screenshot of Order.

I have ordered mobile case for moto g6 plus (Blah blah blah) on 25 nov 2018 and the order number is 773103. It is not at all fitting for the mobile and i have ordered for the correct mobile. I have contacted to the both mobile numbers mentioned in the website but they are switched off. I want it to be refunded asap. Adress of the company is

I have made an order and also made the payment but no confirmation received and both the nos. Are switched off.. Is the site fake 😡 even i tried to raise support ticket but it not getting done. I had made payment of ₹497 i want my money back.. If they are cheating ppl kindly block their site and the advertisement in social apps. How they are still running their business even after so many complains why any strict action is not taken against them??

I placed order on 15th nov 2018, now its almost 15 days pass i still not received my order. I also did payment by card already. Still no updates.
I tried to contact on your support numbers but both the numbers are switched off from last 3days.
I request you to refund my money or delivered my order in next 2 days.
If not happened i will raise incident to customer forum

This is really a fraud company with such type of customer service.

I have placed my order on stay classy.in on 25 th november 2018,

They have [provided fedex courier tracking details which states that company has not even handed them the product to dispatch, whereas the company site clearly mention dispatch in 2-3 days but till now no information received.

Have marked mail on [protected]@stayclassy.in and multiple messages on fb messanger but no response.

I really would like to know my order delivery status or refund me my amount:646 for 4 covers ordered.

I made an online payment of rs around 398 for ordered two back case cover for my mobile on 22nd of November 2018. However, I am still waiting to get any update from the stay classy site but unable to receive anything.
Also, Many times I have communicated via emails, phone calls which are fakes mentioned on the site but unable to receive the same.

My order #755017.
Please have a look into this and do something needful to take my money back.

I have ordered a mobile cover viz. details : "Wall Wood Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 Mobile Phone Cover" from stayclassy.in and the subsequent amount of Rs.199 has been debited from my PayTM account. But in the order status it is showing "pending payment" and it has not been confirmed from the last 36 hours. Please see to it that my order is confirmed. Also the numbers for helpline are switched off. This is a very dubious situation put forth by the website. I want it to be resolved as soon as possible.

First of all, this website does not accept cash on delivery.

Secondly, i paid money through razorpay using my card and money was deducted without confirmation of order. I dont have an order number also

None of the support numbers work. They are all switched off.

Need refund asap

After lot of enquiry i got order details

But, nothing has been received till now. The fedex tracking number shared by stay classy.in for the order #730770 is[protected].

Fedex has confirmed that stayclassy.in has not given anything to them for delivery. Stayclassy.in is taking customer's money and not providing the order.

Please refund my money and stop these fraudulent activities.

My tracking number is showing that my order is delivered... But i didn't received it... And i have done the cashfree payment wid the card... I want to know the reason why its not delivered to me... And this mistake is spoiling the image of your company... And also it seems shameless... Now either i want my moneyback or u should deliver me as soon as possible...

My order id is 728419 and 727307and i have added ordered twice 16th nov and on 17th nov.
Money got deducted twice but the status is cancelled but till date i have not received any amount back, when i tried to reach them on mobile given in contact us page both phones are switch of and they also do not respond on an email
I have paid 348+248 to them.
Please help me to get out of this

I orderd 2 back covers for 21st november 2018. Whenever i m trying to track my order it show processing. I tried tracking it through courier company (Ecom) it says that they haven't recieved shipment yet. I tried calling their customer support but all their provided contact numbers are switched off. I want my order to be delivered or my money back. I want the company to take some action asap.

I first time ordered covers from stayclassy.in on 31/10/18. My order number is 685539_18103123. Payment was deducted from my account. I also got the confirmation mail but when i tracked my order now it’s showing payment pending.
I also attached the screen shot of confirmation mail and paytm statement.

I tried to contact on the number showing on website lot of time. I even mailed you about this issue but there is no response. You have good products but improve your service. Please send me my order or refund my payment asap.

I ordered two phone covers from stayclassy on 23 nov 2018. The money 348 rs were debited from my account but order was shown as pending and then it failed after some time. My order no was 762712. I got email from razorpay about the payment but i haven't got any email from stayclassy regarding my order being placed or cancelled. Also their care nos. Are always switched off. I demand my refund from this fraud company.

Ordered 2 phone cases... One for one plus 6t and one for redmi 4 on 22nd nov.. And paid rs. 348 thorough paytm... Not getting any details about the shipment... I won't have ordered any of the covers from this worst site if i would have read the reviews 😡worst site 😡 either i want the delivery within couple of days or 3 or i want a refund 😡otherwise there will be no option for me to approach consumer forum and file a complaint 😡

I have purchased on 24nov which i have paid 348₹ for that, and they say that the product shipments details will be sent but no respone from them and still my product is in under process. Do something guys... I really pissedoff.. Even i didnt get any tracking or shipments courier name..? And your all support numbers are switched off tell... What should i do...

Its been 3 days since that and i haven't received any notification for the order being processed let alone being delivered and shipped.
I should've read all this forum before making this purchase because i'm 99% sure this is a fraudulent website.
Please if there is any way to make right of this thing, then help me out.
