I had ordered an asus zenfone max pro m1 phone cover through stayclassy and had made a payment through my upi bt in my stayclassy account the status of payment is still showing pending. Along with this i haven't received any confirmation mail or message from the company. I had placed my order on 19/01/2019. I want to know the status of my payment and my order....

I ordered a redmi 4a back case on jan 10 2019. Haven't recieved the item yet, i checked the status of order in the website and it remains on processing state from the day of ordering. I have also tried to reach the numbers provided in their website, they are always busy and have sent multiple mails to them with no response....

Hello, i'm rounit and i just ordered one cover from your site and paid the amount via paytm, i ordered it on 10 january but there is no sign of the delivery of the product, so i take the decision to cancel this order due to the late inconvenience of the delivery. Hope you do so as fast as you can. I want my money back as soon as possible. This site is fraud i think so. Thank you....

I had ordered two mobile back covers on stayclassy.in on 8th january 2018 (Order no is 964968), and as there was no cod option, so i made payment by my card, but my product hasn't been delivered till date.
I had ordered a moto g6 cover and xiaomi note pro 5 cover. And the status on the website is showing "processing".

I ordered two phone case one for one plus six and one for one plus six t ten days back and i haven't heard back until now.. I tried to contact support team numbers from the website several times but the number is switched off. This seems to be a fake website and just a money making trick for fraudsters... I placed my order on january 10, 2019. Havent recieved any update regarding my order. I tried contacting the numbers, all. The numbers are unreachable/off. Even the support ticket given is not working. Need assistance for this. If can't place order or you have stopped working, delete your website, it's just waste of everyone's time and resources. I have ordered back covers on 10th january 2019 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 200 through razor pay. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back.
