I have ordered a product the money is paid by paytm.. Money is deducted and i am not getting any information about the product i ordered. And if i am calling to their number it is switched off.
I have tried to track my order its showing that it will be delievered after 2-3 days but there is no message about the order. I need you to take some action against it

I had ordered a back cover of redmi note 6 pro yesterday evening at 6: 23 pm and i dropped a cancellation mail at 7: 00 pm at their email i'd which is mentioned in their cacnellation policy
I. E. [protected]@stayclassy.in but today they saying that now the it is more than 4 hours from the ordered time so the product can not cancelled.

I dropped the cancellation within half an hour of purchase so i did the same which is mentioned on their website.

Please someone help me to get my amount back.

I ordered a phone cover from stayclassy. They made me pay online and i received the one i did not order for.
I tried contacting the site through the provided numbers but there was no contact.
I don't understand what provision is it to re-deliver the product back to the company whereas this is supposed to be the company's job to take back the product from my house and exchange it with the one i wanted. Didn't know this site will turn out to be a complete waste of time and money! Highly disappointed by the service!

I have attached the screenshot below where it's showing me with a proper valid delivery address dated today 24.12.2018 at 3pm. But no delivery executives have contacted to the mentioned phone number niether they approached to the delivery address. Requesting you to look into this matter as the item was prepaid amounting 149.00 (including delivery charges).

I have ordered a note 6 pro cover and I haven't received any tracking update and the the company numbers are switched off. The tracking says it is labeled on FedEx fr courier but the details don't show anything.
I want my refund back otherwise I will take this to higher level.
Fraud company and this cyber crime must be reported.

I has order my nokia 6.1 plus back cover on 27 november 2018. I haven't got my product yet. Do some needful and take strict action against this. I have already paid the bill amount of ₹199 online and they say that the maximum refund will be ₹100 only on their website. This is very unfair as they are not delivering the product and they are not giving the full refund.

I ordered cover and paid 199 using paytm, i ordered it on 2 nd december buy yet not delivered and keeps showing your order is being processed company claims order will deliver in 5 days, it's been 7 days, my order id is #813875, i try to complaint but no answer i got, phone number is switch off, all th people having so much complaint about order delivery the site should be blocked. Because after complaint you might receive your order which is pathetic

Hi,

I have order mobile back cover from stayclassy.in with order number 821147, still it's not yet delivered. I have tried contacting them through chat support with customer care number. I want my money back or order fulfilled.

Please block this website, its fraud.
