I have ordered a back cover of poco f1 mobile on 12th december and the payment of online is done and they are showing that the payment has not been done i have paid through phonepe, a trusted app and the status in the stay classy app shows that the payment is not done this is not fair and i want my money back in any case or i have to a serious issue and complaint in the consumer court...

I has order my nokia 6.1 plus back cover on 27 november 2018. I haven't got my product yet. Do some needful and take strict action against this. I have done payment before 10 days and still i didn't got the cover!! Its of oppo a57 phone cover!!! I think its fraud😑 i need money or my cover as soon as possible!!! This company took my 200₹ and not giving my product on time! Its above 10 days and cover is not reached.
