I have ordered one mobile cover having order id: 719655. The amount is debited from my bank account but the payment is still showing pending on their website. When i tried calling support, both the numbers are switched off and support ticket is not getting raised as there is some issue. They are not even responding to emails. Such a fake fake site.

However, the order status on the website still remains failed!! I tried reaching the company’s customer care over the mail and phone but in vain! The phone numbers of the company are switched off! I need my money to ben refunded!

I ordered two covers one for one plus 6 and other for and iPhone X. I ordered this on 4th November 2018 I even paid the 358/- via Paytm yet the site was showing it to be not payed. I confirmed about my payment details with the ccavenue and even they confirmed the payment to be successful. I called the customer care many times, like I called them daily, both the numbers are switched off. They aren’t replying to my emails. I have cancelled the order and want my money back. You guys are really the fake and fraud company, I want my 358/- back.

I ordered a cover for poco f1 on 2 november 2018 and today the cover which i received is of one plus 6. My order id was 695976. Please check the order and refund my payment. Ipaid total of 199 through card. The cover which i ordered had a headphone printed on it and which i received have friends written on it. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Or refund my payment. I ordered 3 covers from the website stayclassy.in a few days back, since there is no cod available, i paid in advance, but the order is just being processed from the noment i ordered, no follow up, the customer care services are switched off, the ticket gets no reply, so disheartened from such a fraud, this is so bad for the other online businesses which are working so hard to compete with businesses like flipkart amazon,

I received a call from Stayclassy.in customer auppprt today and they asked me about my problem. After I reported to them the issue, they are saying they will have to check it with their merchant and only then they can comment on the above issue. How can I receive the product in 3-4 days when they haven’t even shipped the product yet? Such lame excuses and such poor way of handling customer complaints. When I told them that my account doesn’t even reflect the order status, they are saying they will have to check the details. And the executive also asked me not to call on his number as he was calling from his personal number and that he was working from home... I’m so not convinced. Please please please help me in getting my payment back.

Request to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

And how can you even say that it has been delivered.. Bogus bogus website!! It CLEARLY says that it is pending for delivery...how could you even think of claiming that it has been delivered!!! Absolutely pathetic... @cosumercompliants.in Strict action needs to be taken against such fraudulent websites so that other future customers are aware of such scam and heinous websites!!
