I have order a mobile cover...it has been 10 days i haven't recieved my parcel...and there no message or any intimation from their side...i have paid my amount through upi...
I really disappointed their service...with all due repsect please help to send my money back i dont need their product anymore..
Iam unable to reach their customercare service to...take necessary action.....

I have tried to track my order its showing that it is in process but there is no message nor any information about the product that i have ordered. Plz do provide me information of the product that when i m going to receive...

I ordered a phone cover for my oneplus 5 and i made the payment on the same day. When i tracked my order after 2 3 days it was showing as pending for delivery and the status was same for several days. I ordered vibe k5 note deadpool back cover. The product i ordered is quite loose and doesn't fit well on the mobile phone. I asked them to replace the product by sharing a video with them on facebook messenger. The video showed the case with the phone and how easily the phone slipped off of the case. Hi am keerthana i have ordered 2mobile cases on dec 10th one for iphone 6s and another for oppoa71 i have recieved only one case for iphone 6s and i didn't get a case for oppo a71 i need my case it's totally a fraud company and i have paid my amount online the customer care number is always switched off there is no support system in this website

I ordered a phone cover from stayclassy. They made me pay online and i received the one i did not order for.
I tried contacting the site through the provided numbers but there was no contact.
I don't understand what provision is it to re-deliver the product back to the company whereas this is supposed to be the company's job to take back the product from my house and exchange it with the one i wanted. Didn't know this site...
