I have ordered for a phone cover from stayclassy.in, and like everyone else even i haven't received my order, which was placed on 10/28/2018. Would request consumer forum to take necessary actions against them and refund me rs. 199.
Fyi - none of the phone numbers works and the customer care mail id doesn't take any requests. They have fb & insta pages as well

      I payed amount with debit card money debited but item not delivered
      I contact customer care so many times but they did not respond politely
      I want money back or i want item

      I hate this service
      Bad service the product is not delivered

          I was ordered using my mail id, but now it is showing empty order details in the order list.

          The provided helpline contact numbers are not working.

              I have ordered 2 mobile phone covers from stayclassy.in on 04 october 2018. But my order had not been delivered yet. My order id is 584571. I tried to their customer care many times. But contact number was not reachable and switch off. This is very unfavorable behavior with their customer. Kindly deliver my order or refund my money back with delivery charges without any delay.

                I am very disappointed with the service of the executives and want to quote this website as a fraud one. I had ordered onemobile cover (Order. No. 653100_[protected] on 22nd oct, 2018 and still haven't received the product nor any intimation as to when it will be delivered. Their numbers are always switched off and the support mail seems to be of no use as you would always get the same reply again and again.
                Guys please don't be fooled by this website and refrain from ordering any item, as you will never get it.

Their numbers are always busy and the support mail seems to be of no use as you would always get the same reply again and again.
                  Guys please don't be fooled by this website and refrain from ordering any item, as you will never get it.
                  Will definitely take a legal route to take a strict action against this website

                    I had ordered a phone cover on 08th OCT 2018 from an instagram page named as "stayclassy.in" and as per the website they will deliver the cover within 2-3 days once order is placed but i haven't got the order and the customer care no. Is also switch off. Cover price is Rs. 199/- which i paid through online bank transfer. Order No. #601908. So I request you to take strict action with them asap because today I got trapped in his hands and I don't want anyone else to be trapped by these fraud businesses.

                      Have already paid the amount of ₹795, on the date[protected], still no progress of the delivery. Contact numbers are showing switched off. Either deliver the phone cases or refund the full amount.The customer help service is very poor. These kind of sites should be declared fraud, so that others may deny the shopping.                             I've paid through paytm and it was for 2 cases . I'm going to report a cyber crime if I'll not get my money back or ordered item in 3 days and as I've searched a lot and my uncle said that he'll help me reporting again stay classy as he's advocate. So this is my last warning.

                            If you'll not listen, you will have to pay to each and everyone with whom you've done this fraud.

                              Horrible website if it even exists and worst customer care. I had registered thru my email id and ordered for cases. 20 days now no status of it and when i try to login it says the id is not registered! When i want to track with the tracking number provided it says the id doesn't not exist. Call the customer care some random lady with a lot of background noise picks the call and disconnects. Horrible is the word

                                Have ordered a back cover on 25th october 2018 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 199 through debit card. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist.

                                I wish i read the reviews on them earlier. This is just a trap to take money from people.

                                    I have ordered a back cover on 18th october 2018 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 200 through razor pay. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist.

                                    I wish i read the reviews on them earlier. This is just a trap to take money from people. All the complainants should come together and file a police complaint. This company is a big scam.

                                    Please help me in getting my money back.

                                      I bought two cases from stay classy, and did not get any information regarding my order status or the shipment. I raised a ticket in their portal but did not get any response. There is no telephone number to call them nor does their customer care is responsive. My order number is 576162. I also have a payment reference that i can provide against the payment.

                                      I have ordered iphone Back Cover on 26th october 2018 from Stayclass.in with order id 662942 for which payment of INR 199/- was made but the order is still processing and not shipped. Their helpline no is switched off and the customer support mail is sending auto generated reply no such mail id exists.

                                        I've ordered a phone case on stayclassy.in on 19th october 2018. And got confirmation mail and product id and it says its sending my product through fedex but i haven't received yet and their contact number is switched off and no reply on email.
