I ordered two phone covers on 26th september and still haven't received them i paid online as there was no cod option available so i paid ₹348 through the rupay service via my credit card, their helpline is switched off and i recieve and auto generated email please help me my money is stuck and the site's customer care is useless... I think it's a fraud site with appealing advertisements on social media, i request you to help me...

I ajay mishra had ordered a phone cover through stayclassy.in website. After that i dont get any solid order tracking information. And when i tried two numbers available on the website.. Which are dead.
Then i tried to generate a support ticket through thw website but dont get any reply till now.

I want some solid information about the tracking and want product to be delivered as soon as possible.

Hi i have ordered iphone 6 cover on 15 sep . Its been 1 year .. I didnt got the cover . I have paid 199 rs though BHIM UPI . They are not picking calls nor replying emails. Please I want my money back or get my product delivered.

I emailed them but they are not replying and also called them sooo many times but 1 number is switched off and on other they are not picking the call .. They are doing fraud ..

Its been a week and it shows still processing.
I paid them rs. 199 through debit card.
They are also not receiving any calls nor replying emails.
I want my order to be delivered soon or i want my money back.
This is a fraud site, it should be banned from any promotion in any of the social websites.

It's 12thoctober today and my order (Order i'd:580234) is still processing.

Tried calling their support, but both numbers are switched off.

No response on the emails too.

Can anyone please help in getting my refund as i would better get the same...

I ordered iphone 6 case from stayclassy.in i paid through mobikwik balance. Money got deducted from my account but there its showing payment still pending.
When i’m trying to call them all of their numbers are busy everytime and i didnt receive any reply to my mail.

They are even advertising on instagram and making fool of everyone.

They are frauds....

I placed my order on 5th Oct and after completing my transaction of 199 bucks when I try to track my order it shows no order placed . Further when I try to contact the customer care executive on the mentioned contact no. it always responds as the no. is not reachable. I have been cheated and I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Hope that a strict action is taken against such frauds that have created a big trap on the platform...

I had made an order last week of a mobile cover case of iphone 7+ but did not receive the order yet. My order id: 581524.

I spoke to fed-ex team and they said that nobody from stayclassy company had called for product delivery.

I request to take strict action against this company and please help me to refund the total amount of 199 inr.

I have ordered a mobile case for moto g4 plus mobile on 2 october 2018 at online shopping site "stay classy.in" my order no is 574912. Still today i didn't receive any notification or tracking details about my order and the given contact nos of the company are also faked. I am trying to contact to the company on their given contact nos but these contacts are not in working. I have no option to track my order or to contact with the company....

I had returned my order on 13th sept'18 and courier slip was also attached. I was promised on phone call i will be refunded the product price and courier charges. None of the things has happened and this people have the worst customer care. They keep you on phone for one hour they themselves don't know the refund policy and somehow to disconnect call promise you for refund. Now its almost 20 days i am trying to call 2 customer care numbers...

I have ordered case cover for my phone i have got a msg like order id but when i click on it it says there is no order placed and no tracking details i can't track my order... I think it's fraud i need my money back or i need the case cover to be sent.
