I had made an order last week of a mobile cover case of iphone 7+ but did not receive the order yet. My order id: 581524.

I spoke to fed-ex team and they said that nobody from stayclassy company had called for product delivery.

I request to take strict action against this company and please help me to refund the total amount of 199 inr.

I have ordered a mobile case for moto g4 plus mobile on 2 october 2018 at online shopping site "stay classy.in" my order no is 574912. Still today i didn't receive any notification or tracking details about my order and the given contact nos of the company are also faked. I am trying to contact to the company on their given contact nos but these contacts are not in working. I have no option to track my order or to contact with the company. I have seen their advertisement in social media "facebook" and make an ordee. I was not aware much more about the company.

I ordered a phone cover and it's almost a week still shows it being processed while when I ordered it said it would be shipped in 3-4 days still not shipped. Either I want my case or my money back.

I had returned my order on 13th sept'18 and courier slip was also attached. I was promised on phone call i will be refunded the product price and courier charges. None of the things has happened and this people have the worst customer care. They keep you on phone for one hour they themselves don't know the refund policy and somehow to disconnect call promise you for refund. Now its almost 20 days i am trying to call 2 customer care numbers its always busy, worst site ever no professionalism.

Please do not. Order anything from this site they are fraud.. I had order mobile case from stayclassy it was preaid oder so i had paid in advance.
When i received delivery of the product i saw that it was used.. So i tried contacting them for refund but nobody is replying to email. They read msgs on instagram & facebook but do not revert at all. Also their nos are also switched off. How pathetic is this.. This ol scammers think that they can easily lootofy people.. Because there is no law against such people.. Nobody supports customer. I have attached the pics of the cover as well..

I had ordered a Mi A1 Back cover "I Have Got The Travel Bug Xiaomi Mi A1 Mobile Case" on 22 of August today is 28th of September, my order still not arrived and NOW THEY JUST REMOVED MY ORDER LIKE IT WAS NEVER MADE😠😠🤬🤬🤬... I HAVE PAID 200 RS AND NOW EITHER GIVE ME MY PRODUCT OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered two mobile covers from stayclassy.in on 1st october, 2018. The money was debited from my bank account but whenever i am tracking my order in their website it shows "failed".
I tried calling their customer care on the contact numbers given but it always say "switched off". Moreover i also sent a mail to them but no one gave any reply.

Date of incident: 1st october, 2018.

Either deliver the products or i want complete refund of the money that is debited.

But when i tracked my order i saw that it reached at a delivery hub near me and i thought it will be delivered shortly. I waited like 5 days and still not delivered. Then i checked the order through tracking and it was again transported to ahamedabad. And now it says RTO delivered...

I made a payment of rs.199/- through my debit card to razorpay for mobile case against my order id 553681 but now i apprehend that this site is put up with intention to cheat customers by fraudulently receiving money. All the numbers provided in the website does not work hereby leading doubts about the veracity of the website.

Being in a banking legal profession i am hereby forced to lodge complaint to economic offences wing today against the proprietor or partners or directors of the said company under relevant sections of ipc as well as it act 2000

After 2 3 i submit a complaint i recevied a message that my ordered item was shipped. But when i recieve the item it was empty. Nothing there not even a proper bill was given. Redmi 5a mobile case. I order the said product and made the online payment but no confirmation is send to me neither on my number or on my email. No priduct id is given also. When i try to call the number that is given on website it says swichted off. This site is looking fraud to me. They try to cheat people. And since not much high rate of the product its not get exposed yet. I saw many people also commenting for same reason. I didnt check reviews before buying it and that was my mistake. But i request anyone not to buy any product from this compane. This company shkuld be busted. And the advertisement of this company on social media sites should be banned even ta whole company should be banned for such kind of illegal doing. I hole on getting my money back but that is looking impossible now.

First of all, product quality is very poor. Used cheap plastic and when called at given number on site, no one is responding. Mailed about product and complaint to company, no one is care to reply to customer. Nothing is good about this site/company/person. Totally fraud. I would prefer for everyone not to purchase any product form this site.
Sent a video about product is in appropriate, and still no one is responding. Worst website to buy mobile accessories.

I have ordered twice on stayclassy.in . Both times my payment was deducted from my bank acc and they didn’t completed my order. I think its a online fraud. They haven’t responded to my mail .first they deduct money from acc then their new page doesn’t come out and it stuck after the payment. This happens both times. Take some action against them .
