I placed a prepaid order for a mobile cover for my oppo a37 on 5th september 2018 (order id - 470422) and was told that i will receive it within 5 days and it's already been almost 20 days and i have no update about it. One cannot post a ticket to them neither can call as its always busy, they never pick up the calls. Seems like they are fraud and are just looting people. This websited should be banned.

I have place a order for 3 cover just received a confirmation with voucher after that i didn't get any single text or mail from there side even they are not responding over the mail and contact numbers are switched off plzz let me know is product going to deliver me or not as i have tried to track online there's no status.
If i ll not get any product i want my money back otherwise i am going to lodge a fir against them.

It seems like online fraud is going on

We have ordered 13 mobile covers from http://stayclassy.in. We paid online but now order is under process. we tried calling but phone number (+[protected] and +[protected] is either switched off or not reachable. seems like a fraud. By any chance, if any responsible member from stayclassy sees this complaint, please resolve our issue asap.

I had ordered back cover on 13th september
Thank order id is 501906, the update said that it will be delivered by 5-6 days yet i don't see any update on my order. I still don't see any update on the order, maybe the website is fake please treat this as priority and catch the culprits and refund my money of 199

When i track the order it says that order i'd and email doesn not match, i find it hard to contact the team the cellphone says switched off.

I am worried if my money is lost

On 13th sep., 2018, I placed an order for 1 mobile covers from stayclassy.in amounting to ₹199.00 including delivery charges. I saw the advertisement of the website on Facebook.
After three days the order status is still processing and haven't received any confirmation message or email. I am unable to track my order.After waiting for these days I tried to contact the numbers given in the website but they are switched off. I have also sent a enquiry mail to the helpdesk email id of the website and also didn't receive any reply.
After a bit of research I found that it's a fraud website and has made frauds with a lot of people and it's still continuing to do it.
I request you to take steps against this website as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 mobile covers, order id 478178 on 9th sept from stayclassy.in it's still showing processing. There's no update from company and customer support is not working at all. This seems a scam where they are taking money and not delivering product. Such scams should be controlled. They are using a legal payment gateway for payment. Cyber cell should take care of such activities.

I have ordered two mobile covers and paid around inr 350 (As they don't have cod option) on september 5, 2018. My order status is still displayed as processing. The customer care number is always busy. Though it said estimated delivery time as 5-9 days, i have'nt been notified about any progress about my order till date. My order number is 468086. I now see many people complaining about this site. Wish i could have known this earlier.

My order number is 474400 and i have placed the order for 13 phone covers as they had an offer of buy 10 get 3 free for that particular day i. E on 6th september 2018. I bought the covers and made the payments but till now it shows processing on the website when i login on the website. I have made the payment via paytm app as their was no cod available. I dont know how long will it take to deliver or was it a fraud as in many cases.

The product has been deliverd in all good condition... it takes time for them to process and deliver the product and dey dnt have a proper update process as well... once the package is shipped u will receive the sms and tracking number...

This site is useless and looks like a fraud. I had placed an order for mobile cover of rs200 (Paid online as cod was not an option). My order status is still displayed as processing from past 3 days. The customer care number is always busy and i have got no response on my emails. I want my product as soon as possible or return my money. Worst online experience till date!!!

I had ordered a back cover for redmi note 4, and them i canceled the ordered within 4 hrs but still i didn't get the refund.
Order date 31/8/2018.
Make my refund as soon as possible.
It is written that the money is refunded but actually there's no money refunded.

I placed an order yeaterday at there website for 2 mobile cases for i phone6s. Payment has been deducted however page kept loading on cc avenue page for more than 25 mins. I didn’t get any order confirmation but payment was deducted from my paytm account. I tried to contact on there numbers but they doesn’t seems to be working. It seems to be a fraud website. I have wriiten mails as well but haven’t got any revert. Soon i am going to take legal action against them.

I ordered a mobile cover from this site on aug 27, 2018 and although i've been mailing them along for details, the only response i get is that they'll let me know within 2-3 days and this has happened 4 times now. They do not pick up if i call on their number and even though it's been more than 10 days, the order tracking shows just processing. They are far from being classy, let alone staying classy. Worst service ever. Either give me a refund or deliver a good product.

I haven't got the order which i have placed 4-5days ago as i'm a working person i need to know the accurate date of delivery i need the order very urgently so plz it's a req to u all to send me the order asap do pay attention to this complaint plzz reply to this asap i need to it very early though it was my first order i am not satisfied with the service of stay classy. And most importantly stay classy should keep the cod option available.
