This is really frustrating that after so many phone calls, emails & requests i have still not receive my refund from your side. I have been taking follow ups from kirti seth, pooja, atul but after few days they stopped responding and even receiving my phone calls.

This money is of my hard work you have literally made me cry to get my own money back & still i am struggling to get replies from you.in my last email i had sent the bank statement details showing all the proofs that sss has not refunded my money yet. & had asked sss to show proofs from their side that they have refunded the money in my account.

Its been more than 3 months my refund has not come. For which i have send my registered bank account details to sss via email.

They dont even attend the calls. And very very very poor response.

This is being more than a 1.5 months that i placed the order - #1517279 on 05/10/2017, it shows priority dispatch however no progress, i am not quite doubtful if i would ever receive the products i paid for. This is pathetic and shameful act by sss, now i can not trust on online shopping. I already paid 999 inr and feels like cheated now. There is no progress on my order. These people should stop receiving orders if they are unable to handle it. I would appreciate if i got could some solution or my money back on my card.

Please do not buy anything from street style store. It took them over a month to deliver the products that i ordered. The first order that i placed with them got cancelled by them, reason being my phone was unreachable! How ridiculous! You canceled my order without even informing me. The second time i placed the order, it took them over 20 days to deliver the order!! Horrible packaging! What's worse is the quality of the product. The quality of the product is unacceptable!! And you # don't even provide a refund! Fraudsters! The customer service number mentioned on your website is always switched off! You're fooling people!! I paid 1800 bucks for that # product of yours!! One of the 3 footwears that i ordered was broken! I mean how can you even do that!? I want a refund, not an exchange cause the quality of all your products is just unacceptable!!

Street style store is a big faurd company. Please take action against them and make sure the company should close immediately.
I had ordered a product and the slipper size is small. So wanted to replace the product with the correct size. But no response. I have sent email to help desk. But no reply and they is no customer care number. Now what do i do now to replace the product. It's my humble request to take illegal action on them.

Order is not delivered nor are they responding back to my queries. The order with order number #1449118 was not delivered so i cancelled the order but they do not refund the money so had to order it again.
Then i order again with order number #1557759 which was ordered on 05/29/2017but they have neither provided the tracking details not are they answering my queries.
Their customer care does not pick the phone. Not sure how to get my order.

I received my product on 20th june 2017. The product was not as expected and completely different from the picture.. The picture showed it was a flat but it ended up to be double soled shoes and the shoes was dull.. None of the customer care nos work. Worst experience ever. Please fix this! The customer care number is always busy i don't know... The worst online shopping experience ever and very inconvenient. Please fix this as soon as possible so that i don't take further actions! And make it soon!

I received my parcel day before and i sent them the following mail

"as usual i received my stuff and the quality is very very cheap. They do not look like they are looking in the pictures. You are fooling everyone by showing beautiful pictures. I placed an order on your website just because you gave me 399 rs credit in my sss account instead of my bank account for my last purchase which i returned because of poor quality. Only to use my credit and not waste my money i made another order but i am again fooled and i have again wasted more money on your website.
It is a final warning to you to pay my rs 399 for my previous order and rs 686 which i paid for my new order= rs 1085 in my bank account urgently."

I have not received any ticket for my complain or any reply from them. They are just fooling people by not refunding their money.

I placed and order on 25th may and the order is still not delivered. I am trying to get in touch through support by no response. This is a usual practice for the company where they do not deliver the products on time and they do not even have a call center mentioned on the site.
They never reply on their support system. When i tried calling a few numbers that shows as street style store customer care number on google, i am not getting any response from those numbers.
Will request a look into their business as this is a very regular practice for them.

It is very pathetic on part of streetstylestore.com to fool people and take money without giving the product.
My first question is that why don't you refund the money back if you don't have the correct size? Firstly, you send incorrect size and then i have no option but to wait as to when the order will be delivered.
Secondly, why don't you update the status of the product. I tried contact the online courier agency, but they have a consistent answer - no product shipped by sss.

Why do you enter into such malware practices. Its my hard earned money. Why don't you give my money back.
Should i take your case in consumer forum and then you will be set right.

I have raised so many tickets but none has been answered back and resolved. How can you put the status as closed?

I had placed my order for 3 tops on 21april. Thr delivery date was 29 may. Aftr that when i started follow-ups raised a complaint on this website.. The order was marked as priority dispatch. It is in this status since 19 may.. Absolutely no update since then. The order is still not delivered. The tracking number of the shipment is s[protected], but when checked on delhivery website, there is no such tracking number.
It is absolutely fraud website. No matter how many queries are raised they do not respond.
If my order is not delivered i will surely complaint about this site in consumer court

I order a pair of shoe on 6/4/17 and received it on near by 27/4/17. Received pair was unfit for me. So i placed a exchange request. One of the executive came to take back the pair. After that i checked online that my order is under process and they the delivery date. Style street store has not delivered my replacement order yet, its been more than a month, once i called them and asked about the status of my product they said it will be delivered to you by this coming week and now that week has gone and even another started but no sign of my product.
They should have some better customer support, and at least keep their contact numbers[protected] working, it either shows out of reach or switched off.

Worst services they have, they should either release my money or give me my product.

I am very disappointed with the product delivered to me. I see the product looked entirely different on the site. Attached are the photos. If the product differs from the site, they should be notifying us. When the customers pay a price for the products, they should ensure they deliver a good quality product. As shown below, the lace on the site were tie-ups with leather quality and when i received i am given the cotton laces??? And they mention on the site that they cant exchange or refund the products. Seems more like the tactic used to fool the customers and gulp their money.
I need a severe action to be taken against this site.

I was sent defective pair of shoes - the shoes are faded and unwearable. I registered a complaint on the website with a picture of the defective product as asked for by the website - case #65366 - created:[protected]:16 pm. I followed up on the case twice, in may and in june. The ticket shows as closed but they have done nothing to resolve the situation. Meanwhile i am left with a pair of shoes i have paid for but cannot wear. Very very unprofessional behaviour.
