This is so unprofessional..no one is replying to my emails or picking up the calls ... I am tired of writing complaints...I have ordered two products... n payment is already done via Paytm ... n when I checked my order history in my account on the website it is showing 'payment error' ..//Are u serious man??? U creepy people know how to fake people// . It's been more than a month n yet have not received the order yet!! Highly unprofessional....

It's been more than a month since I placed my order. The delivery date was 28 June and it's July now .
No one is answering mails or picking up calls. The website says priority dispatched, but no priority seems to be given here !
I need my order delivered NOW!!!
This is highly unprofessional !
I had paid the amount by card already and still haven't received the item !...

I had places an order on 27th may for 2 shoes. Itsbeen 11/2 month i hvnt recived my product and made my payment by card so my money is stuck. I placed the same order again with the option of cash on delivery and now the order is ready to dispatch. This clearly

I've been struggling to consume my credit notes from SSS, with which i have made multiple orders and have been disappointed time and again.
I urged them to give me a Refund for my order as i no longer wish to invest my money on this website.
I believe I have all rights as a consumer to ask for a money refund if the website is not able to meet quality standards.

The cash memo that i have received is of Rs. 624 for a pair of boots but an amount of Rs. 1704 has been deducted from my account for ordering 3 items. What about the rest of 2 items?? Am i going to get those 2 items as well or my money back??
I have attached the relevant documents as well and anticipate a quick response.
Kindly look into the matter as there is no option of refund or cancellation of order....

I submitted the complaint they've set the status of my order to priority dispatch but then they didn't ship my order yet. It has been many many a times raising the issue. Ordered a shoe on 26 may 2017. Delivery date was on 16 june 2017. Contact number is fake. Everything is fake about these sites. Payment was also done. Trying to login my sss account my password also block. These have to be taken seriously. It will be big issue.... If these is resolve or ordered is not delivered or payment to be converted to my account....
