Dear sir,
I am Alisha Bose from siliguri West Bengal, on 08/07/17 I have placed an order for Rs.2100 and have payed before hand through my debit card.
Somehow the address and phone number which was inserted have changed, and i dont know who's number and address are those.(my actual address will be- radha kunj apartment, sarodamoni road, rajiv more, ashrampara, 734001. [protected])
Now I am really very worried about the delivery of my product and the money. Please help me out of it as soon as possible, I have attached the invoice along with it please sir look at this matter.

I want to submit my complaint regarding this particular company..
I have placed order on 06/24/2017 & my order no is 1610344
I ordered three shoes in the 999 store and it said theres no cash on delivery option for this order so i paid through debit card to ccavenue. The cash memo that i have received is of Rs. 570.94 for pair of 2 shoes but an amount of Rs.1102.94 has been deducted from my account for ordering 3 items. What about the rest of 1 items?? Am i going to get product as well or my money back?? I have got two products now. I did not get the 3rd product. the unprofessional behaviour of this company is extremely depressing...no confirmation email... plus its next to impossible to contact them... they dont attend any phone calls..

The are promising delivery within 3-21 days and even after more than 45 days there are no traces of the product ordered.
I have placed two orders in one of which I have used the credit of the goods I have returned. For asking them regarding delivery, I have raised many tickets and either they promise delivery or they don't even reply. Kindly look in the matter and help customers for such unnecessary delay in getting the products they have ordered.

I faced similar issue with SSS with my first order and was really regreting on making advance payment. But they sent the product and it was worth after receiving it in two months. My advice is keep shopping on SSS but choose cash on delivery option only. You will pay just 50 rupees extra and receive your order in a week. I have so many footwears from SSS and loved them all. They were very kind to refund me also as wallet money to place my exchange order.

Its been almost more than a month and past delivery date.
I havent received my order yet. I have already paid online for my order.
They are not even responding to my e mail. The number is fraud.
ORDER no.#1579831
Its really unprofessional of them as if a person is paying for it that means they are trusting the site but its all vain. This is some kind of trap for all consumers. I am really looking forward to you guys so that the problem gets resolved. Wasting time and energy of people on these kinda site is worthless.

Please make sure that issue gets resolved and also charge is made against them so that other people dont fall under this trap and get into problem.

I was replace my first product sandels order reference Order Reference ZIVKJYWNC - placed on 05/9/2017. And that time i was also return my another two products(for exchange size and design issue) which i was ordered (Order Reference CWBNVVDYY - placed on 05/8/2017). Means i was return three products. but still i got only one product
Earn Your Peep Heels : 41 -this one. Another two products i didn't receive "Studded Fringed Flat Sandals (Brown) : 38" - which is for size exchange and Abode of love (Black) : 40and this is for another product receive. So please let me know the status about this. Please please its urgent for me i was paid 999/- rs. for this.

I have order this products on 06/15/2017 which got delivered on 06/25/2017
there was an issue regards to the Size of the products which I requested for replacement on 06/27/2017 from that day onwards there is no response from you guys, have raised so many complaints and the Number which mentioned in the website is always busy and off - [protected]
I[censored] cant help me with the products then return my money ASAP
with that matter I have ordered 2 more products the delivery date is also too late.. why the process of SSS is so slow???

I always order dress shoes from streetstylestore.com but this time the product quality is really bad I complaint about it but there is no response from them please I want my money back if not at least exchange my products and deliver my suitable products to me please kindly request. I am also facing the same issue.I got poor quality products and i have mailed them atleast 10 times but there is no response from their end.Also, the number given is never reachable.
They do not have the courtesy to exchange the products. I do not understand how they are working in the market.They cheat people.I have attached a screenshot of the mail that i sent on 29 june which is still not replied to.

And then i opened my account to view my order and it says payment error. So i dont get the problem? If the payment is unsuccessful and i got a deduction message where did the money go? I have got the different flats than I ordered and paid for. I am trying the phone number but it goes busy all the time. there is no email address for the contact. this looks fraud sometimes. on the name of sale they are sending any products they have.

I just received the pair of shoes i ordered from Streetstylestore. The product quality is not good at all. I just noticed that they dont even have money back policy, its my fault though, I might have checked the website before purchasing the product. The website looked so good and products were really tempting to buy. But when I recieved it, wooo...absolute crap. Not of any good quality. Doesnt fit well too. Please dont buy any product from this company. They are frauds.
