I had returned my shoes for another size but still I have not received it..

#1531458 - Order reference -- I tried contacting sss but those people do not even pick up my phone. My money is also not being given back.

I need a response - either refund of my amount or replaced shoes asap.
This is such fraudulent company, who just accepts money and does not provide any update on orders.
It is a pity to see such companies fooling people of their hard earned money.

I have ordered 3 pair of shoes from streetstylestore.com on 9th may 2017, i have made the payment online, today is 13th june 2017 almost 36 days gone. I have already submitted complain against this website once they said they will do asap, but after 11 days still there is no update, daily showing priority dispatch but when? I am really disappointed by there services please look into this matter and tell them to refund my money or tell them to send me my order in 3 to 4 days.

Serious issue this time i have wait 21 days because there website showing.

But now what?

36 days gone yaar. They dont even reply on instagram not even in facebook so now i have came to you. Now you do this for me i have paid 1700 amount.

I have purchased three pair of shoes from street style store. Among them i have send back two pairs for exchange purpose because size of shoes was not proper fit. The delivery process is too much slow as compairing with other service websites. I have dispatched the courier on 22nd may'17 and today is 13th jun'17, it has been almost 23 days passed now but didn't get any information about my product till today. I have raised my complaint in helpdesk website of street style store and tried hard to contact them. But there are not giving any revert.
I want refund of money fro two pairs of shoes if there are unable to deliver the product with exchanged size with in two days.

I ordered shoes from this site and total amount is i paid 1088 but i m not getting the product yet or its status.. This website is fake or what?? Please help me to get out n send my money back or else give my orders what i ordered.. I uploaded two photos the details of payment are there.. Is this site is fake or what.. Tell me as fast as can to solve my problem..

The product displayed on this website is not even close to what is delivered. The quality, color, design nothing matches to what is displayed on website.

I ordered for 4 pair of shoes. Spent like rs 2700 on them and what i got was astonishing.

None of the shoes out of the 4 turned out to be up to the mark.

The website says no return, yet these products are not at all of wearable quality.

I want my money back.

I have placed my actual order 01495038 on 5th may ie 3 for 999/- from which i needed to change the size of one product and the other product needs to be exchanged. But uptill now i have not received my product in change of size and the other one is with me and you not even arranging a pickup for it. You arranged for a credit note and when i ordered you asked me to pay 266/- more. Why should i pay it when already i have paid for what i bought. Since this one month i have been calling on your numbers but no one is responding. Only mr mukherjee once assisted me in arranging pickup, that's it. You have taken the money but have not solved the issues. Kindly solve them soon or i will have to take a legal action against you.

I have placed a order on[protected], it was mentioned it would be delivered before[protected] but their is no sign of any delivery and the only contact provided is always switched off. Such a fraud company it is. The payment was made at the time of order. Now i guess some legal action is needed against such crap companies. I have raised query several times on their website complaint link but all i get a complaint no. Everytime no action or update is being provided.

I have ordered boots from street style store vide order ref. No.-1510247 on 07/05/2017. I made payment for that order too. Delivery has not been made yet, nor they are responding through tickets raised. Phone numbers are not available. They remove the option to cancel the order too. No tracking numbers are available. Please look into the matter at urgent.

My order number is 1 535990 ordered it on 19 may 2017 and have not got it yet delivery date was 9 june 2017. The delivery status is always the same from last one month is preparation in progress if the preparation is there why not the progress is happening and not reaching the product 2 me. The the contact number is always unreachable or switched off i got an another number from another website that is also switched off did not reply to our complaints on queries no tracking number was given i am waiting for the order but it has not reached yet i have made a lot of complaints and queries on the website streetstylestore.com but they just submit that that complain and that complain is not resolved please help me

I tried to order from the sss site on 2nd june 2017 at 1:05 pm. Order didn't get placed however money (Rs 1074.00) got deducted from my account. They are not responding via the number which was there at the site and now they have made some new interface for complaining however in every option it is asking for order number and i don't have that because i didn't get any confirmation of the order so how would i provide the same. Its very disappointing as the number [protected] is either switched off or busy always.

The package didn't contain all the orders whereas they took the whole amount. The white sneakers are not delivered. The courier person didn't have any other package. Moreover, the delivery is too slow. And there is not way to contact them other then emails.
Now, they are not replying to the emails.
There is no customer care number to solve the issue.
Kindly look into the matter

Its been more than a 21 days but i haven't received my order. Will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order??
Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility. You never respond properly nor your number ever works, every time i have a problem i have to post a complain here.
Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your consumers.
I want my order ti be delivered as soon as possible. I placed the order on 21th of april 2017 and haven't received any updates about the order. Please put the order in priority dispatch and deliver it as soon as possible, you should not put it on your website if it's not available.

I had placed an order (Order reference number[protected] from street style store on 05/03/2017 which has not been delivered yet. They have not shared any tracking id nor any dispatch confirmation mail. As a result of which i am not able to know the latest status of my order. I tried to reach the customer care but the customer care number is also unreachable. This is highly embarrassing and very unprofessional. I am registering this complaint against street style store for being highly unprofessional and not sharing any update of my order yet (More than a month). Also i request to refund my money as soon as possible

Now somebody from the company called and asked me for my email id that is registered while i ordered the product and then i received a google verification code which they are again asking me for refunding the amount to me... I dont understand why the company is asking me for otp and google verification code, i feel that these company is fraud and want to do some fraud with my bank account and my gmail id

I refused to give them them my otp so they said that they will not refund my my money and disconnected and post that they have stopped calling me now and are not refunding me my money

Very bad service. There is no one to assist what can i do further. I have been waiting for my order since a month now. Attaching you the order details. I have no tracking details to track my product ordered. I have paid the money by ccavenue. This is very disappointing and i m not going to order anything henceforth. I need my product or else there will be actions taken.

I had placed an order of 2 pair of shoes on 17/5/2017. My order hasn't been delivered yet and the website doesn't respond to tge complain queries. Also their number is never reachable. I want my money back or the order delivered as soon as possible. Its the worst online shopping experience that i've ever had. God knows if i'll ever get justice for my money.
