I Placed an order with Order Number : 1527185, the dress was in a diferrent material as shown i display and also the size did not fit me it was small, though i bought it for XL, i want to return the product since there is no larger size available than XL. Please return my product asap and refund my money

I shopped your website for the fist time and did not find product s shown in th pic it also has a different cloth .Please return my money as you dont have any larger size

I had placed an order on street style store on 23rd april 2017, order# #1478806. I still haven't received the order and any tickets that i raise are all closed withouy any proper resolution. They say it's been set as a priority dispatch and it's stuck in that status. The customer care contact number listed on the site is always switched off. Please take action to shut such a fraudulent site down.

It is very disappointing to say that this online shopping site has been the worst experience ever. I had ordered three pair of shoes from this site on 15 may 2017, but there is no update yet. There is no way we can contact them. The customer care number never works. I had written two complaint messages to hem but have received no reply. It's disgusting. When i checked in google, i found close to 45 reviews on this website that claimed it yo be fraud company and we're facing similar problems. How can such a store even function if it's a fraud and illegal. They just take money and disappear. They claim to have a registered office in new delhi but we can't go and check there right. If order delivery has some issues, they can convey this to customers. It's not just one person who is complaining about this issue. Request some authority to kindly step into this matter and help the customers. It's my mistake to order from this site before checking reviews. I am a defence officer and would be willing to take any necessary steps if required to help expose such cheaters and save other customers.

This is such a fraud website where they get the money from customers and they will never deliver the products. My order is still pending from past three months and still they didn't delivered it yet. Tried contacting via emails and raised several case queries but everytime they send some stupid emails. They made me re ordered the items again but still the same fraud dealing. I wish this website should get blacklisted asap so that customers won't get cheated

The credits on my account can't be used . Everytime I check out, after using the credit code, the Cod option is unavailable and when I pay by my card by cc avenue option, it redirects me to a page saying page expired!
What do I do?
How do I use my credit code when neither cod nor the card payment option is available??
It is really not fair if the customers can't even apply the credit on their check outs!!

I haven't received my product since 1 month i have ordered on 5th May and the delivery date was 25 May but it is not delivered till now and i have send so many mails but no revert and no body picks the phone actually its busy all time and switch of no response and no refund policy they are just fake and making customer fool and now i seriously don't know what should i do if i cancel my order then i will not get any refund and now just waiting is the option left which i am doing .

For re order i tried the voucher which they have given, after i applied the code it says "the voucher is already in your cart". Event description :order has not been received yet status is showing as delivered, more than two months has passed still order hasn't been delivered. They have taken the money.

I order online a dress worth rupees 899 from Street Style store. The size I received was wrong according to size measurement they displayed on the website. I returned the product, according to their policy money should go in my SSS account but I didn't get any money in my account and it is showing no order placed in order history. These people are fraud and this website should be shut down immediately. The product quality is very bad and they eat all your money. Bloody Cheaters!!!

My order has still not been delivered.. Order number 1507072.Its my first experience when the order has still not been delivered.. I had placed the order on 6th May 2017 but still not received it.. The contact number is always switched off.. They have stopped responding to the emails. I hope I get the order at the earliest otherwise I need a refund of the amount of 1408.A very unhappy customer..

Hi my order no. Is 1508952, refrence number is hlnaouktx. I ordered on 7th may 2017, but haven't received it yet. I live in ncr, therefore it should not be taking so much time. Their phone number is always switched off or busy. They do not reply on fb or instagram. After posting a query, they send an auto generated mail. I sent another query mentioning my last query number, and this time i did not even receive a mail.
If they cannot deliver my order, atleast refund my money, i. E. 1508/- rs.

The order reference KEPCFQHLT was placed on 11th may and hasn't been delivered yet while the payment has been made online already. Tried contacting the company via phones and email but got no response. The delivery date has crossed and there's no information as to when will the product get delivered. This is an example of poor handling by the company. I expect a call or an email from the company informing me about the delivery status of my order.

My order with the order i'd 1519649 dated 11may 2017 has not been delivered yet. Payment has been made and i am still unable to track my order. Tried to contact the company but failed to do so. Contact no is unreachable and they are not responding to the mail as well. Not getting what to do. It's been more than a month that i have made the order. I have placed an order on 3rd march which was deliverer but have some defects in it, so i requested to have one size larger but to my surprise they have delivered the same packet which i had returned i again requested for replacement they did not delivered the order nor they are respondingto my calls.

Both the time the size of the dress was same and there was no where mention it is size Small or medium..

Such a pathetic service wastage of money and time..its been 3 months and i dont have, y order at all.

So, again, second time, i ordered a footwear from SSS. It reached me in a week (appreciate this), but the product quality was disappointing. On the website, the material mentioned was leather but it was velvet with threads coming out, improper finishing in the design, etc. Again, i raised the ticket as contacting the customer support on the number provided is useless as no one answers your call. They asked me to share the pictures . as i was not getting any attachment
option with the already raised ticket, i created a new ticket, attached the pictures and in reference gave the ticket number.

Got an update on the ticket after a week saying they didn't receive any pictures . i wrote them in the ticket about my new ticket raised with attachments and even to sss.[protected]@gmail.com(even attached the pictures to this mail id) narrating the whole story and in response, they wrote ~

Now, i dnt understanding where and to which mail address they want me to "do the needful" . Its been more than a month and i am tired of chasing them.

I have ordered for 3pairs in 1000. But i wanted to change the size of Patent Bow Red i have updated for 39size in that and you arranged a pickup for that but i haven't received my product yet. The other product Butterfly which i did not like at all and asked you to please change it and you generated a credit note and when i used it yesterday to buy another one its showing that i have to pay Rs 266, but why should i pay that? Please look into the matter and update. I am calling customer care since 20days but no one is responding, so who will listen to the issues and how can they be resolved?

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from "big sale". One of them was a size 40 shoe. Even though the shoes claims to be of size 40, it does not even fit a size 38 person. I need the shoes to be replaced with actual size of 40, instead of one that claims to be of size 40. Don't give the reason that it can not be replaced as i had already bought shoes of size 40 from this store that fit me perfectly. Respond asap.

I had placed an order on 10/May/2017 which was supposed to be delivered on or before 25/05/2017. After mailing and complaining them several times, they have not taken any action to resolve except for putting the order on priority dispatch. There is no tracking number as well. Neither do they deliver nor do they refund. I already made the payment in advance and now i see no response from them. The contact number provided by them is always switched off.

Ive placed the order of rs2196 on 16.11.2016 on street style store, made the payment through debit card but neither does my account shows any details of my order made on that particular date neither did i received my order till date. Ive been trying to get to the company through calls and mails, but totally poor response.

Ive want you guys to take my order and make the delivery as soon as possible.

Worst experience with this website!! their number is busy and then gets switched off! They are only interested in fooling customers and deceiving people. They take your money and never get your product delivered to you.
They even don't deserve a star!! I am highly disappointed.
