I placed the order a month ago. It's status had been "preparation in progress" for over a month. I sent them a query and they mailed me it's put on priority dispatch. After 1 week, the order was on priority dispatch only.

you've got to take your customers seriously.
you guys don't respond to the queries properly and whenever asked about the order, you merely say it is put on priority dispatch.
there's no way to call you guys up. no contact number.

now tell me, do you even have the slightest intention of delivering my order, or should I cancel it?

The quality of shoes is not good...after seeing my order is like full wastage of money.i'm very disappointing by the company. and they have no refund policy.they just send a very bad products and after that they said no refund policy..this site is so pathetic and quality of shoes is so worst.just want to know there is any rules or policy where can i get my money back?

It's been 1 month I have placed my order n paid online. I have tried to contact to them as many ways as possible. No response no reply from their side. It is a fraud site . Don't order form this site. Don't get attracted towards fancy product they show but they won't deliver it to you . This site should be shut down. I want my money back . N please don't order form this site it is a fraud.

I have paid to sss for order but they have not dilivered it yet i have submitted the query regarding this but they didn't reply the date of delivery was 28 june and still i don't recieved anything i want my package asap or otherwise i will claim for this you people are fooling other accepting paemts and not delivering it, mark as an escalation from the customer

I placed an order for shoes with SSS on 21st of May 2017. The order has not shipped yet even after a 40 days. I have been sending them mails in this regard since long now. Customer care is not reverting to any of my mails or complaints. I would like a refund now or would like to file a legal case against the website for the same if I don't get a reply or assurance about the same.

My order reference no - #1577207 placed on 08.06.2017. Whereas, the tracking no provided on site is[protected] via delhivery.com which is not valid as per courier information. I have already made payment and expecting delivery status which is not reflected on site. I am really pissed off and had very bad experience with this site. So, please update about my delivery status asap.

Have ordered the sandal on 9/25 from sss (Street style store)
Received on approaximate dt 10/15.
2) after wearing found the size is small so sent a exchange request on 10/17
After continous chase up of 2 month i got a call from some person to exchange the same, but at that time sandal was not available with me, so i ask him to come next morning but he didn;t came till date.

Also i have put the complaint message online 2-3 time to them, but no response from them.

Now when i again check my account details it is showing delivered on dt 2/15/17.
And i have not received my exchange product till date.

I ordered 3 dresses/tops for ₹999 on 16/5/2017. But there has been no mention of delivery as of yet. I have raised an issue twice with them but they don't respond personally. I just receive a mail stating that my query is registered. But no action is taken. I have already paid via debit card. If they can't deliver the goods atleast they should return the money.

I have ordered two pair of shoes (Grey and white) out of which i have received a faulty order for a pair of white sneakers. I have received two different shoes as a pair. Also i'm not able to file for returning it as no option is available for the same. Moreover i have raised a query one week ago for which i haven't received any revert from sss. This is the second time i have raising a complaint against street style store. They have picked the product which has to be exchanged due to the wrong size delivered but i haven't received the new product. Its been a month now. I have already made the payment. If they can't deliver the new product, i want my hard earn money back.

I had ordered an shoes on 8-may-2017 and the shoes are still not delivered i had contacted bookmypacket but they are not replying and i had mailed sss also that my product is not delivered they also didi nothing i will attach the bill of product in the photo section please help to get resolved. And i had also paid the shoes price n they are saying that they will not refund also neither they are delivering

I haven't received my order since 2 months and they are not picking my phone and also not returning my money back so i cancel my first order after 1 month and after i get exchange note i order again but then also after 1 month again i am not getting my order so what to do now i will not order anything form this site this site is only making money by getting customer order and not delivering their order so plz do something.

I had ordered the product 1 month back and paid for it too.. But the product hasn't been delivered yet.. They are not replying for any of the mails. If they can't deliver the product then atleast refund the money. It's not fair on the part of company to cheat customers like this.

Rupees 1014, estimated time was maximum 21 days, i tried contacting many times, no response, i checked with online express they said we didn't received your order from street style store yet, now it's the last day of the estimated time, still no response

Other complaints of consumers seem similar. Will this be resolved? If not return the money i have paid. Else a case shall be filed and i will sue the company for fraud.

I had ordered 2products from streetstyle store on 27/5/2017 amounting to ₹1200.
It mentioned the delivery to happen within 3-21 days, but still haven't received it. Tried contacting them but their toll free no is not working. So i emailed them but every mail the replies are the same "be rest assured you will receive your products and we have forwarded your query to the concern department". Travelling later.in one of the mails they mentioned due to unavailability of raw materials delay can happen it means they dont have the product. I have ordered the shoes from streetstyleshop.com, but the quality is not same as shown on website, i am very disappointed and i want my money back ASAP.

I am also trying to refund through website but there is no options to refund the amount.

I had purchsed 3 footwear with same size but only one was of fitting and rest two were very small! I asked for replacement and sent all three footwear! But i received only 2 and also of small sizes

Its already more than a month i ordered from this site and havent received anything. They are neither delivering the order nor returning the money.

On calling everytime i get the same answer as we are tracking your order.
